Abstract
The invention relates to a comprehensive monitoring device for a forced lubrication system of a cigarette making machine, wherein a lubricating oil distributor, a transmission gear box and a lubricating oil tank are sequentially connected; a special-shaped transparent observable detection tube is arranged on an oil return pipeline between the transmission gear box and the lubricating oil tank, and a magnetic suction impurity removal device is arranged at the bottom of the detection tube; an oil pressure monitor is arranged at an oil outlet of the lubricating oil distributor, an oil temperature monitor is arranged on the transmission gear box, and an oil monitor is arranged on the detection pipe; the oil pressure monitor, the oil temperature monitor and the oil liquid monitor are all in electric signal connection with the signal processor, and the signal processor is in electric signal connection with the displayer. According to the technical scheme, the processor feeds back the data collected by each monitoring device to the display, the real-time state of the lubricating oil of each transmission gear box body is monitored, abnormal conditions are subjected to feedback such as alarming and stopping, the purpose of intelligently monitoring a forced lubricating system is achieved, and the damage to the gear of the box body caused by oil shortage is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette making machines, and particularly relates to a comprehensive monitoring device for a forced lubrication system of a cigarette making machine.
Background
At present, the forced lubrication main lubrication parts of the ZJ17SE cigarette making machine forced lubrication system comprise a main shaft, a cutter head gear box, a horn mouth driving device, a main gear box, a gluing device gear box, an auxiliary gear box, an intermediate gear box and a printing device gear box. The forced lubrication mainly comprises a hydraulic pump, a motor, an oil tank, a control valve, a filter, a pressure monitor, a pressure gauge, a distributor, a pipeline, a joint and the like. When the oil pump works, the hydraulic pump sucks lubricating oil in the oil tank, so that an oil supply pipeline in the forced lubrication system generates about 0.5MPa of oil pressure. Lubricating oil enters a distributor I after passing through a one-way valve and a filter, the oil is conveyed to a distributor II through the distributor I while the distributor I supplies oil for and lubricates a cutter head gear box, a main shaft, a horn nozzle driving device and a main gear box, the oil is supplied for and lubricated by an auxiliary gear box of an intermediate gear box, a gear box of a gluing device and a gear box of a printing device, and the lubricated oil flows back to an oil box through a return pipe and is cooled and then recirculated.
The distributor I is provided with a pressure monitor, and when the oil pressure in the distributor is lower than 0.04Mpa, the pressure monitor sends a signal to stop the unit; the machine can only be restarted when the oil pressure rises back to greater than or equal to 0.06 MPa.
Forced lubrication system lacks the real-time supervision to every transmission case lubricated state, causes some lubricated position lubricated oil circuit to block up the equipment trouble problem that lacks oil and lead to the transmission case like gear damage easily, leads to the fact the equipment accident, influences equipment efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a comprehensive monitoring device for a forced lubrication system of a cigarette making machine, which solves the problems that the forced lubrication system is lack of real-time monitoring on the lubrication state of each transmission box, the lubrication oil circuit of some lubrication parts is easy to block and lack of oil, so that equipment faults such as gear damage in the transmission box are easy to cause, equipment accidents are easy to cause, and the equipment efficiency is influenced.

a comprehensive monitoring device for a forced lubrication system of a cigarette making machine is characterized in that an oil outlet of a lubricating oil distributor is connected with an oil inlet of a transmission gear box through an oil conveying pipeline, an oil return port of the transmission gear box is connected with an oil return port of a lubricating oil tank through an oil return pipeline, and an oil outlet of the lubricating oil tank is connected with an oil inlet of the lubricating oil distributor through an oil supply pipeline;
a special-shaped transparent observable detection pipe is arranged on the oil return pipeline, and a magnetic suction impurity removal device is arranged at the bottom of the detection pipe;
an oil pressure monitor is arranged at an oil outlet of the lubricating oil distributor, an oil temperature monitor is arranged on the transmission gear box, and an oil monitor is arranged on the detection pipe; the oil pressure monitor, the oil temperature monitor and the oil liquid monitor are all in electric signal connection with the signal processor, and the signal processor is in electric signal connection with the displayer.
Preferably, the special-shaped transparent observable detection tube consists of an upper connecting tube, a middle connecting tube and a lower connecting tube; the axial center line of the middle connecting pipe is parallel to the horizontal plane, the left side of the middle connecting pipe is connected with the lower end of the upper connecting pipe, and the right side of the middle connecting pipe is connected with the upper end of the lower connecting pipe;
the inner channel of the upper connecting pipe is gradually reduced from top to bottom, the inner channel of the lower connecting pipe is gradually enlarged from top to bottom, and the lowest end of the lower connecting pipe is provided with a right-angle platform and an outlet.

