In order to solve the above technical problems, the following embodiments provide a mobile mold cleaning and spraying system, so as to satisfy the requirement of efficiently realizing the equipment for cleaning and spraying the mold within the range without disassembling the mold, thereby significantly improving the production efficiency of the PC factory and reducing the production cost.
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a mobile mold cleaning and spraying system 10 for cleaning a range where a mold is disposed on a mold base 21, which includes a walking device 100, a cleaning device 200, a spraying device 300, a recognition device 500, and a control device 600.
The walking device 100 is movably arranged near the die table 21 along the length direction of the die;
the cleaning equipment 200 and the spraying equipment 300 are both fixedly arranged on the walking equipment 100, and the cleaning equipment 200 and the spraying equipment 300 both cover the width direction of the die;

The mobile mold cleaning and spraying system 10 of the present scheme drives the cleaning device 200 and the spraying device 300 to move along the length direction of the mold through the traveling device 100, and the recognition device 500 and the control device 600 are mutually matched, so that the cleaning device 200 and the spraying device 300 can be accurately operated to move within the length range of the mold by comparing the current position of the traveling device 100 with the position of the mold, and the corresponding cleaning and spraying operation can be completed.
In addition, because the cleaning device 200 and the spraying device 300 both cover the width direction of the mold, i.e. the traveling device 100 travels from the starting point to the end point along the length direction of the mold, the cleaning device 200 and the spraying device 300 can complete the whole range of the length direction and the width direction of the mold, i.e. the cleaning and spraying operation can be realized in the whole range of the mold by moving the traveling device 100 along the mold.
The mobile die table cleaning and spraying system 10 can directly identify the relative position of the die and the cleaning and spraying device 300, and can complete the cleaning and spraying operation of the die in the whole range by moving one side.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, it can be seen that the identification device 500 includes a code scale and a read head 520; the reading head 520 is arranged on the walking device 100, and the coding ruler is arranged along the length direction of the mold; and the reading head 520 is used to identify the code scale to determine the position of the walking device 100.
Optionally, in this embodiment, a mounting bracket 710 arranged along the length direction of the mold is further included, and the encoding ruler is disposed on the mounting bracket 710. The range of the mold is identified through the position of the mold on the mold table 21 and the position of the equipment fed back by the coding ruler, which are sent by a production line information system, on one hand, the movement of the walking equipment 100 is guided, and the mold release agent is accurately sprayed on the mold table 21 within the range of the mold.

Further, in the present embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit includes a driving motor 120, a transmission shaft 130, and a transmission mechanism 140; the driving motor 120 is connected to one end of the transmission shaft 130, and the other end of the transmission shaft 130 is connected to the wheel 150 through the transmission mechanism 140.

The driving motor 120 drives the transmission shaft 130 to rotate, the transmission shaft 130 drives the two-side chain transmission to synchronously drive the two-side wheels 150 to rotate, and the treads of the wheels 150 are in contact with the track 23 to enable the walking device 100 to move along the track 23. the mould further comprises a mounting bracket (710) arranged along the length direction of the mould, and the coding ruler is arranged on the mounting bracket (710).

the movable die table cleaning and spraying system comprises rails (23) arranged on two sides of the die table (21) in the width direction;
the walking device comprises a frame (110), a driving unit and wheels (150);
the cleaning equipment (200), the spraying equipment (300) and the driving unit are fixedly arranged on the rack (110), the wheels (150) are arranged at the bottom of the rack (110), and the driving unit is in transmission connection with the wheels (150) to drive the wheels (150) to move along the track (23).
