The cart 203 is moved so that the second battery position 202 on the cart 203 is aligned with the position of the low battery 102 of the vehicle 101. The platform 204 is raised and the second guide wheel 103 is raised so that the top surface of the second guide wheel 103 is flush with the top surface of the drive wheel 206 of the second battery site 202. The push-pull mechanism 210 pulls the low-voltage battery 102 to move, one end of the low-voltage battery 102 is contacted with the top surface of the driving wheel 206 of the second battery position 202, the driving wheel 206 rotates, the low-voltage battery 102 moves to the second battery position 202 along the flange 215 of the first guide wheel 205 under the action of friction force, and the platform 204 descends to the driving state height.

The platform 204 is lifted, the top surface of the driving wheel 206 of the first battery position 201 is flush with the top surface of the second guide wheel 103, the driving wheel 206 of the first battery position 201 rotates to convey the full-charge battery 301 to the top surface of the second guide wheel 103, after the full-charge battery 301 is separated from the driving wheel 206, the push-pull mechanism 210 pushes the full-charge battery 301 to the installation position of the battery of the vehicle 101, at the moment, the third telescopic piece 104 contracts to drive the second guide wheel 103 to descend, the full-charge battery 301 falls onto the surface of the battery base, then the connector is plugged, the full-charge battery 301 is locked, and the platform 204 descends to the height of a running state.
The cart 203 is again moved so that the second battery site 202 on the cart 203 is aligned with the charging site. The platform 204 is raised so that the top surface of the drive wheel 206 of the second battery station 202 is flush with the top surface of the first guide wheel 205 at the charging station and the drive wheel 206 of the second battery station 202 rotates to transport the insufficient battery 102 to the charging station. The second telescopic member 303 is extended to drive the charger 302 to connect with the insufficient battery 102, so as to charge the insufficient battery 102.

1. A power swapping station, comprising: the parking area is used for parking the vehicle; the trolley can linearly run along the transverse moving area; the charging area is provided with a plurality of charging positions along the advancing direction of the trolley;
the trolley is provided with a platform, the platform is provided with at least one pair of battery positions, each battery position is provided with two groups of driving wheels, each battery position is also provided with two groups of first guide wheels, each group of first guide wheels is arranged along the length direction of the battery position, one side of each first guide wheel is provided with a flange, the flanges of the two groups of first guide wheels are oppositely arranged, the trolley is also provided with a first lifting mechanism, the first lifting mechanism is connected with the platform and can drive the platform to lift, the platform is also connected with a push-pull mechanism, and the push-pull mechanism can be connected with a battery of the vehicle;
the vehicle is provided with a second lifting mechanism, and the second lifting mechanism is used for jacking up a battery of the vehicle.

The power swapping station of claim 1, wherein the at least one pair of battery stations comprises a first battery station and a second battery station, the length direction of the first battery station and the length direction of the second battery station are perpendicular to the traveling direction of the trolley, and each set of driving wheels is arranged along the length direction of the battery station.
3. The swapping station of claim 1, wherein the cart further comprises a cart body disposed below the platform.
4. The swapping station of claim 3, wherein the first lifting mechanism comprises a plurality of first telescoping members, each first telescoping member having one end connected to the vehicle body and another end connected to the platform.
5. The swapping station of claim 3, wherein the first lifting mechanism further comprises a plurality of guide members, wherein one end of each guide member is connected to the vehicle body, and the other end of each guide member is inserted into the platform.
6. The power station as claimed in claim 1, wherein each charging potential is provided with a mounting frame and a plurality of first guide wheels, the plurality of first guide wheels are symmetrically arranged on the mounting frame, and the battery is located between flanges of the first guide wheels.
7. The power station as claimed in claim 6, wherein each charging station is further provided with a charger and a second telescopic member, one end of the second telescopic member is connected with the mounting frame, the other end of the second telescopic member is connected with the charger, and the charger is located below the battery and can be connected with or disconnected from the battery under the action of the second telescopic member.
8. The battery changing station as recited in claim 1 wherein the second lifting mechanism comprises a plurality of second guide wheels, the plurality of second guide wheels being symmetrically disposed such that a top surface of the second guide wheel contacts a bottom surface of the battery or a new battery when the battery of the vehicle is removed or the new battery is installed.
9. The swapping station of claim 8, wherein the second lifting mechanism further comprises a plurality of third telescoping members, each of the third telescoping members being coupled to the second guide wheel.
