Background

Because the human health data have extremely high potential value, and the wearable equipment is used as an ideal entrance of the human health data, the value is more highlighted in the big data era. At present, most of the commercially available intelligent bracelets have single functions and cannot meet the current diversified, informationized and personalized health management requirements. Therefore, a medical intelligent health management system which monitors the health information of the user in real time and can realize information interaction is urgently needed to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a medical intelligent health management system and method, and solves the technical problems that the intelligent wearable equipment in the prior art is single in function, can only monitor simple physiological monitoring data, cannot monitor health state data in real time, and cannot interactively acquire health management service in time.

acquiring personal health profile data of a user based on physiological monitoring data;
carrying out big data analysis on the personal health record data, and establishing a personalized health management scheme of the user;
and sending the personal health profile data or/and the personalized health management scheme to a receiving terminal.

responding to an emergency help-seeking signal sent by a GSM module, and acquiring the position information of a user through a positioning module;
an emergency rescue instruction is issued based on the location information of the user.

The invention provides a medical intelligent health management system, which comprises an intelligent server deployed in a hospital background, a medical intelligent bracelet worn on a human body of a user, and a receiving terminal of the user, wherein the intelligent server, the medical intelligent bracelet and the receiving terminal can be in wireless communication so as to realize information interaction. The receiving terminal comprises one or more of a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PC (personal computer) and a telephone.
As shown in fig. 2, the structural schematic diagram of the medical smart bracelet in the system embodiment of the present invention is a schematic diagram, the medical smart bracelet includes a girdle for fixing on a wrist of a human body and a bracelet body connected to the girdle, the bracelet body includes a control module, and the control module is electrically connected to a sensor module, a display module, an alarm module, a positioning module, an emergency help module, and a power module.
More specifically, control module includes central processing unit and rather than electric connection's communication module, and medical intelligent bracelet passes through communication module and intelligent server communication connection. The sensor module comprises a temperature sensor and a heart rate sensor, and the physiological monitoring data of the user, including body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, real-time electrocardiogram state and the like, are monitored by the user in real time and transmitted to the central processing unit. The display module is a liquid crystal display screen and is used for displaying the physiological monitoring data obtained by the sensor module. The alarm module consists of a loudspeaker and an LED strobe light, and can send out an alarm signal to remind a user to take necessary measures when physiological monitoring data of the user is abnormal; the specific process of triggering the alarm is as follows: the central processing unit compares the physiological monitoring data acquired by monitoring with a preset threshold value, and sends control signals to the loudspeaker and the LED strobe light when the physiological monitoring data exceeds the threshold value range. The positioning module is a GPS positioner, and a user acquires the position information of the user. The emergency help-seeking module comprises a GSM module and an emergency button which are respectively electrically connected with the control module, the emergency button is connected to the control module through a lead in a loop, the control module is connected to the GSM module again, in case of emergency, a user presses the emergency button, a central processing unit in the control module sends a control instruction to the GSM module, the GSM module sends an emergency help-seeking signal outwards, the intelligent server sends an emergency rescue instruction after the help-seeking signal is acquired by the intelligent server, and a hospital is informed to arrange personnel for emergency rescue. The power module is used for providing electric power for the sensor module, the display module, the alarm module, the positioning module and the emergency help module.
The specific embodiment of the present invention further provides a medical intelligent health management method, which is implemented based on the foregoing system, as shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of an operation process of an embodiment of the method of the present invention, and the method includes the following steps:
firstly, a control module in a medical intelligent bracelet acquires physiological monitoring data including data of body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, real-time electrocardiogram state and the like through a sensor module; then, presenting the physiological monitoring data obtained by the sensor module through the display module, triggering an alarm signal when the physiological monitoring data is abnormal, and sending an acousto-optic alarm through the alarm module; meanwhile, the physiological monitoring data are sent to the intelligent server through a communication module in the control module. When the user needs to call for help in emergency, the emergency button can be pressed down to trigger the GSM module to send out an emergency help-seeking signal.
Firstly, the intelligent server receives physiological monitoring data and emergency help-seeking signals sent by the medical intelligent bracelet; for the received emergency help-seeking signal, extracting the position information of the user through a positioning module in the medical intelligent bracelet, sending an emergency rescue instruction based on the position information, and informing a hospital scheduling staff to carry out emergency rescue; secondly, establishing a physiological information database of the patient based on physiological monitoring data, extracting personal health record data in the physiological information database for big data analysis, and establishing a personalized health management scheme of the user by combining emergency distress signal information sent by the user, so as to provide professional suggestions to the user on how to perform scientific health management; and then, sending the personal health profile data and the personalized health management scheme of the user to a receiving terminal. The client terminal is a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PC (personal computer) and a telephone of a user generally, and can present data sent by the intelligent server, so that health state monitoring and disease monitoring are realized in real time, and meanwhile, timely health management service is provided for the user at any time through information interaction.
The system and the method combine an artificial intelligence technology with health management equipment, extract physiological monitoring data of a user by using a medical intelligent bracelet, establish a physiological information database of the user, extract personal health archive data of the user from the physiological information database for big data analysis, analyze and establish a personalized health management scheme by combining emergency help-seeking information sent by the user, realize real-time health state monitoring and disease prediction, simultaneously provide timely health management service for the user at any time through information interaction, and realize chronic disease management and real-time health monitoring.

acquiring personal health profile data of a user based on physiological monitoring data;
