receiving a vehicle moving request, wherein the vehicle moving request is sent by a terminal device of a target person through scanning a two-dimensional code plate arranged at a position where a vehicle is to be moved, and the vehicle moving request comprises: the two-dimensional code data corresponding to the two-dimensional code plate;
determining the unique owner identifier of the automobile to be stolen according to a pre-stored relation table of the two-dimensional code data and the unique owner identifier and the two-dimensional code data;
and sending vehicle moving reminding information to the terminal equipment of the vehicle owner according to the unique vehicle owner identifier of the vehicle to be moved.
2. The vehicle moving data processing method according to claim 1, wherein after sending vehicle moving reminding information to the vehicle owner's terminal device, the method further comprises:
judging whether an access refusing instruction sent by the terminal equipment of the vehicle owner is received within a preset time range, if not, determining the communication information of the vehicle owner according to a pre-stored relation table of the communication information and the unique identification of the vehicle owner;
according to the unique identification of the target person, sending the communication information of the vehicle owner to the terminal equipment of the target person, wherein the vehicle moving request further comprises: a unique identification of the target person.

and sending risk reminding information to the terminal equipment of the car owner according to the unique car owner identification of the car to be moved.
