Abstract
本发明公开了一种鸵鸟钙片及其生产工艺,本发明一方面提供了一种鸵鸟钙片,由以下成分组成:鸵鸟骨、枸杞子、益智仁、芡实、桑葚、欧李、黑芝麻、山药、维生素D、维生素K2、甜叶菊苷、柠檬酸;本发明通过在配方中添加使用枸杞子、益智仁、芡实、桑葚、欧李、黑芝麻、山药等,对服用者的肾脏具有良好的滋补效果,以提升肾脏合成活性维生素D的能力,从而提升服用者对钙的吸收能力,同时,将鸵鸟骨作为钙源,相比于碳酸钙等,更易被人体吸收,且鸵鸟骨的营养丰富,在补钙的同时,能够同时补充其它人体所需的微量元素。

本发明涉及一种钙片,具体是一种鸵鸟钙片及其生产工艺。
背景技术
根据全国膳食营养状况调查,我国一般人群钙摄入量严重不足,平均每人日摄入量仅为400mg,与全国营养学会推荐的日摄入量800mg相比,仅达到供给量的50%。而人进入中老年后,骨钙失缺、膳食钙摄入量不足,再加上吸收不好,极易患骨质疏松症,表现为腰腿酸软、易骨折等,根据国家卫生部提供数据表明,骨质疏松症的发病率已跃居各种疾病发率的第七位。我国一般人群、特别是中老年人群缺钙现状应当引起社会广泛关注,采取措施加以改善。
近一个时期以来,消费者误认为,只要吃了钙就可以吸收。实际上如果没有活性维生素D,钙元素不易被吸收。众多的中老年人缺钙的原因,是肾脏合成活性维生素D的能力减弱,促使钙吸收的活性维生素D不足。造成自钙吸收能力的下降。中老年人往往吃进去再多的钙,也只是穿肠而过,或存在消化道中导致胃结石等。人们完全可以通过适当运动增加肾脏血液流量,使肾脏产生较多的活性维生素D,从而改善自身钙的吸收能力。
而目前市面上销售的钙片,也大多忽视了对肾脏的调理,导致钙片的吸收效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鸵鸟钙片及其生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明一方面提供了一种鸵鸟钙片,由以下成分组成:鸵鸟骨、枸杞子、益智仁、芡实、桑葚、欧李、黑芝麻、山药、维生素D、维生素K2、甜叶菊苷、柠檬酸;
所述鸵鸟钙片的各成分的重量份数为:鸵鸟骨:10-20份、枸杞子:50-80份、益智仁:30-50份、芡实:60-80份、桑葚:60-80份、欧李:30-60份、黑芝麻:30-50份、山药:10-30份、维生素D:0.1-1份、维生素K2:1-5份、甜叶菊苷:0.1-2份、柠檬酸1.5-5份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述鸵鸟钙片的各成分的重量份数为:鸵鸟骨:12-18份、枸杞子:55-75份、益智仁:35-45份、芡实:65-75份、桑葚:65-75份、欧李:40-55份、黑芝麻:35-45份、山药:12-25份、维生素D:0.3-0.8份、维生素K2:1.5-3份、甜叶菊苷:0.5-1.3份、柠檬酸2.0-4.0份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述鸵鸟钙片的各成分的重量份数为:鸵鸟骨:15份、枸杞子:70份、益智仁:42份、芡实:70份、桑葚:70份、欧李:42份、黑芝麻:42份、山药:15份、维生素D:0.6份、维生素K2:2.1份、甜叶菊苷:0.725份、柠檬酸2.175份。
本发明另一方面提供了一种鸵鸟钙片的生产工艺,用于生产上述的鸵鸟钙片,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取配方量的鸵鸟骨、枸杞子、益智仁、芡实、桑葚、欧李、黑芝麻、山药、维生素D、维生素K2、甜叶菊苷、柠檬酸;
步骤二:将步骤一中称取的枸杞子、益智仁、芡实、桑葚、欧李、黑芝麻洗净,放置于提取罐中,向提取罐中加入纯水,蒸煮后过滤,得到滤渣和煮体液A;
步骤三:将滤渣置入提取罐中,向提取罐中加入纯水,蒸煮后过滤,得到蒸煮液B;
步骤四:将蒸煮液A与蒸煮液B合并后,过滤减压浓缩,得到混合液;
步骤五:使用喷雾干燥法对混合液进行干燥,得到干燥粉末;
步骤六:将山药、鸵鸟骨分别粉碎,过80目筛备用;
步骤七:将干燥粉末、山药粉、鸵鸟骨粉、柠檬酸、甜叶菊苷、维生素D、维生素K2置入混合机中混匀,得到混合粉末;
步骤八:使用乙醇配合混合粉末进行制粒,干燥后整粒,加入适量硬脂酸镁后压片,每片重0.5-2g,包白色薄膜衣,辐照杀菌后装瓶。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤二中,蒸煮前提取罐内的固液比为1:5-15,蒸煮时间1.5-3h。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在配方中添加使用枸杞子、益智仁、芡实、桑葚、欧李、黑芝麻、山药等,对服用者的肾脏具有良好的滋补效果,以提升肾脏合成活性维生素D的能力,从而提升服用者对钙的吸收能力,同时,将鸵鸟骨作为钙源,相比于碳酸钙等,更易被人体吸收,且鸵鸟骨的营养丰富,在补钙的同时,能够同时补充其它人体所需的微量元素。
2、本发明通过在配方中添加维生素D及维生素K2,在使用者服用本钙片的前期,肾脏的活性维生素D的合成能力仍较为低下时,能够对服用者的维生素D及维生素K2进行补充;钙、维生素D与维生素K2具有协同增效作用,补充钙剂的同时服用维生素K2,效果会更显著。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下将结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明一方面提供了一种鸵鸟钙片,由以下成分组成:鸵鸟骨、枸杞子、益智仁、芡实、桑葚、欧李、黑芝麻、山药、维生素D、维生素K2、甜叶菊苷、柠檬酸;
其中,鸵鸟骨取自人工养殖的鸵鸟,其富含氨基酸、矿物质、微量元素、维生素及骨胶质、软骨素等多种营养物质,而这此营养物质与骨质的形成、再生、恢复骨弹性及骨稳定性等有着密不可分的联系,鸵鸟骨的微量元素含量见表1;

