背景技术
我国是畜牧业养殖大国,也是兽用抗菌药生产和使用大国,兽用抗菌药物(抗生素)在防治动物疾病、提高养殖效益、保障畜禽产品有效供给中发挥了重要作用。但是,动物源细菌耐药率上升,导致兽用抗菌药物治疗效果降低,迫使养殖环节用药量增加,从而加剧兽用抗菌药物毒副作用和残留超标风险,严重威胁畜禽产品质量安全和公共卫生安全,给人类和动物健康带来隐患。
除了抗生素易产生耐药性问题以外,养殖中的环保问题也越来越受到社会关注。养殖场臭气排放、粪便排泄物中重金属和抗菌素排放不仅危害环境、土壤、水质,而且还影响畜禽的健康生长。
采用中草药复合物代替抗生素添加至饲料中,有利于提高动物的抗病能力,但现有的中药饲料添加剂在制备过程中,直接将微量元素或者酶制剂添加至中药粉末中,容易出现搅拌不匀、扬尘等问题,而且后续添加剂的稳定性也较差,微量元素或者酶制剂容易失效;或者对微量元素或者酶制剂包衣后添加至中药粉末中,提高其稳定性,但是增加了生产成本。

本发明提出一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂及其制备方法,解决了育肥猪发病率高、生长速度慢、料重比高的问题,解决了抗菌药物滥用和药物残留的问题,同时具有适口性好和性能稳定等优势。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂,包括以下重量份的原料:中草药组合15-20份、氨基酸1-3份、复合益生菌1-3份、酶制剂0.5-2份、微量元素1-3份和麦麸18-29份;中草药组合包括黄芪10-15份、人参0.5-2份、杜仲10-15份、枸杞1-5份、金银花10-15份、秦皮2-5份、党参0.5-2份、淡豆豉4-8份、牛蒡子2-5份、淫羊藿10-15份、刺五加5-15份、马齿笕10-13份、薄荷0.5-1份、陈皮10-20份、黄芩1-5份、荆芥10-15份、甘草5-10份。
进一步地,复合益生菌包括枯草芽孢杆菌10-20份、乳酸杆菌4-6份、酿酒酵母菌23-26份、双歧杆菌5份和光合细菌干粉5份。
进一步地,酶制剂包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶和木聚糖酶中的一种或多种。
进一步地,微量元素包括硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌和硫酸锰中的一种或多种。
一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例称重中草药,粉碎至50-60目颗粒;
(2)称取所需重量的麦麸,将麦麸与水按照体积比1:2-3拌匀,在温度90-100℃条件下蒸汽蒸25-35分钟,降温至30-35℃,得到熟化的麦麸,然后加入麦麸重量0.04-0.06%的纤维素酶,进行20-30min的酶解预处理;
(3)称取所需重量的复合益生菌,将复合益生菌与30-35℃的温水按照重量比1:45-55装入塑料桶内,搅拌至复合益生菌完全溶解于水后,活化25-35分钟得到活化菌液;
(4)将步骤(1)粉碎后的中草药,步骤(2)酶解预处理的麦麸与步骤(3)的活化菌液搅拌均匀,然后装入发酵池内密封发酵,控制温度28-35℃发酵36-48小时,取出发酵物料;
(5)称取所需重量的微量元素和酶制剂,添加到步骤(4)的发酵物料中,在搅拌条件下,真空加压处理,得到混合物料;
(6)将步骤(5)中的混合物料低温烘干,粉碎至50-60目,密封保存,得到复合饲料添加剂。
进一步地,步骤(5)中,真空加压处理的条件为:真空度0.08-0.1MPa,真空处理的时间为10-15min,加压压力0.7-0.8MPa,加压处理的时间为15-20min。
进一步地,步骤(6)中,烘干温度为25-40℃。
本发明的有益效果:
中草药组合中,黄芪、人参、杜仲和枸杞为君药,黄芪具有补气升阳、益卫固表的作用,人参具有回阳救逆,补元气的作用,杜仲用于壮阳益肾,枸杞用于扶正祛邪,清热解毒;金银花、秦皮、党参、淡豆豉、牛蒡子、淫羊藿、刺五加和马齿笕为臣药,金银花用于清瘟解毒,秦皮用于清热燥湿、收涩止痢、止带、明目,党参用于补气益脾,淡豆豉用于宣肺安神、驱风强体,牛蒡子用于疏散风热、宣肺透疹、解毒利咽,淫羊藿用于壮阳益肾,刺五加用于壮阳益肾,马齿笕用于清热解毒、散血消肿;薄荷、陈皮、黄芩、荆芥为佐药,薄荷用于疏散风热、解毒透疹、清利咽喉、疏肝理气,陈皮用于理气健脾、调中燥湿,黄芩用于宣肺安神、驱风强体,荆芥用于解表散寒、透疹消疮;甘草为使药,具有泻火解毒、调和诸药的作用。上述诸药的配合,共凑益脾胃、消食积、化水湿、和胃止泻的作用,而且无毒副作用、无残留,不增加疾病的抗药性。
