The mechanism of the olfactory nervous system of animals has a very close relationship with the mechanism of learning and memory of the brain, and the olfactory memory and the olfactory center are also involved in the process of learning and memory. Some aromatic animal and plant odors can be smelled by the mouse without forgetting and never smelling for the second time, and the aromatic animal and plant odors which are unpleasant by the mouse can play a special role in repelling the mouse. The special odor of animals and plants acts on the living environment of the mice to stimulate nerves of the mice in the memory period, so that the mice cannot survive normally and escape without tolerance, and do not return in the memory period. And according to research reports, many rodents have avoidance responses to the smell of natural enemies, and when the smell of natural enemies is found, the animals show obvious avoidance behaviors, the activity time is shortened, and the activity area is changed. It is demonstrated that the odor of natural enemies (such as fur, urine, feces and secretions) has inhibitory effect on the activity of rodents.
Based on the above, in the invention, a large amount of odor volatilized when the mint, the tulip, the lavender, the coriander and the laurel leaf are burned darkly can inhibit the cooling effect caused by temperature sensitive neurons of the rat, and meanwhile, the normal blood pressure of the rat is reduced through olfaction to cause abnormal symptoms such as hypotension and the like. The high-concentration mixed drug flavor formed by smoking causes the body temperature reduction, abnormal blood pressure and dysphoria of mice and mosquitoes after the mice are inhaled, thereby escaping from livestock and poultry farms and achieving the effects of repelling mice and mosquitoes. Meanwhile, the volatile smell of the mint, the tulip, the lavender, the coriander and the laurel leaf can also play a role in removing odor when the mint, the tulip, the lavender, the coriander and the laurel leaf are burned darkly. And the mint fragrance is spicy and cool, and has strong permeability. In the usual environment, the mint oil has little smell, so that the mint oil has the smell of the mint in the place where the rat frequently occurs, and the effect of expelling the rat can be achieved. The mint can not only repel mosquitoes, but also effectively kill mosquito larvae.
The tulip contains a toxic alkaloid in flowers and leaves, has an inhibition effect on bacillus subtilis, is antibacterial, can make animals feel uncomfortable, and has a good rat repelling effect. Coriander and bay leaves have an extremely strong odor and are smelled by rats and fearful, and according to this characteristic, they are kept in the barn and are dare not to get close. The wormwood powder mainly has the function of expelling and killing mosquitoes.
The camphor powder has the main functions of preventing insects, moth and mildew; simultaneously has the function of synergistic rat repelling. The fragrance generated by the powder essence has strong deodorization effect; in addition, rats are sensitive to smell and are obliged to escape by this pungent smell. The cat and snake fur powder and the dry excrement powder mainly utilize the smell of natural enemies of mice (the reaction principle of animal foraging behavior to predation risk) to repel the mice.
The technical scheme of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the incense disclosed by the invention is composed of various natural components, and can generate odor stimulating mosquitoes and mice after being combusted, so that the mosquitoes and the mice are driven, the use of raticide, mosquito repellent and the like can be effectively reduced, the influence of the drugs on livestock and human bodies can be reduced, the environment can be protected to a certain extent, a clean and sanitary natural environment is created for the growth and development of livestock and poultry, and meanwhile, the benefit of livestock and poultry farms can be improved.
(2) The incense of the invention drives the rats out from the source, so that most of the rats can be driven away after a period of time, and the periodic use can effectively prevent the rats from returning.
(3) The odor generated after the incense is ignited can cover the relatively strong unpleasant odor in the farm, and the comfort of livestock and human bodies can be obviously improved.

Test examples
Selecting sites where rats frequently move and have large odor around a certain pig farm in Wenchuan county, arranging 4 experimental places with basically the same environment and density of the rats, and respectively placing the incense prepared in the embodiments 1-3 in 3 experimental places, wherein the placement method of the incense is 60m per site2Placing one mouse, and detecting average mouse density and NH (hydrogen) by a powder distribution plate method at a plurality of time nodes before and after an experiment3And H2The concentration of S. The 4 th experimental site was used as a comparative example, in which no incense was placed.
Among them, the powder distribution rat trail survey (powder distribution plate method) is the simplest and most rapid method for determining the rat suffering degree in one place. The existing conventional powder coating method is to make a 20 x 20cm square plate with plywood or fiberboard, to shake and spread a uniform thin layer of talcum powder on a smooth surface, to place the plate in a place where rats often move, to count the footprint or trail of the rats appearing on the plate after a certain time interval, and to determine the density of the rats. When the number of the detected mice was 50 and the number of the powder plate was 100, the density of the mice was 50/100, which is 50%.
Table 1 below shows the mouse density and NH concentration at each experimental site 7 days after the experiment3And H2The concentration of S.
TABLE 1 mouse Density, NH3And H2Concentration of S
Figure BDA0003106778690000071
As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the incense prepared in example 1 contains all the components, so it has rat repelling effect and NH3And H2The S concentration reduction effect is most obvious.
In example 2, substances having strong pungent odor such as peppermint, tulip mosaic, lavender, coriander, and laurel leaf were reduced, so that the rat repelling effect and NH were exhibited3And H2The reduction in S concentration was clearly inferior to that of example 1, and the difference between the density of the rats after 7 days and 3 days was not great, indicating that the best effect of this incense was achieved. The reason for the analysis is mainly due to the lack of substances with pungent odor, which results in poor stimulation and dispersion effect on the rats. And NH due to lack of pungent odor substances3And H2The S concentration lowering effect was not significantly as good as in example 3.
In example 3, the natural enemy odor substances such as cat and snake fur powder and cat and snake dry manure powder are absent, so that although the rat repelling effect is slightly better than that of example 2 at the beginning, the rat density is kept higher at the later stage.
In conclusion, it can be seen from the data of the experimental examples that the substances of the components of the present invention must be reasonably combined together to have a good rat repelling effect. And the rat repelling effect of the embodiment 1 is very obvious, the environment of a farm can be obviously improved, various diseases caused by rats are reduced, and the air quality is improved.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