与最长用于补钙的牛骨相比,鸵鸟骨的营养成分更加丰富,如表2所示。

枸杞子的功能主治为滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目,治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精;
益智仁,具有温脾止泻摄涎,暖肾缩尿固精之功效。常用于脾胃虚寒,呕吐,泄泻,腹中冷痛,口多唾涎,肾虚遗尿,尿频,遗精,白浊;
芡实,为睡莲科植物芡的干燥成熟种仁。具有益肾固精,补脾止泻,除湿止带之功效。常用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊;
桑葚的主要营养成分有水分、糖分、粗蛋白、灰分、粗纤维、游离酸、可溶性无氮物等,此外,桑葚中还含有人体必需氨基酸及易于吸收的多糖、丰富的维生素、红色素及人体缺乏的钙、铁、锌、硒等矿物质,具有增强免疫力、促进造血细胞的生长、促进新陈代谢等作用,具有丰富的营养价值和有一定的药理学价值;桑葚入药,始载于唐朝的《唐本草》。中医认为,桑葚味甘性寒,入心肝、肾经,有滋阴补血作用,并能治阴虚津少、失眠等。另据许多古典中医文献记载:利五脏关节,通血气,安魂镇神,降压消渴,令人聪目,变白不老,解中酒毒等功效。现代医学临床证明:桑葚有很好的滋补心、肝、肾,及养血祛风的功效。对降脂和减轻神经衰弱、动脉硬化、性功能衰弱、耳聋眼花、须发早白、内热消渴、血虚便秘、风湿关节疼痛均有显著疗效;
黑芝麻,为脂麻科植物脂麻的种子。功能主治为:补肝肾,益精血,润肠燥。用于头晕眼花、耳鸣耳聋、须发早白、病后脱发、肠燥便秘;
山药具有健脾,补肺,固肾,益精等功效,治脾虚泄泻,久痢,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精、带下,小便频数。补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少、久泻不止、肺虚喘咳、肾虚遗精、带下、尿频、虚热消渴。麸炒山药补脾健胃。用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,白带过多;
欧李能够润肠通便,利水消肿;用于肠燥便秘,小便不利;
甜菊糖,又称甜菊苷,是从菊科植物甜叶菊的叶子中提取出来的一种糖苷。甜叶菊原产于巴拉圭和巴西,它具有高甜度、低热能的特点,其甜度是蔗糖的200-300倍,热值仅为蔗糖的1/300,甜菊苷在酸和盐的溶液中稳定,室温下性质较为稳定。
甜叶菊苷与柠檬酸,味道良好;且食用后不被吸收,不产生热能,故为糖尿病、肥胖病患者良好的天然甜味剂,本发明通过将甜叶菊苷作为钙片的调味剂,在有效改善钙片口味的同时,能避免对糖尿病及肥胖症患者造成影响。
同时,有研究表明,导致骨质疏松最根本的原因不是“缺钙”,而是由于体内活性维生素K2缺乏所导致的钙代谢紊乱,血钙无法向骨钙转化的决定性环节。钙、维生素D与维生素K2具有协同增效作用,补充钙剂的同时服用维生素K2,效果会更显著。

