烟酰胺单核苷酸在人体细胞能量生成中扮演重要角色,它参与细胞内NAD(烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸,细胞能量转化的重要辅酶)的合成。烟酰胺单核苷酸,人体内原本该物质存在,但随着年龄的增长而减少。早前实验证实,烟酰胺单核苷酸W+NMN能增加实验鼠体内各脏器中的NAD,从而抑制神经和血管等老化,还能改善糖尿病症状。
胶原蛋白可促进骨的形成,增强低钙水平下的骨胶原结构,从而提高骨强度,达到预防骨质增生症的作用;胶原蛋白对于正常人群,可以作为新陈代谢剂来使用,促进生物体内胶原生物合成,改善因年龄增长而导致的生物组织衰老和功能减退。即大家通常所说的有美容、润肤、抗衰老的效果。另外胶原蛋白还具有其他许多特殊的生理功能,如保护胃粘膜和抗溃疡作用,抗过敏作用,抑制血压升高的作用,胶原蛋白中的一些特殊氨基酸还具有防癌作用。并且胶原蛋白本身是蛋白质类物质,无任何毒副作用,可以长期食用。
钙为凝血因子,能降低神经、肌肉的兴奋性,是构成骨骼、牙齿的主要成分。维生素(Vitamin)是人和动物为维持正常的生理功能而必须从食物中获得的一类微量有机物质,在人体生长、代谢、发育过程中发挥着重要的作用。中国专利公开号为CN1961957,发明创造名称为一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:胶原蛋白粉;葡萄籽提取物;维生素C;维生素E将上述组分装入结肠溶解胶囊中。
但是,现有的抗衰老营养品还存在着胃肠道吸收率不高,补充营养素较少和服用不方便的问题。
因此,发明一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂显得非常必要。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:烟酰胺单核苷酸0.5-2%;胶原蛋白粉50-70%;钙剂10-15%;维生素5-10%;糖蛋白0.02-0.05%;虎杖提取物0.01-0.02%;槲皮素0.01-0.04%;二氧化硅0.1-0.5%;微晶纤维素2-10%;硬质酸镁1-5%;上述组分装入结肠溶解胶囊中,制成一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂。
所述的烟酰胺单核苷酸优选为0.8-1%;所述的胶原蛋白粉优选为50-60%;所述的钙剂优选为12-15%;所述的维生素优选为5-8%;所述的糖蛋白优选为0.02%;所述的虎杖提取物优选为0.01%;所述的槲皮素优选为0.01%;所述的二氧化硅优选为0.1-0.5%;所述的微晶纤维素优选为2%;所述的硬质酸镁优选为1.5%;上述组分装入结肠溶解胶囊中,制成一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂。
优选的,所述的钙剂为乳酸钙、碳酸钙和葡萄糖酸钙按照2:1:3的组合混合制剂。
优选的,所述的维生素为维生素C和维生素E按照1:1的组合混合制剂。

一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:烟酰胺单核苷酸0.5-2%;胶原蛋白粉50-70%;钙剂10-15%;维生素5-10%;糖蛋白0.02-0.05%;虎杖提取物0.01-0.02%;槲皮素0.01-0.04%;二氧化硅0.1-0.5%;微晶纤维素2-10%;硬质酸镁1-5%,将上述组分加入粘合剂制成软材,所述粘合剂为重量百分比为50-100%的聚乙二醇的乙醇溶液,所述粘合剂加入量为所述各组份重量之和的10-30%,过筛制粒,于包衣锅中滚制成小球,包肠溶衣后干燥;装入结肠溶解胶囊中,制成一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂。
一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:烟酰胺单核苷酸0.5-2%;胶原蛋白粉50-70%;钙剂10-15%;维生素5-10%;糖蛋白0.02-0.05%;虎杖提取物0.01-0.02%;槲皮素0.01-0.04%;二氧化硅0.1-0.5%;微晶纤维素2-10%;硬质酸镁1-5%,所述粘合剂为水,所述粘合剂的加入量为各组份重量之和的5-25%,滚制成微丸,再包结肠溶衣,干燥,装入结肠溶解胶囊中,制成一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂。
一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:烟酰胺单核苷酸0.5-2%;胶原蛋白粉50-70%;钙剂10-15%;维生素5-10%;糖蛋白0.02-0.05%;虎杖提取物0.01-0.02%;槲皮素0.01-0.04%;二氧化硅0.1-0.5%;微晶纤维素2-10%;硬质酸镁1-5%,按处方量称取所有物料,用体积比为1∶1-1∶2的聚乙二椁和乙醇水溶液制粒,所述乙醇水溶液的体积百分比浓度为80%-90%乙醇,25-40℃干燥,整粒,压片,用聚丙烯酸树脂包肠衣,肠衣层厚度为0.01mm~5.0mm,25-40℃干燥。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明烟酰胺单核苷酸在人体细胞能量生成中扮演重要角色,它参与细胞内NAD(烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸,细胞能量转化的重要辅酶)的合成;本发明能够有效的提高胶原蛋白多肽的生物膜通透性并可减少蛋白被其相应的酶降解,而提高吸收率,胶原蛋白的吸收,可对人体产生更积极的美容和保健作用;在胶囊中补充如钙和维生素,增加补充营养种类,利于身体吸收;该快速吸收的抗衰老型制剂的制备方法简单,对设备要求低,易于大规模制备生产。

