Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hair dye, in particular to a color hair dye containing dopamine and metal salt.
Background
Hair dyeing is one of the most common means for people to change the image, and hair dye is used as a cosmetic with the function of changing hair color and is started to become a daily necessity for more and more people. Human hair consists of three parts, namely an epidermal scale layer, a cortex layer and a medulla layer. The outermost layer is a semitransparent or colorless epidermal scale layer; the cortical layer is the portion that deposits the synthetic melanin of the human body, and the inner layer is the medullary layer. The amount of melanin deposited in the cortical layer determines the difference in color development and is also the core site in the dyeing process. Melanin is a naturally occurring pigment that imparts color to our hair. With age, it disappears from the hair, causing them to appear gray. Researchers have attempted to use synthetic melanin as an alternative to traditional dyes. Unfortunately, high concentrations of toxic heavy metals and oxidizing agents are required for it to effectively color hair. Polydopamine (PDA) is an important artificial melanin material, and has the advantages of antioxidant activity, free radical removal, high photothermal conversion efficiency, strong metal ion chelating capacity and the like.
At present, two acknowledged problems limit the continuous development of the polydopamine material in the field of hair dyeing, firstly, melanin does not have an accurate chemical structure, the structure and the performance of the melanin are difficult to be effectively regulated, and the hair dyeing effect often depends on a large number of attempts and lacks of theoretical support. Secondly, the performance of part of the materials of the poly-dopamine artificial melanin is not outstanding, so that the practical requirements of the industry cannot be met temporarily, and the poly-dopamine artificial melanin is often represented by overlong time, low dyeing firmness and the like in the field of hair dyeing.

Analysis of results
In order to understand the polymerization form of dopamine and metal salt in the hair dye of the present invention, raman spectroscopy was performed on the hair dye, and the results are shown in fig. 1. The catechol content after polymerization was 996cm-1And 721cm-1The in-plane and out-of-plane C-H deformation zones almost disappear; at 1626cm-1A new metal coordination peak appears corresponding to the multi-ring deformation vibration, which indicates that the polymer structure is formed.
The hair dye of example 1 was used as an example to explain the hair dyeing effect of the hair dye in the example 2, because the results of examples 2 to 5 were substantially the same as those of example 1, when white hair was taken and the hair dye of example and comparative example were used to conduct a coating experiment on the sample white hair. The hair dyeing effect was evaluated as a score, with the following criteria:
a very poor 1; poor 2; in general 3; good 4; very preferably 5.
The dyeing effects of the hair dyes in the examples and comparative examples are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 Hair dyeing Effect of Hair dyes
In order to verify the effect of the hair dye of the present invention, hair dyeing was performed by taking the hair dye prepared in example 1 as an example. The agent A and the agent B in the example 1 are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:1, 2g of white hair is taken, the mixture of the agent A and the agent B is dipped and evenly coated on the surface of the white hair. After 30min, the hair was washed and the hair dyeing effect was measured at 28 ℃ and the results are shown in Table 2. As can be seen from table 2, the hair dyeing effect of the present invention is superior.
TABLE 2 Hair dyeing Effect of the Hair dye of example 1
Note: l, a and b are parameters of a standard international color space diagram, the value of L refers to black and white, and the larger the value of L is, the whiter the value of L is; the value a refers to red and green, and the larger the value a is, the more red the value a is; the b value means yellow blue, the larger the b value, the more yellow.
In order to verify the fixation effect of the hair dye, the hair dye prepared in example 1 was used as an example and compared with the hair dye in the comparative example, and the results are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3 comparison of fixation effects of hair dyes
As can be seen from Table 3, the coloring agent of the present invention has good dyeing effect and strong color fixing ability, and can maintain good dyeing effect even after being washed for many times.
Comparative example 1 compared with example 1, the substitution of p-phenylenediamine for the dopamine-metal polymer showed a comparable effect to that of example 1, indicating that the same hair dyeing effect as that of the conventional hair dye can be achieved by the method of the present invention. However, p-phenylenediamine is highly harmful to the human body, and therefore the use of p-phenylenediamine is avoided as much as possible.
Comparative example 2 in comparison with example 1, the hair dye lacks metal salt, and the hair dye lacks metal salt, which is similar to the conventional dopamine hair dye, and although the black dyeing effect is good, the color fading is serious.
Comparative example 3 in comparison with example 1, the lack of dopamine in the hair dye resulted in complete failure of the hair to be dyed, and the lack of attachment sites for pigments resulted in complete failure of the coloring, with test results very close to white hair.
UVA, UVB and visible light may cause photodamage to hair, the extent of damage varying with wavelength. UVB mainly causes the loss of hair proteins, UVA promotes color change. The ultraviolet protection of hair includes the protection of natural pigments of hair itself and the protection of external products, and can prevent ultraviolet damage by depositing hair dyes on the hair cortex and the cortex, and the ultraviolet protection ability of different dyes is different. Samples were tested in dry and relaxed state using the same uv resistance test method as for fabric, 4 pieces for each sample. The samples need not be preconditioned, but are particularly demanding in the testing environment [ e.g., relative humidity (50% ± 20%) ]. From the ultraviolet transmittance obtained by the test, the average transmittance of UVA and UVB was calculated for each wavelength, and T represents the ultraviolet transmittance, and the results are shown in table 4.
TABLE 4 anti-UV ability of hair dye
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, it should not be construed as limited to the scope of the patent. Various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art without inventive step within the scope of the appended claims.