步骤四:将蒸煮液A与蒸煮液B合并后,过滤减压浓缩,得到混合液;
步骤五:使用喷雾干燥法对混合液进行干燥,得到干燥粉末,喷雾干燥法是系统化技术应用于物料干燥的一种方法,其原理为于干燥室中将稀料经雾化后,在与热空气的接触中,水分迅速汽化,即得到干燥产品,该法能直接使溶液、乳浊液干燥成粉状或颗粒状制品,可省去蒸发、粉碎等工序;
步骤六:将山药、鸵鸟骨分别粉碎,过80目筛备用;
步骤七:将干燥粉末、山药粉、鸵鸟骨粉、柠檬酸、甜叶菊苷、维生素D、维生素K2置入混合机中混匀,得到混合粉末;
步骤八:使用乙醇配合混合粉末进行制粒,干燥后整粒,加入适量硬脂酸镁后压片,每片重0.5-2g,包白色薄膜衣,辐照杀菌后装瓶。

所述步骤八中,硬脂酸镁为白色轻松无砂性的细粉,比表面积大,具有极强的吸附作用和吸湿性,研究发现,制片过程中加入硬脂酸镁,因其增加了颗粒的流动性,使颗粒充填良好,分布均匀,还可减少颗粒与压片机模具之间的摩擦力,适应于越来越高的压片速度下需要迅速均匀充填的要求,从而保证片重差异符合规定,防止发生裂片的情况,使制成的钙片完整光洁。

本对比例为市售的某款采用碳酸、维生素D、维生素K2、包合剂、促吸收剂等为原材料,且配方中不含有枸杞子、益智仁、芡实、桑葚、欧李、黑芝麻、山药的钙片。
性能试验:
1、钙片吸收实验
试验对象:实施例1-2与对比例1-3所提供的钙片;
动物模型:KM小鼠150只,鼠龄4周;体重20±0.5g;雄雌各半分笼饲养;然后雄雌各半随机分为5组,分别将实施例1-2与对比例1-3所提供的钙片(50mg,相当于人用量的5倍)碾碎混入常规饲料中进行喂食(其中,常规饲料为每百克饲料中含面粉24g、去胚玉米粉39g、麸皮10g、酪蛋白15g、食盐1g、酵母粉1g、鱼肝油粉1g、鱼粉5g、核黄素4mg);
试验方法:喂食0.5小时后对小鼠血液中的钙离子进行测量(每组的30只小鼠随机分为10小组,小鼠麻醉后颌下静脉采血0.3ml,每次只取一小组小鼠血液,半小时取血一次,5小时一个循环),并计算血钙增加量(%)=(血钙浓度-原血钙浓度)/原血钙浓度×100%,记录血钙增加量开始超过2%的时间A、最高血钙增加量B与时间B、血钙增加量再次低于2%的时间C(停止取血),具体如表3所示。