本发明的饲料添加剂解决了育肥猪发病率高、生长速度慢、料重比高的问题,具有增强机体免疫力,提升抗应激、抗病能力,防控肠道、呼吸道疾病,解决了抗菌药物滥用和药物残留的问题;同时具有适口性好、性能稳定、易吸收、见效快、疗效高、改善肉质、改善养殖环境等优点,通过在发酵之前进行酶解预处理,发酵所需的时间减少了1/3-1/2,提高了生产效率;发酵后的中草药和麦麸上会形成孔隙,将微量元素和酶制剂添加至发酵物料中搅拌均匀,在真空加压条件下,微量元素和酶制剂进入发酵物料的孔隙中,不用包衣即可提高微量元素和酶制剂的稳定性。
本发明的饲料添加剂适用于育肥猪,具体功效及优势如下:
(1)多吃、快长、增免疫:添加健胃消食中药及益生菌,消食开胃、提升采食量10-20%,促进猪快速生长,日增重提高11%以上,添加抗病毒中药,增强免疫力减少疾病发生;
(2)脱霉、止痢、抗便秘:替代脱酶剂,抑制霉菌繁殖,分解霉菌毒素,多种益生菌调节肠道菌群平衡,抑制肠道内有害菌繁殖,防治食源性拉稀,防治便秘;
(3)减氨、减粪、降料比:减少舍内氨气,降低呼吸道疾病的发生,减少粪量,提高饲料消化率,降低料肉比;
(4)改善体型、提高均匀度:有效改善猪只体型,背宽背沟深,腹部平坦紧凑,后臀肌肉突出,腿部丰满,达到双脊背双臀肌的效果;明显提高育肥猪均匀度,提前20天出栏;
(5)改善肉质:显著提高瘦肉率和眼肌面积,提高屠宰率,使肉质颜色变红、香嫩可口,是生产特色猪肉的理想产品。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂,包括以下重量份的原料:中草药组合15份、氨基酸1份、复合益生菌1份、酶制剂0.5份、微量元素1份和麦麸18份;中草药组合包括黄芪10份、人参0.5份、杜仲10份、枸杞1份、金银花10份、秦皮2份、党参0.5份、淡豆豉4份、牛蒡子2份、淫羊藿10份、刺五加5份、马齿笕10份、薄荷0.5份、陈皮10份、黄芩1份、荆芥10份、甘草5份。
酶制剂包括蛋白酶0.1份、淀粉酶0.2份和木聚糖酶0.2份。微量元素包括硫酸亚铁0.4份、硫酸锌0.3份和硫酸锰0.3份。
复合益生菌包括枯草芽孢杆菌10份、乳酸杆菌4份、酿酒酵母菌23份、双歧杆菌5份和光合细菌干粉5份。
一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例称重中草药,粉碎至60目颗粒;
(2)称取所需重量的麦麸,将麦麸与水按照体积比1:2拌匀,在温度100℃条件下蒸汽蒸30分钟,降温至30℃,得到熟化的麦麸,然后加入麦麸重量0.04%的纤维素酶,进行30min的酶解预处理;
(3)称取所需重量的复合益生菌,将复合益生菌与35℃的温水按照重量比1:45装入塑料桶内,搅拌至复合益生菌完全溶解于水后,活化30分钟得到活化菌液;
(4)将步骤(1)粉碎后的中草药,步骤(2)酶解预处理的麦麸与步骤(3)的活化菌液搅拌均匀,然后装入发酵池内密封发酵,控制温度30℃发酵36小时,取出发酵物料;
(5)称取所需重量的微量元素和酶制剂,添加到步骤(4)的发酵物料中搅拌均匀,在搅拌速率300r/min的条件下,真空加压处理,得到混合物料,真空加压处理的条件为:真空度0.08MPa,真空处理的时间为10min,加压压力0.7MPa,加压处理的时间为15min;
(6)将步骤(5)中的混合物料在25℃的条件下进行烘干,粉碎至60目,密封保存,得到复合饲料添加剂。
实施例2
一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂,包括以下重量份的原料:中草药组合16份、氨基酸2份、复合益生菌1.5份、酶制剂1.5份、微量元素2份和麦麸22份;中草药组合包括黄芪12份、人参1份、杜仲12份、枸杞2份、金银花12份、秦皮3份、党参1份、淡豆豉5份、牛蒡子3份、淫羊藿12份、刺五加8份、马齿笕12份、薄荷0.6份、陈皮14份、黄芩2份、荆芥12份、甘草6份。
酶制剂为淀粉酶,微量元素为硫酸亚铁。
复合益生菌包括枯草芽孢杆菌14份、乳酸杆菌5份、酿酒酵母菌24份、双歧杆菌5份和光合细菌干粉5份。
一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例称重中草药,粉碎至50目颗粒;
(2)称取所需重量的麦麸,将麦麸与水按照体积比1:2.5拌匀,在温度90℃条件下蒸汽蒸35分钟,降温至35℃,得到熟化的麦麸,然后加入麦麸重量0.05%的纤维素酶,进行20min的酶解预处理;
