Description

Glove and method for knitting glove
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a glove knitted by a glove knitting machine and a glove knitting method.
Background
Generally, the knitting of gloves by a glove knitting machine is generally finished by knitting a finger pocket of four fingers in the order of little finger, ring finger, middle finger, and index finger, and then knitting a palm position of four fingers, a thumb pocket, and a palm position of five fingers, and then knitting a wrist portion and a wrist terminal portion continuing thereto. Knitting from each finger pocket to the position of the five-finger palm is performed by a main yarn such as cotton, and knitting of the wrist portion is performed by tucking the elastic yarn in a stitch formed by the main yarn. The end of the wrist is knitted using a stitch having heat shrinkability and heat fusion, that is, a so-called X-ray raveling-proof yarn, and then the glove is brushed off from the glove knitting machine.
Patent document 1 discloses the following technical solutions: the knitting method includes stopping a part of knitting needles for knitting the five-finger palm position, knitting the wrist part using the remaining knitting needles, folding back the wrist part to form a double layer, knitting the wrist end part and the lower end part of the five-finger palm position together, and knitting the anti-run-off part using an X-ray. The knitting method of folding back and forming a double layer as described above is called bind (ウェルトターン) knitting.

Disclosure of Invention
In the technique described in patent document 1, since only the wrist portion is formed in two layers by the tying knitting, there is a problem that the folded portion serving as the insertion port is difficult to be pinched when wearing the glove.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a glove which can be easily worn even if the wrist portion is knitted with a prick, and a knitting method thereof.
The present invention provides a method for knitting a glove (10), which uses a glove knitting machine to fold back a wrist part (8) connected to a palm position (7) of a five-finger to form a double layer and to knit a wrist end part (13) and a palm end part (7a) of the five-finger together to perform anti-run knitting, characterized in that,
the wrist section (8) is knitted by the following steps:
stopping a part of knitting needles used for knitting the five-finger palm position (7), and knitting a stitch row of the wrist front half part (8f) to the turning-back part (11) by using the rest knitting needles;
stopping a part of knitting needles used for knitting the front wrist half (8f) at the folded-back part (11), and knitting an appropriate number of courses using the remaining knitting needles to form a protruding part (12); and
knitting needles used for knitting the wrist front half portion (8f) are used to knit the wrist rear half portion (8b) after the double-back portion (11) in a course knitting manner.
Preferably, the protruding portion (12) is knitted with a knitting yarn (22) having a color different from that of the glove.
The glove of the present invention is characterized by having a protruding portion (12) formed by branching from the folded portion (11) of the wrist portion (8) and knitted together with the wrist portion (8), wherein the wrist portion (8) connected to the five-finger palm position (7) is folded back at the folded-back portion (11) to form a double layer, and the wrist terminal portion (13) and the lower end portion (7a) of the five-finger palm position are knitted together to prevent falling apart.
[ Effect of the invention ]
In the glove and the knitting method of the present invention, the wrist portion of the glove is formed as a double layer folded back by the welt knitting, and the protrusion is formed in the folded back portion of the wrist portion, so that the protrusion serves as a grip portion when wearing the glove and is easy to wear.
By forming the protruding portion, the folded portion of the wrist can be made to look like a welted glove.
By using the color of the color tone of the sewing thread used for the overlock for the color of the knitting yarn used for the folded-back portion, the overlock glove can be more closely approximated.

