Background
With the increasing living standard of people, the use demand of electrical equipment is also increasing. For example, the air conditioner can provide a comfortable indoor temperature environment for people; however, the application of a large amount of electrical equipment also puts a great pressure on the load of the power grid, for example, in summer, the total power used often exceeds the load of the power grid due to the operation of various electrical equipment such as an air conditioner and the like.
In some countries, such as australia, new zealand, etc., the government issues a frequency-limited control command to electric appliances such as air conditioners in local regions through Demand Response Electric Devices (DREDs) according to the power load condition of the power grid, so as to make the electric appliances such as air conditioners enter a DRED mode.
The actual operation power of the air conditioner entering the DRED mode at present can be limited to 75% or 50% or 0% of the rated power; when the actual operating power of air conditioner was 0%, the compressor and the interior machine fan stop work of air conditioner, and the air conditioner can't provide refrigeration this moment, leads to indoor temperature higher, and user experience is very poor.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Example one
The control method of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention is implemented based on the air conditioner with the DRED function. When the load of the power grid is large, the power grid power supply terminal issues a DRED command to a user through DRED equipment, and an electric appliance used by the user and having a DRED function enters a DRED mode after receiving the DRED command. For example, when the air conditioner enters the DRED mode, the power of the air conditioner is adjusted to 75% or 50% or 0% of the rated power so as to reduce the load of the power grid.
The air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention is a variable frequency air conditioner, and comprises a compressor, an inner fan and a control unit, wherein the control unit is used for controlling the working states of the compressor and the inner fan; and when the control unit receives the DRED command, adjusting the working frequency of the compressor. In addition, the control unit is provided with an internal fan rotation control program that controls rotation of the internal fan. After the compressor and the inner fan are shut down, if the indoor environment temperature is too high, the inner fan can be restarted through the inner fan rotation control program to supply air indoors.
It can be understood that the control unit of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the present invention may include a memory and a processor, where the memory has an air conditioner control program that can run on the processor; the control program implements the control method of the air conditioner provided in the present embodiment when executed by the processor. Further, the internal fan rotation control program may be stored in the memory, and the processor may call the internal fan rotation control program out and execute the internal fan rotation control program when the air conditioner receives the DRED command.
A control method of an air conditioner in the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 and 2; fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating major steps of a control method according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating detailed steps of a control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
and step S101, the air conditioner enters a power limiting mode.
In a preferred embodiment, the power limiting mode in the embodiment of the present invention is a DRED mode, and the air conditioner may enter the DRED mode to operate after receiving the DRED command. In case the air conditioner enters the DRED mode, the air conditioner reduces its operating power, and its actual operating power may be 75%, 50% or 0% of the rated operating power. If the actual working power is 75% or 50% of the rated working power, the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner is reduced, the inner fan keeps rotating, and cold air can be continuously conveyed indoors. If the actual working power is 0% of the rated working power, the compressor is stopped in the state, and the inner fan stops rotating.
And S102, judging whether the compressor and the internal fan are in a stop state, if so, executing S103, and if not, continuing to monitor the running states of the compressor and the internal fan.
Specifically, a pressure sensor or a flow sensor is arranged at an air outlet of the compressor, the pressure sensor and the flow sensor are respectively in signal connection with the control unit, the outlet pressure or the refrigerant flow of the compressor can be transmitted to the control unit, and the control unit can judge whether the compressor is in a shutdown state or not according to the outlet pressure or the refrigerant flow of the compressor. For example, when no refrigerant flows out from the outlet of the compressor detected by the flow sensor, the control unit determines that the compressor is in a stop state.
And an air speed sensor is arranged at the position of the inner fan and is used for detecting the rotating speed of the inner fan. The inner fan is in signal connection with the control unit, the collected rotating speed information of the inner fan can be transmitted to the control unit, and the control unit judges whether the inner fan is in a shutdown state or not according to the rotating speed information of the inner fan. For example, when the rotation speed of the indoor unit fan detected by the fan sensor is zero, the control unit determines that the indoor unit fan is in the shutdown state.
It should be understood that the stop detection manner of the compressor and the internal machine fan is not limited, and other detection devices may be used for detection, and the above manner is merely an illustration of an embodiment, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
When the control unit detects that both the internal fan and the compressor are in the shutdown state, step S103 is executed to compare the indoor ambient temperature with the temperature threshold.
Specifically, the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises an indoor temperature acquisition unit, wherein the indoor temperature acquisition unit can be an indoor temperature sensor, the indoor temperature sensor is in signal connection with the control unit, and the indoor temperature sensor can transmit the acquired indoor temperature to the control unit.
