8. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to identifying the vehicle information and license plate information of the parked vehicle from the video information of the parked vehicle via a pre-trained artificial intelligence algorithm model, the method further comprises:
pre-training by using a specified data set to obtain a machine learning model;
and inputting data information of the first data set into the machine learning model, and finely adjusting the machine learning model to obtain the artificial intelligence algorithm model.

and if the information of the parked vehicle is judged to be inconsistent with the information of the parking space owner and the license plate information of the parked vehicle is judged to be inconsistent with the license plate information of the parking space owner, the parked vehicle is correspondingly processed.
10. A non-transitory computer storage medium storing computer-executable instructions configured to:
identifying vehicle information and license plate information of a parked vehicle from video information of the parked vehicle through a pre-trained artificial intelligence algorithm model based on the video information of the parked vehicle collected by a monitoring device;
judging whether the vehicle information of the parked vehicle is consistent with the vehicle information of the parking space owner and whether the license plate information of the parked vehicle is consistent with the license plate information of the parking space owner or not according to the vehicle information and the license plate information of the parking space owner corresponding to the pre-collected parking space information;
and if the information of the parked vehicle is judged to be inconsistent with the information of the parking space owner and the license plate information of the parked vehicle is judged to be inconsistent with the license plate information of the parking space owner, the parked vehicle is correspondingly processed.