Detailed Description
< embodiment >
Hereinafter, a glove and a knitting method thereof according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
The glove 10 of the present invention and the knitting method thereof are composed of finger pockets 1, 2, 3, 4 of little finger, ring finger, middle finger, index finger, four-fingered area 5, thumb pocket 6, five-fingered area 7, and wrist portion 8, as shown in fig. 1.
As is known, the glove is completed by knitting four fingers in the order of the finger pockets 1, 2, 3, and 4, then knitting the four-fingered palm portion 5, the thumb pocket 6, and the five-fingered palm portion 7, and then knitting the wrist portion 8. S0 in fig. 2 shows a state where stitches on a needle bed of the glove knitting machine are hooked when knitting the five-finger palm 7 based on the main yarn 20. For example, the hand side stitches of the glove 10 are hooked to the knitting needles a to n of the front needle bed, and the back side stitches of the glove 10 are hooked to the knitting needles a to n of the back needle bed. Since the glove 10 is knitted in a circular shape while being knitted similarly on the palm side and the back side, for convenience of explanation, only the palm side will be described with reference to S1 and the following.
S1 knitting the final course (the five-fingered end portion 7a) of the five-fingered position 7 with the main yarn 20 using the knitting needles a to n. Knitting of the wrist portion 8 is started from S2.
In S2, while stopping the knitting needles c, f, i, and l of the knitting needles used for knitting the five-finger palm 7, knitting of the wrist front half 8f of a desired length is performed while repeating the loop formation by the main yarn 20 using the remaining knitting needles a, b, d, e, g, h, j, k, m, and n and the tuck knitting by the elastic thread 21 using the knitting needles a, d, g, j, and m connected thereto. The knitting of the wrist portion 8 is performed in a state where the loop formed in S1 is hooked on the stopped knitting needles c, f, i, and l. Fig. 3-a shows a state in which the respective portions on the needle bed are hooked in a state in which the first wrist half 8f is knitted a plurality of times, and fig. 3-b shows a state in which the knitting of the first wrist half 8f is completed.
In S3, knitting is performed using the knitting yarn 22 different from the main yarn 20 for knitting the folded portion 11 of the wrist portion 8, and using the knitting needle in S2 in which knitting by the elastic thread 21 is performed. By repeating S3 a suitable number of times, the portion that branches from the wrist portion 8 and becomes the protrusion portion 12 is knitted in the folded-back portion 11 that becomes the insertion opening (fig. 3-c). The thickness, bulkiness, hardness, and the like of the protrusion 12 can be appropriately adjusted according to the number of repetitions of S3, the stitch density value, the number of looms, the yarn count, and the like. By forming the projection 12 in this manner, the projection 12 looks as if it were processed by an overlock machine. The protruding portion 12 is not only made to have a nearly stitched appearance to the glove, but also is easily put on if the protruding portion of the protruding portion 12 is gripped. Although the folded portion may be knitted directly with the main yarn without using the knitting yarn 22, if the knitting yarn 22 having a color different from that of the main yarn 20 is used, the glove can be more closely approximated to the welt-treated glove.
S4 shows the knitting of the wrist rear half 8b continuing to the folded portion 11, and the loop formation by the main yarn 20 and the tuck knitting by the elastic thread 21 are repeated in the same manner as in S2. By this knitting, the terminal course of the portion formed by branching from the wrist portion 8 is knitted together with the wrist portion 8 at the folded-back portion by S3 to complete the protrusion portion 12. The wrist posterior half 8b is woven to a length approximately equal to the wrist anterior half 8f (fig. 3-d).
S5 shows the knitting of the wrist terminal end portion 13, and the loop course is knitted from the knitting needle a to the knitting needle n using the X-ray 23. The stitches formed on the knitting needles c, f, i, l of the wrist terminal portion 13 formed by the knitting at S5 are knitted together with the stitches of the final course of the five-fingered terminal portion 7a in a state of being hooked on the knitting needles c, f, i, l stopped after S1 (fig. 3-e). The gloves are brushed from the loom about 1 to 3 times based on the knitting of the X-ray 23, and the X-ray 23 is heat-treated, thereby preventing the slip-off at the end of the wrist.
Fig. 3-f show a side cross-sectional view of the palm 7 and wrist 8 of the glove 10 removed from the loom. The wrist portion 8 is extended in a shape positioned on an extension of the five-finger palm 7 as shown in fig. 1.
The glove 10 may be used in the state shown in fig. 3-f, but may be used with the joint between the five-fingered end portion 7a and the wrist end portion 13 turned inside out. The knitting pattern of the main yarn 20 and the elastic thread 21 in the wrist portion 8 is not limited to S2, and various modifications may be made.
