Kidney qi deficiency and cold syndrome:

The secondary symptoms are as follows: pale complexion, mental fatigue, soreness and weakness of the loins and knees.
Tongue pulse: pale with white coating and deep, thready and weak pulse.
2.2) inclusion criteria
(1) Selecting a patient who is clinically and definitely diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis as an observation object;
(2) all cases are confirmed by pathology and imaging according to the diagnosis standard established by rheumatoid arthritis;
(3) liver and kidney function and blood routine are normal in all cases;
(4) the age is more than 20 years old and less than 70 years old;
(5) the general situation is good.
2.3) exclusion criteria
(1) Patients with advanced stage, serious joint deformity, grade 5 joint function, and severe symptoms above grade;
(2) patients are complicated with other rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, sjogren's syndrome, severe knee osteoarthritis, etc.;
(3) the traditional Chinese medicine allergic constitution is 20 years old or 70 years old, pregnant women or lactating women;
(4) patients with serious primary diseases and mental diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, hemopoietic system, etc. are complicated.
3. Method of treatment
Examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 were 21 patients, respectively. The sources and selection criteria for each group of patients were the same.
The medicated mutton soup prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative example 1 is eaten with mutton and soup 1 time a day and 1 month as 1 course of treatment, and the treatment lasts 2 courses of treatment. The composition prepared in the comparative example 2 is taken as decoction for 1 time per day, 1 month is 1 treatment course, and the treatment course is 2 treatment courses.
4. Clinical observation index
4.1) observation indexes of curative effect: a traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral table (see table 1) is designed according to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnostic standards, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral calculation is carried out on various groups of rheumatoid arthritis patients before and after treatment respectively, and differences of various groups before and after treatment are compared.

As shown in the data of Table 2, the total score of TCM syndrome after treatment of each group of patients is significantly reduced and the difference between the total score before and after treatment reaches a very significant level in examples 1-3 compared with before treatmentP< 0.01). Compared with the prior treatment, the total integral of the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of each group of patients after treatment has no obvious change, and the difference of the total integral before and after treatment does not reach the obvious level. Compared with the prior treatment, the total integral of the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of each group of patients after treatment is reduced, and the difference of the total integral before and after treatment reaches an obvious level.
Comparing comparative example 1 with example 2, the difference in the integral of TCM syndrome after treatment was significant between the two groups (P< 0.05); comparing comparative example 2 with example 2, the difference of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral after the treatment between the two groups is obvious.
Based on the analysis, the examples 1 to 3 of the invention have obvious positive effects on reducing the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral of the rheumatoid arthritis and have obvious effects on treating the rheumatoid arthritis. Comparative example 1 has no obvious effect on reducing the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral of rheumatoid arthritis and basically has no effect on treating rheumatoid arthritis. The comparative example 2 has a positive effect on reducing the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral of the rheumatoid arthritis and has a positive effect on treating the rheumatoid arthritis, but the effect is not good compared with the examples 1-3, which shows that the matching of the mutton and the raw materials is more effective on reducing the rheumatoid arthritis syndrome integral.

5.2 Chinese medicine syndrome integral improvement
The improvement of the syndrome integral of traditional Chinese medicine after the treatment of each case in each group is analyzed, the curative effect is judged according to the reduction degree, and the statistical data are shown in the table 3.
As can be seen from the data in Table 3, the effective rate of the examples 1-3 for treating rheumatoid arthritis is above 80%, that is, the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients are improved by above 80%, and the Chinese medicine symptom score is reduced by above 30%. The effective rate of comparative example 1 for treating rheumatoid arthritis is only 33.3%, and the difference reaches a very significant level compared with example 1. The effective rate of comparative example 2 for treating rheumatoid arthritis was 61.9%, and the difference was significant compared to example 1.
