本发明提供一种黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂活性组分,其由反‑2‑己烯醛、水杨酸甲酯、顺‑3‑己烯基乙酸酯、正己醇、芳樟醇组成。本发明还提供一种黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂,其包括活性组分和非极性有机溶剂。本发明还提供一种黑绒鳃金龟诱捕方法,其包括以下步骤:配制黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂;将黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂加入至带有子母塞的棕色玻璃瓶内制得黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂诱芯;将挂有黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂诱芯的水盆诱捕器悬挂于果树树枝上;在水盆诱捕器内加入洗衣粉水,之后打开子母塞使得黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂由子母塞上的释放孔进行释放,进而诱捕黑绒鳃金龟。本发明提供的黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂,使用方便、高效、无毒,无污染、不伤天敌、成本低、有效期长。

黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂活性组分、诱捕剂及诱捕方法
技术领域
本发明属于害虫防治领域,尤其涉及到一种黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂活性组分、诱捕剂及诱捕方法。
背景技术
黑绒鳃金龟(Maladera nrientalis Motsch)属鞘翅目Coleoptera鳃金龟科Melolonthidae,又称东方绢金龟、黑绒金龟子、天鹅绒金龟子、东方金龟子。黑绒鳃金龟在我国黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、北京、河北、山西、河南、陕西、宁夏、青海、山东、江苏、浙江、安徽、江西、福建、台湾、贵州等省(自治区、直辖市),国外朝鲜、日本、俄罗斯、蒙古等均有分布。黑绒鳃金龟是一种多寄主害虫,食性杂,可食149种植物,主要为害杨、柳、榆、刺槐、苹果、梨、桑、杏、枣、梅、向日葵、甜菜等植物。成虫主要食害寄主的嫩芽、新叶及花朵,尤其嗜食幼嫩的芽叶,且常群集暴食,所以,幼树受害更为严重,严重时常将叶、芽食光,尤其对刚定植的树苗、幼树威胁很大。自上世纪80年代末期以来,该虫在内蒙赤峰地区发生严重,对玉米、大豆、甜菜、向日葵、瓜类及果树等作物造成了严重为害,造成农作物的缺苗断垄,甚至毁种,给农业生产造成极大损失。1995~2000年,在沂蒙山区连续6年大发生,大量危害果树和林木,特别是新栽植的果树苗木,把新萌发的幼芽和叶全部啃食,造成大片新栽果树的死亡,严重影响果树的生长发育。目前关于黑绒鳃金龟的防治措施主要有林业措施防治、物理防治和化学防治等方法,林业措施防治包括精耕细作、合理施肥;适时灌水,降低土壤温度。物理防治包括人工捕杀;灯光诱杀;套袋技术。目前的防治措施大量消耗人力物力,化学防治会污染环境、杀死天敌、危害人体健康还会增加害虫的抗药性,使得防治日益困难。因此,从生态环境和食品安全的角度出发,寻找一些稳定、高效的绿色防控技术已成为现代害虫防治的重点工作。新型绿色防控技术中信息素防治具有选择性高、安全性好、对生态系统影响小等优点,是害虫综合防治中不可缺少的重要组成部分,研究绿色安全有效的防控技术已经成为现代农林业发展的一种趋势。
寄主植物挥发物在植物与昆虫间的化学通讯中起着决定性作用,调控着昆虫的多种行为,如引诱昆虫趋向寄主植物、刺激昆虫取食、引诱昆虫选择产卵场所等。植物源引诱剂是基于害虫偏好食源或其挥发物研制的食诱剂,是一类重要的害虫绿色防控产品。随着对害虫食源挥发物中信息素的不断深入研究,通过组配天然提取或人工合成的挥发物组分,按一定比例制成引诱剂,引诱剂对雌、雄害虫均有作用。植物源引诱剂是指一些分子量在100 ~ 200之间的有机化学物质,包括烃类、醇类、醛类、酮类、有机酸、内酯、含氮化合物和有机硫等化合物。
在国内外,有关鞘翅目鳃金龟科昆虫引诱剂的研究已取得重要进展,目前已研究出多种物质对鳃金龟科昆虫有引诱作用,这些物质为引诱剂成分或性信息素成分(如表1)。虽有关于黑绒鳃金龟引诱剂物质的报道,其成分为苄醇和Z3-6OH,但并未报道试验结果。

经有关专利文献检索,如专利CN201310323554.0 (一种果园中趋避黑绒鳃金龟的方法)该专利采用的方法为(1)选择第一年的秋季在划分好的果园中首先播种上小麦;(2)待第二年春季将果树苗移栽入小麦田中;(3)当小麦成熟后应将其及时收割,然后在秋季再次续种上小麦麦种;(4)当果树移栽至2-4年间,可在果树的两侧行间间作小麦,间作幅度应在行间距的50%-60%,从而实现趋避黑绒鳃金龟的目的。如专利201910112667.3 (一种黑绒鳃金龟的植物源驱避剂及其制备)该植物源驱避剂由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:小麦秸秆乙醇提取干燥粉末1~45%,溶剂10~30%,乳化剂5~10%,消泡剂0 .1~1 .5%,其他助剂0 .3~5%,余量为水。目前检索到的专利是关于黑绒鳃金龟的驱避方法及驱避剂的,目前未见到专门针对黑绒鳃金龟引诱剂的报道。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂活性组分、诱捕剂及诱捕方法,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂活性组分、诱捕剂及诱捕方法,使用方便、高效、无毒,无污染、不伤天敌、成本低、有效期长,环境友好,引诱效果好,且不易产生抗性。
本发明的技术方案如下:
黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂活性组分,其包括反-2-己烯醛、水杨酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯基乙酸酯、正己醇、芳樟醇中的至少一种组分。
优选的是,所述的黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂活性组分中,包括反-2-己烯醛,和水杨酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯基乙酸酯、正己醇、芳樟醇中的至少一种组分,二者的体积份比例为1:1。

