An intelligent management system for monitoring the rehabilitation life of a patient is characterized by comprising an intelligent bracelet suitable for being worn by the patient, monitoring equipment of a hospital monitoring center, a server and a mobile phone APP; the server establishes communication with the smart band, the monitoring equipment and the mobile phone APP; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the intelligent bracelet is used for monitoring vital sign data of a patient in real time, capturing motion data of the patient and reporting the motion data to the server; the intelligent bracelet is also used for storing and updating electronic medical records, payment information, vital sign data, exercise data, medication data, diet data, current exercise guidance information, current medication guidance information, current diet guidance information, current treatment information and next treatment guidance information issued by the server so as to enable a patient to use a display screen of the intelligent bracelet or the mobile phone APP for inquiry;
the monitoring equipment is used for acquiring the vital sign data, the motion data, the medication data and the diet data from the server, preliminarily judging whether the vital sign data and the rehabilitation life of the patient are normal or not according to the vital sign data, the motion data, the medication data and the diet data, and periodically generating reports of the vital sign data, the motion data, the medication data and the diet data and storing the reports in a local memory; the monitoring equipment is also used for automatically producing an electronic medical record and uploading payment information to the server according to the treatment record of the patient;
the mobile phone APP is used for inquiring the electronic medical record, the payment information, the vital sign data, the movement data, the medication data, the diet data, the current movement guidance information, the current medication guidance information, the current diet guidance information, the current treatment information and the next treatment guidance information stored in the server in real time; and also for entering dietary data of the patient into the server.
2. The intelligent management system for monitoring patient rehabilitation life according to claim 1,
the mobile phone APP comprises a meal ordering service module, the meal ordering service module is communicated with a hospital meal distribution platform through a network, and the meal ordering service module is used for eliminating fasting options according to diet medical advice in the electronic medical record so that a patient can select meals to eat and sending diet data of the patient to the server;
the server is also used for carrying out the background service logic processing of the meal ordering service module.

The intelligent management system for monitoring the rehabilitation life of the patient according to claim 1, wherein the monitoring device is further configured to obtain the face information scanned by the face recognition device, and search the electronic medical record of the corresponding patient according to the face information.

The intelligent management system for monitoring the rehabilitation life of the patient as claimed in claim 1, wherein the smart bracelet is further configured to send a distress signal and a current location to a server in response to the triggered one-key distress function, so that the server sends the distress signal and the current location to the monitoring device.

The intelligent management system for monitoring the rehabilitation life of the patient according to claim 1, wherein the smart bracelet is further configured to monitor whether the smart bracelet is separated from the wrist of the patient in real time, and send a wrist-leaving signal to the server when the monitored wrist separated from the patient exceeds a preset time.

8. The intelligent management system for monitoring patient rehabilitation life according to claim 1, wherein the smart band is further configured to trigger a motion reminder at a preset time according to a motion medical order in the electronic medical record.