(3)称取所需重量的复合益生菌,将复合益生菌与35℃的温水按照重量比1:50装入塑料桶内,搅拌至复合益生菌完全溶解于水后,活化25分钟得到活化菌液;
(4)将步骤(1)粉碎后的中草药,步骤(2)酶解预处理的麦麸与步骤(3)的活化菌液搅拌均匀,然后装入发酵池内密封发酵,控制温度28℃发酵48小时,取出发酵物料;
(5)称取所需重量的微量元素和酶制剂,添加到步骤(4)的发酵物料中搅拌均匀,在搅拌速率300r/min的条件下,真空加压处理,得到混合物料,真空加压处理的条件为:真空度0.09MPa,真空处理的时间为13min,加压压力0.75MPa,加压处理的时间为18min;
(6)将步骤(5)中的混合物料在30℃的条件下进行烘干,粉碎至50目,密封保存,得到复合饲料添加剂。
实施例3
一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂,包括以下重量份的原料:中草药组合18份、氨基酸3份、复合益生菌3份、酶制剂2份、微量元素3份和麦麸25份;中草药组合包括黄芪14份、人参1.5份、杜仲13份、枸杞4份、金银花13份、秦皮4份、党参1.5份、淡豆豉6份、牛蒡4份、淫羊藿13份、刺五加12份、马齿笕13份、薄荷0.8份、陈皮16份、黄芩4份、荆芥13份、甘草8份。
酶制剂包括蛋白酶1份和淀粉酶1份。微量元素包括硫酸亚铁1.5份和硫酸锌1.5份。
复合益生菌包括枯草芽孢杆菌16份、乳酸杆菌6份、酿酒酵母菌25份、双歧杆菌5份和光合细菌干粉5份。
一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例称重中草药,粉碎至55目颗粒;
(2)称取所需重量的麦麸,将麦麸与水按照体积比1:3拌匀,在温度100℃条件下蒸汽蒸25分钟,降温至33℃,得到熟化的麦麸,然后加入麦麸重量0.06%的纤维素酶,进行25min的酶解预处理;
(3)称取所需重量的复合益生菌,将复合益生菌与35℃的温水按照重量比1:55装入塑料桶内,搅拌至复合益生菌完全溶解于水后,活化35分钟得到活化菌液;
(4)将步骤(1)粉碎后的中草药,步骤(2)酶解预处理的麦麸与步骤(3)的活化菌液搅拌均匀,然后装入发酵池内密封发酵,控制温度35℃发酵42小时,取出发酵物料;
(5)称取所需重量的微量元素和酶制剂,添加到步骤(4)的发酵物料中搅拌均匀,在搅拌速率300r/min的条件下,真空加压处理,得到混合物料,真空加压处理的条件为:真空度0.1MPa,真空处理的时间为15min,加压压力0.8MPa,加压处理的时间为20min;
(6)将步骤(5)中的混合物料在35℃的条件下进行烘干,粉碎至55目,密封保存,得到复合饲料添加剂。
实施例4
一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂,包括以下重量份的原料:中草药组合20份、氨基酸3份、复合益生菌3份、酶制剂2份、微量元素3份和麦麸29份;中草药组合包括黄芪15份、人参2份、杜仲15份、枸杞5份、金银花15份、秦皮5份、党参2份、淡豆豉8份、牛蒡子5份、淫羊藿15份、刺五加15份、马齿笕13份、薄荷1份、陈皮20份、黄芩5份、荆芥15份、甘草10份。
酶制剂包括淀粉酶1份和木聚糖酶1份。微量元素包括硫酸亚铁1.5份和硫酸锰1.5份。
复合益生菌包括枯草芽孢杆菌20份、乳酸杆菌6份、酿酒酵母菌26份、双歧杆菌5份和光合细菌干粉5份。
一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例称重中草药,粉碎至60目颗粒;
(2)称取所需重量的麦麸,将麦麸与水按照体积比1:3拌匀,在温度100℃条件下蒸汽蒸30分钟,降温至30℃,得到熟化的麦麸,然后加入麦麸重量0.06%的纤维素酶,进行30min的酶解预处理;
(3)称取所需重量的复合益生菌,将复合益生菌与35℃的温水按照重量比1:55装入塑料桶内,搅拌至复合益生菌完全溶解于水后,活化30分钟得到活化菌液;
(4)将步骤(1)粉碎后的中草药,步骤(2)酶解预处理的麦麸与步骤(3)的活化菌液搅拌均匀,然后装入发酵池内密封发酵,控制温度30℃发酵48小时,取出发酵物料;
(5)称取所需重量的微量元素和酶制剂,添加到步骤(4)的发酵物料中搅拌均匀,在搅拌速率300r/min的条件下,真空加压处理,得到混合物料,真空加压处理的条件为:真空度0.1MPa,真空处理的时间为15min,加压压力0.8MPa,加压处理的时间为20min;
(6)将步骤(5)中的混合物料在40℃的条件下进行烘干,粉碎至60目,密封保存,得到复合饲料添加剂。
