PVC材料即聚氯乙烯,它是世界上产量最大的塑料产品之一,价格便宜,应用广泛,聚氯乙烯树脂为白色或浅黄色粉末,单独不能使用,必须经过改性,PVC为无定形结构的白色粉末,支化度较小,对光和热的稳定性差。
由于化学稳定性高,所以可用于制作防腐管道、管件、输油管、离心泵和鼓风机等,聚氯乙烯的硬板广泛应用于化学工业上制作各种贮槽的衬里,建筑物的瓦楞板,门窗结构,墙壁装饰物等建筑用材,由于电气绝缘性能优良,可在电气、电子工业中,用于制造插头、插座、开关和电缆,在日常生活中,聚氯乙烯用于制造凉鞋、雨衣、玩具和人造革等。
在中国发明专利CN201821270157.6,一种抗老化PVC膜,该抗老化PVC膜,具有耐候性强,有利于抗老化,适合广泛推广与使用的优势,可是这样使用寿命不长,不具有反复拉扯的抗疲劳性,结构不牢固,不具备防火防腐的效果,而且不具有绝缘性强的优势,严重影响了材料自我修复的功能,增加了企业用户的人力成本与生产材料的成本,易发生虫害的事故,造成用户的财产损失,为此我们设计出一种扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的PVC薄膜片材,存在的使用寿命不长,不具有反复拉扯的抗疲劳性,结构不牢固,不具备防火防腐的效果,而且不具有绝缘性强的优势,严重影响了材料自我修复的功能,增加了企业用户的人力成本与生产材料的成本,易发生虫害的事故,造成用户的财产损失。

请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,包括UV处理透明层1和高强度减震空板层11,UV处理透明层1的下方紧密贴合有透明耐磨层2,且透明耐磨层2的下方紧密贴合有记忆金属钛丝层3,UV处理透明层1与透明耐磨层2之间为粘连连接,且UV处理透明层1与透明耐磨层2之间相互平行,这样具备了良好的光泽度,提升了材料的美观性,具有耐磨性好的优势,记忆金属钛丝层3的下方紧密贴合有可印花涂层4,且可印花涂层4的下方粘连连接有玻璃纤维加固层5,且玻璃纤维加固层5的下方粘连连接有蜂窝缓冲板层6,记忆金属钛丝层3与可印花涂层4之间为粘连连接,且记忆金属钛丝层3与可印花涂层4之间相互平行,可印花涂层4与玻璃纤维加固层5之间为粘连连接,可根据客户的需要定制相应的图案色彩,由于钛的特性,使得材料具备了良好的抗拉的作用,满足用户的需要,蜂窝缓冲板层6的外侧贴合有粘合胶层7,蜂窝缓冲板层6的内部固定连接有加固骨架8,蜂窝缓冲板层6、粘合胶层7与加固骨架8为一体化构造,且粘合胶层7关于蜂窝缓冲板层6的中轴线对称,加固骨架8关于蜂窝缓冲板层6的中心线等距分布,这样在材料受冲击力时可减小冲击力对材料产生的作用,具备缓冲分力的作用,使得材料不易损坏,加强了材料的强度,蜂窝缓冲板层6的下方紧密贴合有防裂夹层9,且防裂夹层9的下方粘连连接有防水干燥层10,防裂夹层9与防水干燥层10之间为固定连接,且防裂夹层9与防水干燥层10之间相互垂直,这样就具备了防止水体使得材料受潮泡坏的效果,可防止材料断裂,强度高,高强度减震空板层11的外侧粘连连接有防水胶层12,且高强度减震空板层11位于防水干燥层10的下方,高强度减震空板层11的内部固定连接有强力龙骨支架13,高强度减震空板层11、防水胶层12与强力龙骨支架13为一体化构造,且防水胶层12与强力龙骨支架13关于高强度减震空板层11的中轴线对称,可在多地震带使用,当强地震发生时可使得力矩多方向排斥,这样就能使得使用材料的建筑提升了抗震性,高强度减震空板层11的下方紧密贴合有无纺网格布纤维层14,无纺网格布纤维层14的下方设置有防滑底纹层15,无纺网格布纤维层14与防滑底纹层15之间为固定连接,且无纺网格布纤维层14的中心线与防滑底纹层15的中心线相互重合,由于无纺纤维的特性具备易于修复复原,这样在材料受损时可自行聚合,从而加强了抗拉性,与韧性,防滑底纹层15的下方紧密贴合有吸声隔音层16,且吸声隔音层16的下方设置有绝缘防电层17,吸声隔音层16的下方与绝缘防电层17的上方之间紧密贴合,且吸声隔音层16与绝缘防电层17之间相互垂直,由于内部具有一定量的中空,这样就能起到隔音的作用,而且不易导电,提升了安全性与用户的体验感,绝缘防电层17的下方粘连连接有防火耐热层18,且防火耐热层18的下方紧密贴合有防辐射度膜层19,防火耐热层18的下方与防辐射度膜层19的上方之间紧密贴合,且防火耐热层18的中心线与防辐射度膜层19的中心线相互重合,从而具备了耐高温,防火的效果,而且可具备防射线辐射的效果,适用于工业,航天使用,适用范围广。
本实施例的工作原理:该扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,首先工作人员可利用UV处理透明层1来粘连上透明耐磨层2这样使得材料具备了反光效果好光泽度好的效果,可提升材料的美观度,而且也可使得材料更加的耐磨,提升了材料的使用寿命,可在材料的分层中添加记忆金属钛丝层3由于钛具备了质量轻强度大,耐腐蚀,延展性好使得材料具备了可多次折叠不易断裂,进而尽最大可能保存材料的韧性,可以根据客户的需要可以利用可印花涂层4喷绘或者印制客户需要的图案,这层的图案可长久的进行保存,不易败色,可粘合上玻璃纤维加固层5可增加材料的强度,对于材料的稳定性起到了加强的作用,而安装的蜂窝缓冲板层6配合上粘合胶层7将蜂窝缓冲板层6一一的连接起来,可在材料受到外界强力打压时进行可起到对受力时进行缓冲的作用,而配合上加固骨架8不易使得材料凹陷变形,由于有一定的空间可起到隔热的效果,接着可贴合上防裂夹层9当材料受到强力拉扯时可极大的扩散受力的方向,使得受力均匀,这样不易使得材料发生