the arc-shaped plate 611, the supporting base 701 is fixed on the chassis 1, and the second motor 702 is installed on the supporting base 701, and is operated by the second motor 702 electrically connected with the external power supply, the rotating bar 501 fixed with the coupling at the output end of the second motor 702 is driven to rotate, because the first belt pulley 704 and the second belt pulley 704 are installed on the plurality of rotating bars 501, and the two second belt pulleys are driven by the first belt 705 and the first belt pulley 703 respectively, therefore, the second motor 702 can drive the plurality of rotating rods 501 to rotate simultaneously, and since the third belt pulley 706 is installed on the rotating rod 501, the fourth belt pulley 707 is installed on the rotating shaft 607, and the third belt pulley 706 and the fourth belt pulley 707 are driven by the second belt 708, the rotating rod 501 can drive the rotating shaft 607 to rotate.
