本发明涉及装甲门技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种高强度带夹心复合层的装甲门。
背景技术
装甲门主要特点是门扇中间为坚固的钢结构体,前后表面各覆盖一层漂亮的且易于更换的饰面材料,饰面可做铝、铜、玻璃、复合木、实木等,具有许多独特的优点;例如具备木门的亲切外观及钢门坚固的本质,配上专业防盗锁则成了一扇美观的防盗门;面板容易更换。随时适应不同时期的装修风格,历久常新;由于有刚强的钢蕊,所以性能稳定,不因天气的变化或长时间的使用而变形。但是现有的装甲门仅通过钢结构体实现了门体的高强度,却没有实现抗冲击、抗撕裂、抗弯折、隔热、防火、隔音等性能,而且没有提高门框与门体的连接密封性,使用体验不佳。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。

工作原理:通过U型耐高温隔热层6、柔性密封防护层7、凹形耐高温隔热层8、柔性环形密封防护层9能够有效保护密封气囊10的安全性,避免密封气囊10在发生火灾时受损,在关门时通过高压充气泵16自动充气,使得密封气囊10充满气体实现门框1、门体2的密封,当准备开门的瞬间,通过抽气泵17迅速抽气,使得密封气囊10内的气体快速排出,从而不会影响门体2的开启,通过侧构件一22、侧构件二23、上梁构件24、下梁构件25、加固横梁26和加固竖梁27能够有效提高装甲门的整体强度,通过横向加固主筋35、纵向加固主筋36、高强度聚丙烯纤维37、高强度玻璃纤维38、抗菌抑菌纤维一39和抗菌抑菌纤维二40能够有效提高装甲门的抗冲击、抗撕裂、抗弯折、隔热、防火、隔音性能。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过设置由门框1、门体2、气密组件3、指纹密码锁4、U型耐高温隔热层6、柔性密封防护层7、凹形耐高温隔热层8、柔性环形密封防护层9、密封气囊10、外部装饰框11、金属加固层一12、金属加固层二13、夹心复合层14和回型梁15构成的高强度带夹心复合层的装甲门,从而使得该装甲门整体强度高,有效提高该装甲门的抗冲击、抗撕裂、抗弯折等性能,同时提高该装甲门的隔热、防火、隔音性能,通过气密密封结构,有效提高门框和门体的连接密封性,从而能够有效隔绝烟雾,提高该装甲门的整体安全性能。