Detailed Description

The technical scheme is that a plurality of state monitors are adopted for a forced lubrication system of the ZJ17SE cigarette making machine to independently monitor the lubrication state of each transmission gear box body. Through the research on the oil circuit of the lubricating system, the oil pressure of a lubricating oil branch circuit output from the distributor needs to be mastered in the monitoring of the circulating state of the forced lubricating system, and the oil pressure of an oil inlet of each transmission gear box is ensured to be kept constant.
As shown in fig. 1, an oil outlet 2 of the lubricant distributor is connected to an oil inlet of a transmission gear box 6 through an oil pipeline 4, a plurality of oil outlets are provided on the lubricant distributor 1, and each oil outlet is connected to an oil inlet of a transmission gear box through an oil pipeline.
An oil return port of the transmission gear box 6 is connected with an oil return port of the lubricating oil tank 9 through an oil return pipeline 7, and an oil outlet of the lubricating oil tank is connected with an oil inlet of the lubricating oil distributor through an oil supply pipeline 12.
The oil return pipeline is provided with a special-shaped transparent observable detection pipe 8, and the bottom of the detection pipe is provided with a magnetic attraction impurity removal device 15.
An oil pressure monitor 3 is arranged at an oil outlet of the lubricating oil distributor, an oil temperature monitor 10 is arranged on the transmission gear box, and an oil monitor 11 is arranged on the detection pipe; the oil pressure monitor, the oil temperature monitor and the oil liquid monitor are all in electric signal connection with the signal processor 13, and the signal processor is in electric signal connection with the display 14.
Specifically, an oil pressure monitor is installed on each lubricating branch of the lubricating oil liquid distributor, and the oil pressure monitor in the technical scheme adopts an oil pressure sensor which has the medium temperature of-20-85 ℃, an imported diffused silicon pressure sensing chip and the pressure monitoring range of 0.01-0.1 MPa and is provided with a shock absorber. And monitoring the oil pressure of each branch pipeline of the lubricating oil distributor, and feeding the oil pressure back to the processor to be displayed on the display.
When an oil inlet of the transmission gear box is blocked due to oil dirt or oil dirt, the amount of lubricating oil in the transmission gear box can be correspondingly reduced or the lubricating oil route is changed, so that gears in the transmission gear box body cannot be lubricated in time and are subjected to gear dry grinding, and accordingly large heat is generated; therefore, a temperature monitor is arranged on the transmission gear box body, an NTC temperature sensor is adopted, the temperature measurement range is-40 to +80 ℃, and the temperature value is converted into an electric signal through a PLC and fed back to a processor to be displayed on a display. The temperature monitor is arranged on the outer side of the transmission box body and is attached to the box body in a contact mode, and therefore accuracy and effectiveness of measured data are guaranteed.
The oil return pipeline of the transmission gear box returns the lubricated oil to the lubricating oil tank along the oil return pipe so as to be continuously recycled.
The magnetic impurity removing device 15 and the oil liquid monitor 11 are respectively arranged on the special-shaped transparent observable detection tube.
A special-shaped transparent observable detection tube is additionally arranged in the middle of the oil return tube, as shown in fig. 2, the special-shaped transparent observable detection tube is made of organic glass, and observation is facilitated; the special-shaped transparent observable detection tube consists of an upper connecting tube 81, a middle connecting tube 82 and a lower connecting tube 83; the axial center line of the middle connecting pipe is parallel to the horizontal plane, the left side of the middle connecting pipe is connected with the lower end of the upper connecting pipe, and the right side of the middle connecting pipe is connected with the upper end of the lower connecting pipe.
The internal channel of the upper connecting pipe is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and is used for limiting the flow of lubricating oil, forming a liquid level and matching with an oil monitor to finish oil monitoring work.
The internal channel of the lower connecting pipe is gradually enlarged from top to bottom, so that the oil is convenient to decelerate. The lowest end of the lower connecting pipe is provided with a right-angle platform 84 and an outlet 85 which are used for being matched with a magnetic suction impurity removal device to adsorb and accumulate iron residues in oil.
The radial section of the middle connecting pipe is square, and the section of the upper port of the upper connecting pipe and the section of the lower outlet of the lower connecting pipe are both circular.
The signal data collecting and feeding back processor and the lubricating system comprehensive monitoring display are used for collecting and processing information of each monitoring device and feeding back the information to the display. The real-time state of the lubricating oil of each transmission gear box body is monitored, and abnormal conditions are subjected to feedback such as alarming and stopping, so that the purpose of intelligently monitoring a forced lubrication system is achieved, and the problem that gears in the transmission gear box bodies are damaged due to oil shortage is solved.
