Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of metal processing, and provides an adjustable valve processing platform which comprises a base, wherein a turntable for fixing a cylindrical part of a valve is arranged on the base; a fixed stop block and a movable stop block are arranged on the rotary table; the number of the fixed stop blocks is two, and the number of the movable stop blocks is one; the turntable is also provided with a pin plate, and a workpiece fixing pin is threaded on the pin plate; a slidable detection plate is also vertically arranged on the base; at least two sliding chutes are arranged on the base in parallel; the detection plate is provided with a sliding block which is embedded into the sliding groove in a sliding manner; when the detection plate slides on the base, the detection plate always keeps a vertical state; at least three ejector rods are movably arranged on the detection plate in a penetrating way; one end of the ejector rod is used for abutting against a flange of the valve, and the other end of the ejector rod is fixedly connected with the induction block; and the detection plate is correspondingly provided with a position sensor for detecting the induction block. Therefore, the invention can be adjusted through the turntable, and can be used for judging through the ejector rod detection arranged on the detection plate and the signals sent by the position sensor, thereby improving the detection efficiency and accuracy.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of metal processing, and particularly relates to an adjustable valve processing platform.
Background
Referring to fig. 1, the valve is basically constructed by a cylinder 101, the body of the cylinder 101 being connected to a flange 102.
During machining, the flange 102 is machined by fixing the cylinder 101 in place, usually by a tool. Since the cylinder 101 itself lacks a positioning structure, it is necessary to align the perpendicularity between the processed surface of the flange 102 and the cylinder 101 at the time of fixing.
The current alignment mode is manual alignment, and detection is carried out through a cutter or a detection head of a machine tool. Often requiring adjustment multiple times and having a high requirement on the skill level of the operator. The operation efficiency is low, and the adjustment difficulty is large.
In view of the above, the prior art is obviously inconvenient and disadvantageous in practical use, and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, an object of the present invention is to provide an adjustable valve machining platform, which is adjusted by a turntable, detected by a lift rod disposed on a detection plate, and judged by using a signal sent by a position sensor, so as to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy. The invention can complete the adjustment, detection and fixation of the valve on the base in advance, and then the whole base is hoisted on a machine tool, thereby reducing the operation intensity.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an adjustable valve processing platform which comprises a base, wherein a turntable used for fixing a cylinder part of a valve is arranged on the base; a fixed stop block and a movable stop block are arranged on the rotary table; the number of the fixed stop blocks is two, and the number of the movable stop blocks is one;
the turntable is also provided with a pin plate, and a workpiece fixing pin is threaded on the pin plate;
a slidable detection plate is also vertically arranged on the base; at least two sliding grooves are arranged on the base in parallel; the detection plate is provided with a sliding block which is embedded into the sliding groove in a sliding manner; when the detection plate slides on the base, the detection plate always keeps a vertical state;
at least three ejector rods are movably arranged on the detection plate in a penetrating manner; one end of the ejector rod is used for abutting against a flange of the valve, and the other end of the ejector rod is fixedly connected with the induction block; and the detection plate is correspondingly provided with a position sensor for detecting the induction block.
According to the adjustable valve machining platform, the movable stop block is positioned on a perpendicular bisector of a connecting line of the two fixed stop blocks.
According to the adjustable valve machining platform, the rotary table is embedded on the base; and a turntable fixing pin is also arranged on the base in a penetrating way.
According to the adjustable valve machining platform, the cross section of the sliding chute is in an inverted T shape.
According to the adjustable valve processing platform, the number of the ejector rods on the detection plate is three; slowly moving the detection plate to be close to the flange plate; if the three position sensors simultaneously sense the sensing blocks of the corresponding ejector rods, the flange plate is adjusted to the preset posture.
According to the adjustable valve machining platform, the ejector rod is further provided with the reset stop ring.
According to the adjustable valve machining platform, the position sensor is a proximity type induction switch.
According to the adjustable valve processing platform, one end of the ejector rod, which is contacted with the flange plate, is spherical.
The invention aims to provide an adjustable valve machining platform which is adjusted through a rotary table, is detected through a mandril arranged on a detection plate, is judged by utilizing a signal sent by a position sensor, and improves the detection efficiency and accuracy. The invention can complete the adjustment, detection and fixation of the valve on the base in advance, and then the whole base is hoisted on a machine tool, thereby reducing the operation intensity.

Referring to fig. 2, the invention provides an adjustable valve processing platform, which comprises a base 1, wherein a turntable 11 for fixing a cylinder 101 part of a valve is arranged on the base 1; referring to fig. 2, a fixed stop 12 and a movable stop 13 are arranged on the rotary table 11; referring to fig. 4 again, there are two fixed stoppers 12 and one movable stopper 13; furthermore, the movable stopper 13 is located on a perpendicular bisector of a connecting line of the two fixed stoppers 12, and the three stoppers fix the cylinder 101 together.
The turntable 11 is also provided with a pin plate 14, and a workpiece fixing pin 15 is threaded on the pin plate 14; after the valve is placed, the movable stop block 13 is pushed to move through the workpiece fixing pin 15, and is tightly fixed.