本发明提供一种黑绒鳃金龟诱捕方法,其包括以下步骤:
将黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂活性组分加入至非极性有机溶剂中制得黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂,所述活性组分包括反-2-己烯醛,和水杨酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯基乙酸酯、正己醇、芳樟醇中的至少一种组分;
将黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂加入至带有子母塞的棕色玻璃瓶内制得黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂诱芯;
将黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂诱芯置于水盆诱捕器顶盖下方的诱芯悬挂处,并将挂有黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂诱芯的水盆诱捕器悬挂于果树树枝上,水盆诱捕器与地面之间的距离为0.5-1.0m,相邻的两个水盆诱捕器之间的距离为20-30m;在水盆诱捕器内加入洗衣粉水,所述洗衣粉水包括按体积份计的洗衣粉1份、水100份,之后打开子母塞使得黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂由子母塞上的释放孔进行释放,进而诱捕黑绒鳃金龟。

黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂中活性组分为一种,活性组分与石蜡油的体积份比例为1:5,水盆诱捕器中加入1L洗衣粉水,试验结果如表2所示。

由实施例1-2可以看出,含有反-2-己烯醛、水杨酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯基乙酸酯、正己醇、芳樟醇五种组分的黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂的诱捕效率显著高于其他配方。
实施例3
黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂中活性组分为五种,五者的体积份比例、以及活性组分与石蜡油的体积份比例分别为:

由上表分析,黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂中活性组分为五种,当增加水杨酸甲酯和芳樟醇的体积份比例时,诱捕量明显增加,因此确定二者的诱捕能力更强;
当五者的体积份比例为1:4:1:1:4,且活性组分与石蜡油的体积份比例为22:5时,诱捕效率最高。
实施例4
黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂中活性组分为五种,五者的体积份比例为1:4:1:1:4,活性组分与石蜡油的体积份比例分别为2:5(A),4:5(B),6:5(C),8:5(D);
水盆诱捕器中加入1L洗衣粉水试验结果如表5所示。

由上表分析,黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂中活性组分为五种,五者的体积份比例为1:4:1:1:4,活性组分与石蜡油的体积份比例为4:5,诱捕效率最优,既可以节约成本,又可达到较好的诱捕效果。
本发明的应用前景和效果分析:
1.监测虫情:本发明提供的黑绒鳃金龟引诱剂作虫情测报可及时而准确地了解果树林中黑绒鳃金龟种群的发生和消长情况,为进行适时有效地防治提供科学依据。用本发明的引诱剂测报虫情,灵敏度高,专一性强,使用方便,费用低廉,适于普遍推广。
2.大量诱捕:根据虫情监测结果绘制出成虫发生曲线,在成虫发生期,将本发明提供的黑绒鳃金龟引诱剂悬挂于受害的果树林中,可诱捕到黑绒鳃金龟的雌雄成虫,可降低虫口密度、减轻危害程度。
本发明经实验室和林间反复试验而成,不论是用来做虫情测报,还是大量诱捕,都有利于保护天敌,避免使用化学农药,对环境友好、安全,使用方便,成本低,有效期长,能够达到有效防治黑绒鳃金龟的目的,具有显著的生态效益和经济效益。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

Claims (4)

1.黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂活性组分,其特征在于,由按体积份比例计的以下组分:
反-2-己烯醛1-2份,水杨酸甲酯1-4份,顺-3-己烯基乙酸酯1-2份,正己醇1-2份,和芳樟醇1-4份组成。
2.黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂,其特征在于,包括活性组分和非极性有机溶剂,
所述活性组分由按体积份比例计的以下组分:
反-2-己烯醛1-2份,水杨酸甲酯1-4份,顺-3-己烯基乙酸酯1-2份,正己醇1-2份,和芳樟醇1-4份组成;所述非极性有机溶剂为石蜡油;
所述石蜡油与所述活性组分的体积份比例为5:5-22。
3.如权利要求2所述的黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂,其特征在于,
所述活性组分由按体积份比例计的以下组分:
反-2-己烯醛1份,水杨酸甲酯4份,顺-3-己烯基乙酸酯1份,正己醇1份,和芳樟醇4份组成;
所述石蜡油与所述活性组分的体积份比例为5:8。
4.黑绒鳃金龟诱捕方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂活性组分加入至非极性有机溶剂中制得黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂,所述非极性有机溶剂为石蜡油,所述活性组分由按体积份比例计的以下组分:
反-2-己烯醛1-2份,水杨酸甲酯1-4份,顺-3-己烯基乙酸酯1-2份,正己醇1-2份,和芳樟醇1-4份组成;
将黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂加入至带有子母塞的棕色玻璃瓶内制得黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂诱芯;
将黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂诱芯置于水盆诱捕器顶盖下方的诱芯悬挂处,并将挂有黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂诱芯的水盆诱捕器悬挂于果树树枝上,水盆诱捕器与地面之间的距离为0.5-1.0m,相邻的两个水盆诱捕器之间的距离为20-30m;
在水盆诱捕器内加入洗衣粉水,所述洗衣粉水包括按体积份计的洗衣粉1份、水100份,之后打开子母塞使得黑绒鳃金龟诱捕剂由子母塞上的释放孔进行释放,进而诱捕黑绒鳃金龟。