断裂的事故发生,减低了材料的损失,而粘连贴合好防水干燥层10具备了不易透水的效果,能够提升表面水体的蒸发作用,而且不易使得水体聚集,这样保证了材料不会泡水受损,可为制作好高强度减震空板层11配合上防水胶层12来将高强度减震空板层11一一的粘连起来,这样可增强材料的抗震性,适用于地震多发地区进行使用,而可安装好强力龙骨支架13使得材料不易变形,这样可保持材料的形状,提升材料的安全性,接下来可安装好无纺网格布纤维层14,由于这种物质具备开放性好抗拉性强,这样就能增强了材料的抗拉扯的作用,而且因为开放性好,则能够具备可修复的作用,可使得材料在稍微断裂时聚合材料,使得材料具备了自我修复的作用,可进一步的设置好防滑底纹层15若是材料在地面使用,可起到防滑的作用,这样可提升儿童,患者老年人的安全性,具备了人性化的优势,可进一步安装好吸声隔音层16,由于该组件具备了一定的真空区域,这样就能起到对声音的隔离作用,提升使用材料的用户的体验感,而可根据需要来安装好绝缘防电层17这样可防止触电的事故发生,提升了用户的安全性,具备了良好的电力工程使用前景,可进一步的安装好防火耐热层18这样可延缓或者降低火情对材料产生的损害,提升材料的抗火抗高温性,保护用户与财产的安全,可根据不同地区的使用需要来设置防辐射度膜层19,由于工艺特殊,物质的特性,该组件具备了隔离阻断了辐射对人体造成的损害,提升用户的健康性,综上所述总共的组件组合构成了一种具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,这就是该扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材的工作原理。

1.一种扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,包括UV处理透明层(1)和高强度减震空板层(11),其特征在于:所述UV处理透明层(1)的下方紧密贴合有透明耐磨层(2),且透明耐磨层(2)的下方紧密贴合有记忆金属钛丝层(3),所述记忆金属钛丝层(3)的下方紧密贴合有可印花涂层(4),且可印花涂层(4)的下方粘连连接有玻璃纤维加固层(5),且玻璃纤维加固层(5)的下方粘连连接有蜂窝缓冲板层(6),所述蜂窝缓冲板层(6)的外侧贴合有粘合胶层(7),所述蜂窝缓冲板层(6)的内部固定连接有加固骨架(8),所述蜂窝缓冲板层(6)的下方紧密贴合有防裂夹层(9),且防裂夹层(9)的下方粘连连接有防水干燥层(10),所述高强度减震空板层(11)的外侧粘连连接有防水胶层(12),且高强度减震空板层(11)位于防水干燥层(10)的下方,所述高强度减震空板层(11)的内部固定连接有强力龙骨支架(13),所述高强度减震空板层(11)的下方紧密贴合有无纺网格布纤维层(14),所述无纺网格布纤维层(14)的下方设置有防滑底纹层(15),所述防滑底纹层(15)的下方紧密贴合有吸声隔音层(16),且吸声隔音层(16)的下方设置有绝缘防电层(17),所述绝缘防电层(17)的下方粘连连接有防火耐热层(18),且防火耐热层(18)的下方紧密贴合有防辐射度膜层(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,其特征在于:所述UV处理透明层(1)与透明耐磨层(2)之间为粘连连接,且UV处理透明层(1)与透明耐磨层(2)之间相互平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,其特征在于:所述记忆金属钛丝层(3)与可印花涂层(4)之间为粘连连接,且记忆金属钛丝层(3)与可印花涂层(4)之间相互平行,所述可印花涂层(4)与玻璃纤维加固层(5)之间为粘连连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,其特征在于:所述蜂窝缓冲板层(6)、粘合胶层(7)与加固骨架(8)为一体化构造,且粘合胶层(7)关于蜂窝缓冲板层(6)的中轴线对称,所述加固骨架(8)关于蜂窝缓冲板层(6)的中心线等距分布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,其特征在于:所述防裂夹层(9)与防水干燥层(10)之间为固定连接,且防裂夹层(9)与防水干燥层(10)之间相互垂直。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,其特征在于:所述高强度减震空板层(11)、防水胶层(12)与强力龙骨支架(13)为一体化构造,且防水胶层(12)与强力龙骨支架(13)关于高强度减震空板层(11)的中轴线对称。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,其特征在于:所述无纺网格布纤维层(14)与防滑底纹层(15)之间为固定连接,且无纺网格布纤维层(14)的中心线与防滑底纹层(15)的中心线相互重合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,其特征在于:所述吸声隔音层(16)的下方与绝缘防电层(17)的上方之间紧密贴合,且吸声隔音层(16)与绝缘防电层(17)之间相互垂直。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种扛拉扯具有自修复功能的PVC薄膜片材,其特征在于:所述防火耐热层(18)的下方与防辐射度膜层(19)的上方之间紧密贴合,且防火耐热层(18)的中心线与防辐射度膜层(19)的中心线相互重合。
