小腿假肢
本发明涉及一种小腿假肢，该假肢带有一容纳小腿残余部分的漏斗形套筒和一加长管，漏斗形套筒和加长管通过一固定在小腿漏斗形套筒下端的适配件相互连接在一起。
本发明的目的在于，研制一种小腿假肢，使得经过较短时间培训的技术人员就可以安装或装配这种假肢。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的，即在漏斗形套筒下端对面的适配件可在圆弓面上移动并固定在该面上，圆弓面的圆弧在弧矢平面和前端平面上，并且圆弓面的中点是膝中心点。
由于采用了依照本发明的适配件调整，因而可以在弯曲和伸展以及支持和支承时简单、迅速地实现校正。
而且即使由于弯曲、伸展、外展和内收套筒下方的定位发生变化时，中心点对准假肢足位置的情况永远不会改变。因此，即使是受过较少培训的技术人员也可以改变定位，不会造成重大的安装错误。只有由于残肢位置异常需要校正时，才需要对下肢套筒对应于正常位置进行调整。对假肢下部结构不必进行再调整。
为了仅需少量构件即可满足不同尺码假肢的要求，一套用于制作小腿假肢的组合件例如可以仅含有三种不同尺码的小腿漏斗形套筒，这三种小腿漏斗形套筒的设计应分别适合于某尺码范围中最长的残端。对三个尺码范围中尚存在的不同的残端长度则通过在小腿漏斗形套筒中敷设一个或多个支承垫加以补偿。对残端粗细则利用一紧固装置通过碗形小腿漏斗形套筒的张紧加以补偿。对不同的腿长可以以较简单的方式在现场定尺剪切构件中的筒管加以适配。
最好还备有一出于美观考虑的踝骨型件，该踝骨型件的上端滑动套接在小腿漏斗形套筒的下端并且在踝骨型件的下端具有一个用于与足配合件防喷溅水密封连接的密封圈垫。

1、一种小腿假肢，其带有一容纳小腿残余部分的漏斗形套筒(1)和一加长管(2)，漏斗形套筒和加长管通过一固定在小腿漏斗形套筒(1)下端(3)的适配件(4)相互连接在一起，其特征在于：在漏斗形套筒下端(3)对面的适配件(4)可在圆弓形面(5)上移动并固定在该面上，圆弓面的圆弧在弧矢平面和前端平面上，并且圆弓面的中点(6)是膝中心点。
2、按权利要求1所述的小腿假肢，其特征在于：在漏斗形套筒下端(3)为适配件(4)配备一个具有相应形状的适配碗(4a)，采用一夹固螺钉(7)由上面将该适配碗安装固定。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的小腿假肢，其特征在于：采用一卡圈(8)将加长管(2)可旋转调整地固定在适配件(4)上。
