As shown in fig. 1a, 1b and 6, the cable clamping and guiding device 6 includes a cap clamping and wire mounting plate 61, a cap cylinder 62, a lifting and guiding cylinder 63, a wire tail clamping cylinder 64, a wire head clamping cylinder 65, a cable head clamping head 66, a cable tail clamping head 66', a cable guiding seat 67, a cable sensor 68 and a cap triangular pushing block 69. The cap sealing and wire clamping mounting plate 61 is mounted on the machine frame 1, a wire head clamping cylinder 65 and a wire cable head clamping head 66 are mounted on a left side plate 611 of the cap sealing and wire clamping mounting plate 61, and a wire tail clamping cylinder 64 and a wire cable tail clamping head 66' are mounted on a right side plate 612 of the cap sealing and wire clamping mounting plate 61. The cable sensor 68 is fixed to the sensor holder 681 for detecting whether there is a cable.
When the cable is cut, the cable wire tail and the cable wire head leak cable wires, when the cable is drawn to the cable clamping and guiding device 6 through the caterpillar traction device 3, the cable passing wire guide groove 79 is further used for guiding the cable to pass through and guiding the cable guide seat 67, so that the cable lifting and guiding cylinder 63 drives the cable guide seat 67 to descend to guide the cable wire to pass through, the cable at two ends can be conveniently capped, and the accuracy and the consistency of capping can be ensured; then when the cable sensor 68 detects that the cable exists, the cable head clamping cylinder 65 drives the cable head clamping head 66 to clamp the cable head, the cable tail clamping cylinder 64 drives the cable tail clamping head 66' to clamp the cable tail, therefore, the cable can not move and the sealing cap is not in place when the cable is sealed, finally the sealing cap air cylinder 62 drives the sealing cap triangular push block 69 to descend, the sealing cap triangular push block 69 descends to push against and push two adjacent sealing cap rolling bolts 78, so that the left air cylinder sliding frame 761 and the right air cylinder sliding frame 771 are separated, thereby pushing the sealing cap clamping jaws 75 at the two ends to move left and right, tightly sleeving the sealing caps in the sealing cap clamping jaws 75 at the two ends on the two ends of the cable, then loosening the left clamping jaw cylinder 76 and the right clamping jaw cylinder 77, the cap sealing air cylinder 62 then drives the cap sealing triangular push block 69 to return to the original position, and finally the reciprocating air cylinder 71 drives the cap sealing indexing device 702 to return to the original position under the cooperation of the linear guide rail 72.