一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:烟酰胺单核苷酸0.5%;胶原蛋白粉50%;钙剂10%;维生素5%;糖蛋白0.02%;虎杖提取物0.01%;槲皮素0.01%;二氧化硅0.1%;微晶纤维素2%;硬质酸镁1%;上述组分装入结肠溶解胶囊中,制成一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂。

对比实验,随机选取现有的护肤制剂做为对照组1和对照组2,分别与实施例1和实施例2进行吸收效果、重金属含量(mg/kg)、ph值、微生物指标(菌落总数)等性能进行测试,且检测条件和时间在相同环境下进行操作,在检测过程中,同时统计数据并制作统计表,见下表1和表2。

本发明烟酰胺单核苷酸在人体细胞能量生成中扮演重要角色,它参与细胞内NAD(烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸,细胞能量转化的重要辅酶)的合成;本发明能够有效的提高胶原蛋白多肽的生物膜通透性并可减少蛋白被其相应的酶降解,而提高吸收率,胶原蛋白的吸收,可对人体产生更积极的美容和保健作用;在胶囊中补充如钙和维生素,增加补充营养种类,利于身体吸收;该快速吸收的抗衰老型制剂的制备方法简单,对设备要求低,易于大规模制备生产。
本发明使用方便,而且无毒副作用,本发明在二年多的时间内经过连续或间断的试用,在对配方的优化组合后,对108例(男58例,女50例)试用者进行跟踪调查观察,服用3月,每天1次,每次2粒,经人体免疫功能试验证实,服用本发明一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂可明显增强中老年人免疫功能,T淋巴细胞转换率提高95%,能降低体内致人衰老的脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平,男性下降45%,女性下降60%,并可使体内具有抗衰老作用的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性明显提高,男性提高43%,女性提高40%,对10例试用者进行问卷调查表明,70%的男性和72%的女性食欲有所增强,所有被调查者,无一反映食欲、睡眠和精力较服用前差。

1.一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂,其特征在于,该快速吸收的抗衰老型制剂,一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:烟酰胺单核苷酸0.5-2%;胶原蛋白粉50-70%;钙剂10-15%;维生素5-10%;糖蛋白0.02-0.05%;虎杖提取物0.01-0.02%;槲皮素0.01-0.04%;二氧化硅0.1-0.5%;微晶纤维素2-10%;硬质酸镁1-5%;上述组分装入结肠溶解胶囊中,制成一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的钙剂为乳酸钙、碳酸钙和葡萄糖酸钙按照2:1:3的组合混合制剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的维生素为维生素C和维生素E按照1:1的组合混合制剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的糖蛋白位置人绒毛膜促性素。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:烟酰胺单核苷酸0.5-2%;胶原蛋白粉50-70%;钙剂10-15%;维生素5-10%;糖蛋白0.02-0.05%;虎杖提取物0.01-0.02%;槲皮素0.01-0.04%;二氧化硅0.1-0.5%;微晶纤维素2-10%;硬质酸镁1-5%,将上述组分加入粘合剂制成软材,所述粘合剂为重量百分比为50-100%的聚乙二醇的乙醇溶液,所述粘合剂加入量为所述各组份重量之和的10-30%,过筛制粒,于包衣锅中滚制成小球,包肠溶衣后干燥;装入结肠溶解胶囊中,制成一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:烟酰胺单核苷酸0.5-2%;胶原蛋白粉50-70%;钙剂10-15%;维生素5-10%;糖蛋白0.02-0.05%;虎杖提取物0.01-0.02%;槲皮素0.01-0.04%;二氧化硅0.1-0.5%;微晶纤维素2-10%;硬质酸镁1-5%,所述粘合剂为水,所述粘合剂的加入量为各组份重量之和的5-25%,滚制成微丸,再包结肠溶衣,干燥,装入结肠溶解胶囊中,制成一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种快速吸收的抗衰老制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量百分比由下述组分组成:烟酰胺单核苷酸0.5-2%;胶原蛋白粉50-70%;钙剂10-15%;维生素5-10%;糖蛋白0.02-0.05%;虎杖提取物0.01-0.02%;槲皮素0.01-0.04%;二氧化硅0.1-0.5%;微晶纤维素2-10%;硬质酸镁1-5%,按处方量称取所有物料,用体积比为1∶1-1∶2的聚乙二椁和乙醇水溶液制粒,所述乙醇水溶液的体积百分比浓度为80%-90%乙醇,25-40℃干燥,整粒,压片,用聚丙烯酸树脂包肠衣,肠衣层厚度为0.01mm~5.0mm,25-40℃干燥。