为验证本发明中草药复合饲料添加剂对肥育猪的生长性能及健康状况的影响,选用60kg左右的三元杂(杜×长×大)猪120头,随机分为1个试验组和1个对照组,每组6个重复,每重复10头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加实施例1制备的中草药复合饲料添加剂1.0wt%。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组肥育猪末重和日增重分别显著增加3.67kg、79.88g(P﹤0.05),料重比显著降低4.42%(P﹤0.05);腹泻频率降低1.5个百分点,发病率降低2.0个百分点,死亡率降低1.7个百分点。分析表明,本发明中草药复合饲料添加剂可以代替抗生素和抗菌药物,能明显提高肥育猪的生产性能和健康状况。
测定指标与方法
生长性能:测定肥育猪的始重和末重,计算日增重、料重比。
健康状况:认真检查并详细记录肥育猪的健康状况,计算腹泻频率、发病率和死亡率。腹泻频率=试验期间各组每天腹泻猪头数总和/(各组试验猪头数×试验天数)
由表1可知,与对照组相比,试验组末重显著增加3.67kg,显著提高3.85%;日增重显著增加79.88g,显著提高11.41%;料重比显著减少0.13,显著降低4.42%。

从表2可知,与对照组相比,试验组腹泻频率降低1.5个百分点,发病率降低2.0个百分点,死亡率降低1.7个百分点。

1.一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:中草药组合15-20份、氨基酸1-3份、复合益生菌1-3份、酶制剂0.5-2份、微量元素1-3份和麦麸18-29份;中草药组合包括黄芪10-15份、人参0.5-2份、杜仲10-15份、枸杞1-5份、金银花10-15份、秦皮2-5份、党参0.5-2份、淡豆豉4-8份、牛蒡子2-5份、淫羊藿10-15份、刺五加5-15份、马齿笕10-13份、薄荷0.5-1份、陈皮10-20份、黄芩1-5份、荆芥10-15份、甘草5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂,其特征在于:复合益生菌包括枯草芽孢杆菌10-20份、乳酸杆菌4-6份、酿酒酵母菌23-26份、双歧杆菌5份和光合细菌干粉5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂,其特征在于:酶制剂包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶和木聚糖酶中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于育肥猪的中草药复合饲料添加剂,其特征在于:微量元素包括硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌和硫酸锰中的一种或多种。
5.权利要求1-4之一所述的中草药复合饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例称重中草药,粉碎至50-60目颗粒;
(2)称取所需重量的麦麸,将麦麸与水按照体积比1:2-3拌匀,在温度90-100℃条件下蒸汽蒸25-35分钟,降温至30-35℃,得到熟化的麦麸,然后加入麦麸重量0.04-0.06%的纤维素酶,进行20-30min的酶解预处理;
(3)称取所需重量的复合益生菌,将复合益生菌与30-35℃的温水按照重量比1:45-55装入塑料桶内,搅拌至复合益生菌完全溶解于水后,活化25-35分钟得到活化菌液;
(4)将步骤(1)粉碎后的中草药,步骤(2)酶解预处理的麦麸与步骤(3)的活化菌液搅拌均匀,然后装入发酵池内密封发酵,控制温度28-35℃发酵36-48小时,取出发酵物料;
(5)称取所需重量的微量元素和酶制剂,添加到步骤(4)的发酵物料中,在搅拌条件下,真空加压处理,得到混合物料;
(6)将步骤(5)中的混合物料低温烘干,粉碎至50-60目,密封保存,得到复合饲料添加剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,真空加压处理的条件为:真空度0.08-0.1MPa,真空处理的时间为10-15min,加压压力0.7-0.8MPa,加压处理的时间为15-20min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)中,烘干温度为25-40℃。