由表3可知,本发明实施例1-2所制备的钙片,其吸收速率更快,且吸收含量好,对比观察实施例1和对比例1可知,将鸵鸟骨用于钙片的制备,其功效明显优于同等重量份数的牛骨;对比观察实施例1和对比例2可知,在钙片中添加维生素D与维生素K2,能够促进钙的吸收;对比观察实施例1与对比例3可知,本发明实施例1所制备的钙片通过采用鸵鸟骨作为钙源,配合枸杞子、益智仁、芡实、桑葚、欧李、黑芝麻、山药等的使用,其吸收率及吸收含量均有明显的优势。
在我国中医理论中素有“肾属北方水,主分水气,灌注一身,如树之有根”的说法,认为肾在五行中属水,肾主髓,髓生骨,因此,固本扶正,补钙在于补肾。《本草通玄》中说:“水旺则骨强”,肾中精气充盛,才能促使人体自身充分合成维生素D,促使活性维生素D大量吸收钙元素,以达强筋壮骨之功。
深谷鸵鸟骨片作为补钙营养品,研发的理论基础为我国传统中医药“骨为肾所主”的理论与现代医学营养学理论,同时将鸵鸟这一古老种开发利用,以鸵鸟生化骨为核心,辅以枸杞子、欧李、益智仁、山药、桑椹、黑芝麻等浓缩之精华,补日常食补之不足,敛阴潜阳,固本正治,荣气养血,补肾益精。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸵鸟钙片及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述鸵鸟钙片的各成分的重量份数为:鸵鸟骨:12-18份、枸杞子:55-75份、益智仁:35-45份、芡实:65-75份、桑葚:65-75份、欧李:40-55份、黑芝麻:35-45份、山药:12-25份、维生素D:0.3-0.8份、维生素K2:1.5-3份、甜叶菊苷:0.5-1.3份、柠檬酸2.0-4.0份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸵鸟钙片及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述鸵鸟钙片的各成分的重量份数为:鸵鸟骨:15份、枸杞子:70份、益智仁:42份、芡实:70份、桑葚:70份、欧李:42份、黑芝麻:42份、山药:15份、维生素D:0.6份、维生素K2:2.1份、甜叶菊苷:0.725份、柠檬酸2.175份。
4.一种鸵鸟钙片的生产工艺,用于生产如权利要求1-3所述的鸵鸟钙片,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取配方量的鸵鸟骨、枸杞子、益智仁、芡实、桑葚、欧李、黑芝麻、山药、维生素D、维生素K2、甜叶菊苷、柠檬酸;
步骤二:将步骤一中称取的枸杞子、益智仁、芡实、桑葚、欧李、黑芝麻洗净,放置于提取罐中,向提取罐中加入纯水,蒸煮后过滤,得到滤渣和煮体液A;
步骤三:将滤渣置入提取罐中,向提取罐中加入纯水,蒸煮后过滤,得到蒸煮液B;
步骤四:将蒸煮液A与蒸煮液B合并后,过滤减压浓缩,得到混合液;
步骤五:使用喷雾干燥法对混合液进行干燥,得到干燥粉末;
步骤六:将山药、鸵鸟骨分别粉碎,过80目筛备用;
步骤七:将干燥粉末、山药粉、鸵鸟骨粉、柠檬酸、甜叶菊苷、维生素D、维生素K2置入混合机中混匀,得到混合粉末;
步骤八:使用乙醇配合混合粉末进行制粒,干燥后整粒,加入适量硬脂酸镁后压片,每片重0.5-2g,包白色薄膜衣,辐照杀菌后装瓶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种鸵鸟钙片的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,蒸煮前提取罐内的固液比为1:5-15,蒸煮时间1.5-3h。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种鸵鸟钙片的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中,蒸煮前提取罐内的固液比为1:5-15,蒸煮时间1.5-3h。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种鸵鸟钙片的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤五中,干燥粉末的含水率小于5%。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种鸵鸟钙片的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤八中,乙醇的浓度为95%。
