One end of the winding drum 401 connected with the adjustable winding drum support 1307 is provided with a motor reducer 402 for providing power, and the motor reducer 402 is connected with a hydraulic system. One end of the fixed frame 404 close to the adjustable reel bracket 1307 is fixedly provided with a first side frame 408, and the other end of the fixed frame 404 is fixedly provided with a second side frame 409. A winch 407 for winding the steel wire oil rope 503 is fixed on the circumference of one end of the winding drum 401 where the rotating shaft 403 is installed. A split door is provided on the lower opening assembly 102. The lower opening component 102 adopts a split type, two sides of a door frame are welded through hinges, a lock rod 103 is arranged in the middle of a split door, and the upper fixing component 101 and upright posts at two ends of the carriage assembly 2 are connected to form a door-in-door capable of being integrated and separated. At least one locking rod 103 is arranged on each split door, and a locking seat matched with the locking rod 103 is arranged on the upper fixing component 101. And a support 106 is fixed on the side surface of the carriage assembly 2, and the support 106 is hinged with the lower end of the oil cylinder 105. The dentate locking block 114 comprises a first body, a plurality of locking teeth are fixed on the first body, the concave locking block 113 comprises a second body, a plurality of concave grooves are arranged on the second body, and when the lower opening device is closed, the locking teeth on the dentate locking block 114 are embedded into the concave grooves of the concave locking block 113 to place the backdoor to be deviated.
The lower side of the rear part of the carriage assembly 2 is provided with a locking hook 112, and the lower end of the lower opening component 102 is provided with a locking buckle used for matching with the locking hook 112. When the lower opening device is closed, the locking hook 112 is matched with the locking buckle, so that the lower opening device is automatically locked. When the hydraulic pressure is opened, the hook lock is automatically opened when the oil cylinder 105 is jacked, and when the oil cylinder 105 is closed, the hook lock is automatically closed.
The carriage assembly 2 is provided with a winding drum 401 at the rear part, the conveyor belt 14 for unloading bulk goods is wound on the winding drum 401, a reinforcing plate 115 is fixed on the inner side of the lower opening assembly 102, and a rubber pad 116 for preventing the conveyor belt 14 from leaking is arranged on the reinforcing plate 115. The bottom of the rear end of the carriage assembly 2 is provided with a scraping component 9 for removing materials on a conveyor belt 14.