The indoor temperature acquisition unit is used for acquiring the indoor environment temperature and transmitting the indoor environment temperature to the control unit, and the control unit compares the acquired indoor environment temperature with a preset temperature threshold value and judges whether the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the temperature threshold value.
Step S104: and selectively rotating the inner fan according to the comparison result of the indoor environment temperature and the preset temperature. As shown in fig. 2, step S104 specifically includes:
if the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the temperature threshold value, executing step S1041, namely enabling the inner fan to rotate so as to supply air to the indoor space; if the indoor ambient temperature is less than the temperature threshold, step S1042 is executed to keep the indoor unit fan in the shutdown state.
According to the control method of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the air conditioner runs in the DRED mode and the compressor and the indoor unit fan are both stopped, the air conditioner stops providing cold air to the indoor space, and if the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature threshold value, the indoor unit fan is rotated to supply air to the indoor space. Compared with the prior art that the compressor of the air conditioner and the fan of the indoor unit are both in a shutdown state and the fan of the indoor unit cannot be started to supply air to the indoor according to the indoor environment temperature, the control method of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention can start the fan of the indoor unit to supply air to the indoor according to the indoor environment temperature (reflecting the indoor air supply requirement), so that the indoor air flow is accelerated, and the comfort of a user is improved.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, the temperature threshold provided in the embodiments of the present invention includes the first temperature threshold, and in step S104, if the indoor ambient temperature is less than the first temperature threshold, it is proved that the temperature is lower at this time, the user experience is not significantly affected, and accordingly, the indoor unit fan is kept stopped.
Specifically, the first temperature threshold is a minimum indoor ambient temperature at which the rotation of the indoor unit fan is started, and the first temperature threshold may be, for example, 18 ℃. Utilize above-mentioned indoor temperature acquisition unit to gather indoor ambient temperature and transmit to the control unit, the control unit carries out the comparison with the indoor ambient temperature and the first temperature threshold value of gathering, if indoor ambient temperature is greater than or equal to first temperature threshold value, makes the interior fan rotate to the indoor air supply, if indoor ambient temperature is less than first temperature threshold value, makes interior fan keep shutting down.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the temperature threshold further includes a second temperature threshold, and the second temperature threshold is greater than the first temperature threshold, in step S104, if the indoor ambient temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold but less than the second temperature threshold, it is proved that the temperature is higher at this time, and the user experience is influenced to a certain extent, and accordingly, the inner fan is rotated at a low speed, so that the user obtains a cool experience.
In particular, the second temperature threshold is greater than the first temperature threshold, which may be, for example, 26 degrees celsius. If the indoor environment temperature detected by the indoor temperature acquisition unit is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold but smaller than the second temperature threshold, namely the indoor environment temperature received by the control unit is between the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold, the control unit controls the inner fan to rotate at a low speed. So set up, can match corresponding interior machine fan rotational speed according to indoor ambient temperature, can satisfy user's air supply demand, also can reduce the actual operating power of air conditioner simultaneously to reduce the electric wire netting load.
Further, the temperature threshold further includes a third temperature threshold, and the third temperature threshold is greater than the second temperature threshold, in step S104, if the indoor ambient temperature is greater than or equal to the second temperature threshold but less than the third temperature threshold, it is proved that the temperature is further increased at this time, the user experience is significantly affected, and accordingly, the inner fan is rotated at a medium speed, so that the user obtains a cool experience.
In particular, the third temperature threshold may be, for example, 30 ℃. And if the indoor environment temperature received by the control unit is between the second temperature threshold and the third temperature threshold, namely the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the second temperature threshold but less than the third temperature threshold, the control unit controls the inner fan to rotate at a medium speed. So set up, can match corresponding interior machine fan rotational speed according to indoor ambient temperature, can satisfy user's air supply demand, also reduce the operating power of air conditioner simultaneously to reduce the electric wire netting load.
Further, if the detected indoor environment temperature received by the control unit is greater than or equal to the third temperature threshold, the control unit controls the inner fan to rotate at a high speed so as to meet the air supply requirement of a user.
It can be understood that, including quick-witted fan rotation in-process, usable indoor temperature sensor real-time detection indoor ambient temperature and transmit to the control unit, the control unit is according to the indoor ambient temperature of real-time collection, and user experience can be promoted to the rotational speed of automatic adjustment machine fan, and the operating power of adjustment air conditioner in good time simultaneously reduces the electric wire netting load.
Or, in order to meet the requirements of different users, the users can manually adjust the rotating speed of the inner fan according to the requirements of the users. Specifically, the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with different keys matched with the rotating speed modes of the indoor unit fans, and each key corresponds to one of the rotating speed modes of the indoor unit fans. For example, the rotation speed modes of the indoor unit fan of the air conditioner in the invention can comprise a low speed mode, a medium speed mode and a high speed mode, and a user can select the rotation speed modes according to the requirement.