The turntable 11 is rotated to angle the adjustable flange 102. Preferably, the turntable 11 is embedded in the base 1; a turntable fixing pin 16 is also arranged on the base 1 in a penetrating manner; after the angular adjustment of the flange 102 is completed, the turntable fixing pin 16 is tightened to fix it.
A slidable detection plate 2 is also vertically arranged on the base 1; referring to fig. 7, at least two sliding grooves are arranged on the base 1 in parallel; the detection plate 2 is provided with a slide block 25 which is slidably embedded in the chute; the detection plate 2 is always kept in a vertical state when sliding on the base 1.
Preferably, the cross section of the chute is in an inverted T shape, so that the state of the detection plate 2 is not changed in the sliding process.
Referring to fig. 5, a plurality of ejector rods 21 are movably arranged on the detection plate 2 in a penetrating manner; one end of the ejector rod 21 is used for abutting against a flange plate 102 of the valve, and the other end of the ejector rod is fixedly connected with an induction block 22; a position sensor 23 for detecting the induction block 22 is correspondingly arranged on the detection plate 2;
referring to fig. 6, as an embodiment, the number of the ejector pins 21 on the detection plate 2 of the present invention is three; slowly moving the detection plate 2 to be close to the flange plate 102; if the three position sensors 23 simultaneously sense the sensing blocks 22 of the corresponding jacks 21, it is indicated that the flange plate 102 has been adjusted to the predetermined posture. If only one position sensor 23 signals that it is necessary to continue the adjustment. Until three position sensors 23 simultaneously emit a signal, the turntable 11 is rotated.
Preferably, one end of the ejector rod 21, which is in contact with the flange plate 102, is spherical, so that the contact area is reduced, and the detection sensitivity is improved.
Furthermore, a reset stop ring 24 is also arranged on the ejector rod 21. All the jack rods 21 are brought to the same initial position before the start of the test.
The position sensor 23 of the invention is a proximity inductive switch, and when the inductive block 22 is detected, the indication of the inductive switch is lightened, thereby being convenient for the judgment of operators.
Preferably, the number of the ejector rods 21 is 4-6; three of the blank valves can be selected according to the actual conditions of the blank valves; the detection is prevented from being influenced by the defects of bulges, pits and the like on the detection position of the flange plate 102.
The invention can complete the adjustment, detection and fixation of the valve on the base 1 in advance, and then the whole base 1 is hoisted on a machine tool, thereby reducing the operation intensity. The invention is adjusted by the turntable 11, is detected by the ejector rod 21 arranged on the detection plate 2, and is judged by the signal sent by the position sensor 23, thereby improving the detection efficiency and accuracy.
In conclusion, the adjustable valve machining platform provided by the invention is adjusted through the turntable, is detected through the ejector rods arranged on the detection plate, and is judged by utilizing signals sent by the position sensors, so that the detection efficiency and accuracy are improved. The invention can complete the adjustment, detection and fixation of the valve on the base in advance, and then the whole base is hoisted on a machine tool, thereby reducing the operation intensity.

Claims (8)
1. An adjustable valve processing platform is characterized by comprising a base, wherein a turntable used for fixing a cylindrical part of a valve is arranged on the base; a fixed stop block and a movable stop block are arranged on the rotary table; the number of the fixed stop blocks is two, and the number of the movable stop blocks is one;
the turntable is also provided with a pin plate, and a workpiece fixing pin is threaded on the pin plate;
after the valve is placed on the upper turntable, the movable stop dog is pushed to move by the workpiece fixing pin, so that the movable stop dog is tightly fixed;
a slidable detection plate is also vertically arranged on the base; at least two sliding grooves are arranged on the base in parallel; the detection plate is provided with a sliding block which is embedded into the sliding groove in a sliding manner; when the detection plate slides on the base, the detection plate always keeps a vertical state;
at least three ejector rods are movably arranged on the detection plate in a penetrating manner; one end of the ejector rod is used for abutting against a flange of the valve, and the other end of the ejector rod is fixedly connected with the induction block; and the detection plate is correspondingly provided with a position sensor for detecting the induction block.
2. The adjustable valve tooling platform of claim 1 wherein the movable stop is positioned on a perpendicular bisector of a line connecting the two fixed stops.
3. The adjustable valve machining platform of claim 1, wherein the turntable is embedded in the base; and a turntable fixing pin is also arranged on the base in a penetrating way.
4. The adjustable valve machining platform of claim 1, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the chute is an inverted T-shape.
5. The adjustable valve-machining platform of claim 1, wherein the number of the ejector pins on the sensing plate is three; slowly moving the detection plate to be close to the flange plate; if the three position sensors simultaneously sense the sensing blocks of the corresponding ejector rods, the flange plate is adjusted to the preset posture.
6. The adjustable valve machining platform of claim 1, wherein the ram is further provided with a reset stop ring.
7. The adjustable valve work platform of claim 1, wherein the position sensor is a proximity sensitive switch.
8. The adjustable valve machining platform of claim 7, wherein the end of the post contacting the flange is spherical.
