Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of processing equipment tools, in particular to a fixing support for laser cutting.
Background
In the production and manufacturing of the escalator, most of parts of the escalator comprise non-standard workpieces, and the laser cutting processing is needed on the non-standard workpieces, but the workpieces are usually irregular in shape and complex in processing procedure, and the production requirement cannot be met only through manual operation; however, the problem that the positioning accuracy cannot be met by the mechanical arm cutting exists, so that a tool special for fixing the workpiece needs to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to at least solve one technical problem in the prior art, and the invention aims to provide a fixing support for laser cutting, which is stable in positioning, convenient to operate and high in positioning precision.

Preferably, the clamping part comprises a clamping head and an adjusting rod, the adjusting rod penetrates through one end of the clamping arm and is parallel to the first connecting seat, and positioning nuts are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the adjusting rod, which are matched with the clamping arm.
Preferably, the clamping arm is provided with positioning grooves along the front and rear sides toward one end of the clamping member, and the adjusting rod can slide up and down relative to the positioning grooves.
Preferably, the second connecting seat is provided with a positioning block in a protruding manner towards the clamping device, and the positioning block is provided with a positioning surface which is perpendicular to the second connecting seat and is positioned below the clamping piece.
Preferably, a plurality of the positioning assemblies are arranged on the working platform at intervals along the shape of the workpiece.
Preferably, the clamping head is made of wear-resistant non-metallic materials.

One or more technical schemes provided by the embodiment of the invention have at least the following beneficial effects: compared with the prior art, the fixing support for laser cutting provided by the embodiment of the invention adopts a structure comprising a fixing seat with a working platform and a plurality of positioning components which are detachably arranged on the working platform, wherein each positioning component comprises a positioning seat which is detachably connected with the working platform and a clamping device which is matched with the positioning seat, so that the fixing support is convenient to operate, is convenient for changing the position of the positioning component and can be used for positioning various types of workpieces; clamping device includes base, clamping arm and pushes away the handle, pushes away the handle and connects in clamping arm in order to drive the clamping piece and be close to or keep away from in the second connecting seat, and the clamping forms the location space that is used for fixed work piece between clamping piece and the second connecting seat, and its location is stable, convenient operation, and positioning accuracy is high.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a fixing bracket for laser cutting according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
the fixing seat 100, the fixing seat 100 has a working platform 110 parallel to the horizontal plane, the working platform 110 is used for placing the workpiece;
a plurality of positioning assemblies 200, the positioning assemblies 200 being detachably mounted with respect to the work platform 110, preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the plurality of positioning assemblies 200 are arranged on the work platform 110 at intervals along the shape of the workpiece; the positioning assembly 200 comprises a positioning seat 210 and a clamping device 220, and is used for fixing workpieces, so that the fixed support is convenient to operate, the position of the positioning assembly 200 can be changed conveniently, and the positioning assembly can be used for positioning various types of workpieces.
Specifically, the positioning seat 210 is an L-shaped structure, and includes a first connecting seat 211 detachably connected to the working platform 110 and a second connecting seat 212 perpendicular to the first connecting seat 211, and the first connecting seat 211 and the second connecting seat 212 are integrally formed. The clamping device 220 comprises a base 221, a clamping arm 222 and a push handle 223, one end of the clamping arm 222 is hinged to the base 221, the other end of the clamping arm is provided with a clamping piece 224, the push handle 223 is connected to the clamping arm 222 to drive the clamping piece 224 to be close to or far away from the second connecting seat 212, a positioning space for fixing a workpiece is formed by clamping the clamping piece 224 and the second connecting seat 212, and the positioning device is stable in positioning, convenient to operate and high in positioning accuracy. Preferably, the second connecting seat 212 is provided with a positioning block 213 protruding toward the clamping device 220, the positioning block 213 has a positioning surface 2131 perpendicular to the second connecting seat 212 and located below the clamping member 224, and the workpiece is supported on the positioning surface 2131, so that the structure is more stable, and the mounting and dismounting of the workpiece on the fixing bracket are more convenient.
In some embodiments, the clamping member 224 includes a clamping head 2241 and an adjusting rod 2242, the adjusting rod 2242 is mounted at one end of the clamping arm 222 in a penetrating manner and is parallel to the first connecting seat 211, positioning nuts 2243 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the adjusting rod 2242, which are matched with the clamping arm 222, for fixing the specific position of the clamping head 2241, and the clamping arm 222 of the structure can adjust the position of the clamping head 2241 along the front-rear direction, so as to adjust the thickness of the positioning space to adapt to the thickness of different workpieces. Furthermore, the positioning groove 2221 is penetratingly formed at one end, facing the clamping member 224, of the clamping arm 222 along the front side and the rear side, the adjusting rod 2242 can slide up and down relative to the positioning groove 2221, the position of the positioning space can be adjusted, clamping positions of different workpieces can be adapted, and the universality is higher.
In some embodiments, the clamping head 2241 is made of a wear-resistant non-metallic material, which protects the surface of the workpiece from wear. Preferably, the clamping head 2241 is made of a rubber material, and has a certain buffering capacity, so that the workpiece can be stably positioned, and the vibration of the workpiece during laser cutting can be reduced.
