The Heat Release Rate (HRR) is one of the important indexes for evaluating the fire characteristics of a material, the peak heat release rate (PkHRR) is often used as one of the most important parameters for characterizing the fire risk of the material, according to the experimental results of the cone calorimeter of the organic insulation board of EPS, XPS and RPU in table 6, the experimental result difference between the EPS, XPS and RPU bare board and the fireproof slurry protection board is obvious, the heat release rate (AvHRR) of the fireproof protection board is reduced by about several tens of times compared with the bare board, and the peak heat release rate (PkHRR) of the fireproof protection board is greatly reduced (about 90% of the EPS and XPS fireproof protection board, and about 60% of the RPU fireproof protection board is reduced) compared with the bare board.
Because EPS, XPS, RPU panel are organic polymer material, and under 50KW radiant heat, the sample surface reaches decomposition temperature rapidly and produces combustible gas, meets naked light and can ignite, therefore EPS, XPS, RPU fire protection board are under this experimental condition, and ignition time (TTI) does not appear the condition that reduces, and this is closely related with the physics, the chemical property of material. In table 6, the THR value of the materials from ignition to flame extinction is close to 0, and the decrease of the smoke generating property (TSP) value is obvious, so the ignition time of the EPS, XPS and RPU fire-protection board is short, and continuous combustion is not formed and a large amount of smoke is not released. At the high temperature formed under the radiation heat of 50KW, the fireproof slurry on the surface of the fireproof protection plate rapidly expands and foams to form a compact carbon layer, as shown in figures 1-3, heat and oxygen are isolated, the fireproof slurry rapidly plays a fireproof protection role, and continuous combustion and smoke generation are avoided.
Application example 3
The fireproof slurry prepared according to the mixture ratio of the embodiment 1 to 4 is coated on the surface of an EPS heat-preservation plate (coating amount is 350 g/m)2) And after drying for one week, carrying out a comparative test, wherein an alcohol blast lamp is adopted for fire supply for 2min in the fire resistance test, and the sample plate is soaked in water for 24 h.
The comparison of waterproof property, adhesive property, fire resistance property, etc. of examples 1 to 4 are shown in Table 7:

The fireproof, environment-friendly and weather-resistant organic insulation board fireproof slurry prepared in the embodiment 1-4 is uniform and fine in appearance, the surface drying time is less than or equal to 1.5h, the construction is convenient, the coating can be brushed or sprayed, the expansion foaming multiple of the coating at high temperature is high, the strength of the expanded carbon layer is high, and effective protection can be formed on a base material. Examples 1, 2 are suitable for interior decorative coatings (wood or steel structures); the performance of embodiment 3 is suitable for fire prevention of organic insulation boards; example 4 has slightly low expansion properties, but is excellent in water resistance and adhesion, and is suitable for fire protection of outdoor wood structures or steel structures.
According to the embodiment, the fireproof slurry for the fireproof, environment-friendly and weather-resistant organic insulation board and the preparation method thereof are provided, the fireproof slurry has the characteristics of good weather resistance, fire resistance and the like, the material is applied to the external insulation organic insulation board of the building external wall for the first time, the fire safety of the organic insulation board is greatly improved, meanwhile, the material has good bonding performance with the insulation board and the insulation mortar, the storage stability of the product is good, the main raw materials are easy to obtain, and the preparation process of the product is mature.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The fireproof slurry for the fireproof, environment-friendly and weather-resistant organic insulation board is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of high polymer emulsion, 8-12 parts of pentaerythritol, 7-10 parts of melamine, 23-30 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 5-6 parts of flame retardant, 1-3 parts of film-forming additive, 0.4-0.6 part of thickener, 2-4 parts of stabilizer, 2-3 parts of wetting agent, 3-6 parts of dispersant, 0.2-0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.5-2 parts of bactericide, 4-6 parts of titanium dioxide, 1-3 parts of paint hydrophobing agent and 20-30 parts of water.

The fireproof slurry for the fireproof, environment-friendly and weather-resistant organic insulation board as claimed in claim 1, wherein the high polymer emulsion is APEO-free vinyl acetate-vinyl versatate-acrylic acid copolymer, the glass transition temperature is 10-15 ℃, the minimum film forming temperature is 2 ℃, and the solid content is 50-60%.

The fireproof slurry for the fireproof, environment-friendly and weather-resistant organic heat-insulating plate according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pentaerythritol is monopentaerythritol, the content of the monopentaerythritol is more than 95%, and the fineness is less than 400 meshes; the content of the melamine is more than 99 percent, and the fineness is less than 400 meshes; the polymerization degree of the ammonium polyphosphate is more than 100, the phosphorus content is 31-32%, and the fineness is less than 400 meshes.

The fireproof slurry for the organic heat-insulating board with the characteristics of fire prevention, environmental protection and weather resistance according to claim 3, wherein the fire retardant is one of aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and boric acid, and the fineness of the fire retardant is less than 400 meshes; the film-forming additive is an AH-16 environment-friendly film-forming additive; the thickening agent is hydroxyethyl cellulose 250 HBR.

7. The fireproof slurry for the fireproof, environment-friendly and weather-resistant organic heat-insulation boards as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the defoaming agent is a liquid modified organic silicon compound; the coating hydrophobic agent is nonionic polymer.
8. The fireproof slurry for the organic heat-insulation board with the characteristics of fire resistance, environmental protection and weather resistance according to claim 7, wherein the bactericide is a composite anticorrosive bactericide.
9. The fireproof slurry for the organic heat-insulating board with fire resistance, environmental protection and weather resistance as claimed in claim 8, wherein the titanium white is anatase type or rutile type.
10. The preparation method of the fireproof slurry for the fireproof, environment-friendly and weather-resistant organic insulation board according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, mixing high polymer emulsion and water, adding a thickening agent at a stirring speed of 100-200 r/min, stirring for 4-6 min, adding pentaerythritol, melamine, ammonium polyphosphate, a flame retardant, a film-forming aid, a stabilizer, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a bactericide, titanium dioxide and a coating hydrophobic agent, stirring at a stirring speed of 200-400 r/min for 8-12 min, and filtering.
