When discharging, the speed reducer 205 at two ends of the rear shaft 202 is driven by a motor or a hydraulic motor to drive the rear shaft 202 to rotate on the intermediate bearing block 21, when the rear shaft 202 rotates, the chain wheel 22 connected with the rear wheel through a key also rotates along with the rear wheel, the chain wheel 22 rotates to stir the chain to move forwards or backwards through the transmission teeth 2202 on the chain wheel 22, the moving direction of the chain is determined by the rotating direction of the rear shaft 202, when the chain wheel 22 rotates, the transmission teeth 2202 on the chain wheel 22 can be always inserted between the two connecting shafts 20402 of the chain unit, when the chain moves, the connecting shafts 20402 on the chain unit contact with the sliding rails 201 to support and limit the chain, and the chain moves while driving the chain pipe 207 to move, so that the rubber conveyor belt 13 on the chain pipe 207 is driven to move and the push plate 3 driven by the chain moves, and discharging of the material is completed.
A plurality of support rods 208 parallel to the front shaft 203 are arranged on the frame 1, and the slide rail 201 is fixed on the support rods 208.
Referring to fig. 22 to 23, the suspension assembly 19 includes two vertical plates 1901 arranged in parallel, two ends of each vertical plate 1901 are respectively fixed with an end light beam 1903, a middle light beam 1902 is installed between the two vertical plates 1901, two front suspensions 1905 are installed at the lower end of the end light beam 1903 located at the front end, two rear suspensions 1907 are installed at the lower end located at the rear end, and two middle suspensions 1906 are installed at the lower end of the middle light beam 1902.
