随着社会经济的快速发展,汽车市场规模越来越大,对于电磁阀的需求量也越来越高,汽车电磁阀是电子控制系统的执行元件,电磁阀从原理上分为三大类:直动式电磁阀、分步直动式电磁阀和先导式电磁阀。
现有的电磁阀在汽车应用中结构整体质量大,大量使用造成汽车的负载变大,介质输送流量无法精确控制调节,且拆装很不方便浪费人力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轻量化汽车电磁阀结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的电磁阀在汽车应用中结构整体质量大,大量使用造成汽车的负载变大,介质输送流量无法精确控制调节,且拆装很不方便浪费人力等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种轻量化汽车电磁阀结构,包括保持连接机构,所述保持连接机构上端的内侧滑动连接有流量调节机构,所述流量调节机构包括导向缓冲座、连接定位座、流量调节管、温度传感器主体、第二半圆导流槽和绝缘密封片,所述导向缓冲座底端的内侧滑动连接有流量调节管,所述流量调节管上端的内侧安装有连接定位座,所述流量调节管中部的内侧安装有绝缘密封片,所述绝缘密封片的内侧安装有温度传感器主体,所述流量调节管的外表面设置有第二半圆导流槽。

1、本发明线圈主体在通电后形成磁场驱动铁芯进行高度调节,铁芯通过连接定位座带动流量调节管在导流安装夹板的内侧进行滑动,第一半圆导流槽与第二半圆导流槽对应的圆心角均为一百八十度,在流量调节管滑动调节过程中第一半圆导流槽与第二半圆导流槽相互贯通,能够实现对介质输送流量的精确控制;
2、本发明温度传感器主体便于实时对输送管体内侧的介质温度进行监测,第一支撑弹簧和第二支撑弹簧在流量调节管高度调节时,能够保持流量调节管稳定滑动,且导向套筒的上端与输送管体通过锁紧环连接,进而通过对导向套筒和密封座进行拆装即可实现对流量调节机构进行检修和更换。
