Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle cooling systems, and discloses a universal clamping mechanism for pre-mounting a cooling module. The invention also discloses an installation method of the universal clamping mechanism for pre-installing the cooling module. According to the universal clamping mechanism for pre-mounting the cooling module and the mounting method thereof, for products with different horizontal distances of mounting pins, the pre-mounting can be realized by using one set of clamping mechanism, so that the labor intensity is reduced, and the replacement time and the storage position are saved.

Technical Field

C) inserting the condenser assembly 21 onto the buckles of the left and right water chambers of the radiator assembly 20 from top to bottom, taking out the paint pens from the pen container 18, and drawing a lower flush joint mark line at a required and designated position;
D) the fan assembly 22 is installed in the buckles of the left water chamber and the right water chamber on the other side of the radiator assembly 21, and meanwhile, the fan assembly 22 is pre-screwed and fixed by taking the screws from the screw placing box 19, so that the pre-assembly of the cooling module assembly is realized.