The keys can be buttons arranged on a remote controller of the remote controller, and a user can select an internal machine fan rotating speed mode meeting the requirement of the user in a mode of pressing the buttons. After the selection, the control unit receives the internal fan rotating speed mode selected by the user, and then the internal fan is controlled to operate according to the selected internal fan rotating speed mode.
For example, when the indoor environment temperature is between a first temperature threshold and a second temperature threshold, the air conditioner automatically selects the low-speed rotation of the indoor unit fan; however, if the customer needs to do so, the rotation speed mode of the internal fan can be adjusted by a manual button, so that the rotation speed of the internal fan can be adjusted to be in the medium speed mode.
Example two
FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating major steps of a control method according to a second embodiment of the present invention; fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating detailed steps of a control method according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the air conditioner control method according to the second embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
step S201, the air conditioner enters a power limiting mode, and the step S201 is the same as the step S101, and is not described again.
Step S202, judging whether the running frequency of the compressor is lower than a set threshold value; if yes, step S203 is executed, otherwise, the operation frequency of the compressor is continuously detected.
Specifically, the control unit prestores a set threshold value of the compressor frequency, which may be, for example, 20-50% of the rated operating frequency, and when the operating frequency of the compressor is lower than the set threshold value, the indoor cooling effect will be seriously affected; or, when the air conditioner enters the power limitation mode and the operating frequency of the air conditioner is lower than the set threshold, the amount of cold air delivered to the indoor space is reduced, and user experience is affected.
In the running process of the compressor, the control unit acquires the running frequency of the compressor and judges whether the running frequency of the compressor is lower than a set threshold value, if so, step S203 is executed, and if not, the running frequency of the compressor is continuously detected.
Step S203: comparing the indoor ambient temperature with the temperature threshold, the step S203 is the same as the step S103, and the details are not repeated here.
Step S204: and selectively increasing the wind power level of the inner fan according to the comparison result of the indoor environment temperature and the temperature threshold value.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, if the indoor ambient temperature is greater than or equal to the temperature threshold, step S2041 is executed: the current wind power level of the inner fan is improved; if the indoor environment temperature is less than the temperature threshold, step S2042 is executed to keep the current wind power level of the indoor unit fan unchanged, that is, the current wind speed of the indoor unit fan is kept unchanged. By way of example, the temperature threshold may be any temperature between 25-30 degrees celsius.
According to the air conditioner control method, when the air conditioner operates in the power limiting mode and the operating power of the compressor is smaller than the set threshold value, although the compressor and the inner fan are still in the operating state at the moment, the cold air quantity provided by the air conditioner is greatly reduced relative to the rated power during operation, and the refrigeration effect is seriously influenced; if the indoor environment temperature is detected to be greater than or equal to the preset temperature, the current wind power level of the inner fan can be improved, so that the indoor air supply amount is increased, the indoor air flow is accelerated, and the comfort of a user is further improved.
Further, the wind power level of the indoor unit fan is set to be multiple, that is, the indoor unit fan is provided with multiple wind power levels, and if the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the temperature threshold, the wind power level of the indoor unit fan can be increased by at least one level.
On the basis of the embodiment, the amplitude of the indoor environment temperature which is greater than the temperature threshold is in direct proportion to the level number of the wind power level increase of the indoor fan; that is, the larger the temperature difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the temperature threshold value is, the larger the magnitude by which the wind power level of the indoor unit fan is raised is, and the smaller the temperature difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the temperature threshold value is, the smaller the magnitude by which the wind power level of the indoor unit fan is raised is.
For example, assuming that the temperature threshold is set to 25 degrees, the rule of the wind power level increase amplitude of the temperature difference and the indoor unit fan is set to "increase one level every 3 degrees"; accordingly, if the current wind power level is low speed and the current indoor temperature is 29 degrees (the difference is 4 degrees), the wind power level of the indoor unit fan should be raised by one level to a middle level; if the current indoor temperature is 32 degrees (difference is 7 degrees), the wind power level of the indoor unit fan should be raised to a high level by two levels.
It should be noted that, although the above embodiment is described with reference to the DRED mode, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the technical solution of the present invention is also applicable to any other type of power limiting mode or manner. Furthermore, although the above describes the control unit of the air conditioner itself to execute the method of the present invention, this is not limitative, and the method of the present invention may be executed by other local control devices (e.g. a home appliance centralized controller) or remote control devices (e.g. a cloud server).
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
