背景技术
随着我国墙体材料的革新与人们的安全意识越来越强,对于保温墙体的防火性能要求越来越高。目前常见的防火保温墙体自身支撑能力差,易与墙壁之间产生脱离,失去防火的功效,且现有的防火保温墙体在火灾发生时,只能进行初级的防护,当发生火灾时,无法为救援争取更多的时间。

为了克服以上不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种防火型保温板及施工方法,以解决上述技术问题。

步骤2:将泡沫板按矩形阵列排好在保温块模具中排列好,将配置好的防火泥与水按1:0.4的比例充分搅拌后均匀涂抹于数个泡沫板之间和两侧形成保温块,静置干燥;
步骤3:将配置好的防火涂料层均匀喷涂在保温块表面,每遍涂布量为1.1-1.8kg/㎡,第一遍表面完全晾干后再涂刷第二遍,共需涂刷三遍,涂层的厚度为2-4mm;
步骤4:防火涂料层的外层粘连吸水材料层;
步骤5:待吸水材料层粘连牢固后将高膨胀防火层进行粘连;
步骤6:螺栓依次贯穿高膨胀防火层、吸水材料层、防火涂料层和防火泥将保温单元与墙体进行固定连接;
步骤7:相邻的保温单元之间将滑块与轨道相对应后通过螺栓进行安装;
步骤8:保温单元安装完毕后形成保温板本体,将整个防火布与保温板本体进行粘连;
步骤9:保温板本体上设置通水管与吸水材料层相连通。
有益效果:
1.本发明通过设置防水泥能够对保温板本体进行支撑,使用螺栓将保温板与墙体固定连接,防止保温板脱落;
2.本发明共设置5层防火屏障能够有效的防止火势的蔓延,增加救援时间,第一层为防火布,第二层为高膨胀防火层,第三层为吸水材料层,第四层为防火涂料层,第五层为防火泥。

实施例5
一种防火型保温板的施工方法包括:
步骤1:对墙体保护部位中易脱落或松软部位进行清理,防止底层松软脱落;
步骤2:将泡沫板按矩形阵列排好在保温块模具中排列好,将刚配置好的防火泥充分搅拌后均匀涂抹于数个泡沫板之间和两侧形成保温块,静置干燥。
步骤3:将配置好的防火涂料层均匀喷涂在保温块表面,每遍涂布量为1.1-1.8kg/㎡,每一遍表面完全晾干后再涂刷第二遍,共需涂刷三遍,涂层的厚度为2-4mm。
步骤4:防火涂料层的外层粘连吸水材料层。
步骤5:待吸水材料层粘连牢固后将高膨胀防火层进行粘连。
步骤6:高膨胀防火层粘连干固后,将防火布与高膨胀防火层进行粘连。
步骤7:螺栓依次贯穿防火布、高膨胀防火层、吸水材料层、防火涂料层和防火泥将保温单元与墙体进行固定连接。
步骤8:相邻的保温单元之间将滑块与轨道相对应后通过螺栓进行安装形成保温板本体。
步骤9:保温板本体的顶部设置通水管。

1.一种防火型保温板,其特征在于,包括数个呈矩形阵列的泡沫板,数个所述泡沫板的外部涂抹防火泥形成一保温块,所述保温块的外壁上设置保温单元,所述保温单元从内到外包括依次设置的防火涂料层、吸水材料层、高膨胀防火层和防晒层,所述保温单元内设置防火报警器,相邻所述保温单元之间设置插接单元,
所述防火泥按重量份数计包括:水泥380-420份,粉煤灰290-330份,灰钙40-60份,玻化微珠180-210份,可再分散乳胶粉15-25份,羟乙基甲基纤维素1-5份,减水剂1-4份,分散剂0.2-0.7份,聚乙烯醇0.5-2份,聚丙烯纤维1-3份,木质纤维1-3份,
所述防火涂料层按重量份数计包括:丙烯酸乳20-35份,氢氧化铝50-75份,阴离子表面活性剂5-10份,磷酸二苯酯15-25份,硼砂3-8份,水20-40份,
所述高膨胀防火层按重量份数计包括:纳米二氧化硅1-2份,膨润土50-80份,滑石粉100-120份,生物质粉末4-12份,高分子可溶性胶粉1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火型保温板,其特征在于,所述减水剂为不饱和醇聚醚、甲氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯和丙烯酸的共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火型保温板,其特征在于,所述吸水材料层为吸水性聚合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火型保温板,其特征在于,所述防晒层为防火布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火型保温板,其特征在于,所述防火报警器包括烟雾检测器和与烟雾检测器相连接的蜂鸣器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火型保温板,其特征在于,所述保温单元通过螺栓设置于墙体上,若干个所述保温单元相互对应配合形成保温板本体,所述保温板本体设置通水管,所述通水管与吸水材料层连通。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火型保温板,其特征在于,所述插接单元包括相对应的凸块和凹块,所述凸块的底部设置滑块,所述凹块上设置与凸块的滑块相对应的滑槽。
8.一种防火型保温板的施工方法,其特征在于,
步骤1:对墙体保护部位中易脱落或松软部位进行清理;
步骤2:将泡沫板按矩形阵列排好在保温块模具中排列好,将配置好的防火泥与水按1:0.4的比例充分搅拌后均匀涂抹于数个泡沫板之间和两侧形成保温块,静置干燥;
步骤3:将配置好的防火涂料层均匀喷涂在保温块表面,每遍涂布量为1.1-1.8kg/㎡,第一遍表面完全晾干后再涂刷第二遍,共需涂刷三遍,涂层的厚度为2-4mm;
步骤4:防火涂料层的外层粘连吸水材料层;
步骤5:待吸水材料层粘连牢固后将高膨胀防火层进行粘连;
步骤6:螺栓依次贯穿高膨胀防火层、吸水材料层、防火涂料层和防火泥将保温单元与墙体进行固定连接;
步骤7:相邻的保温单元之间将滑块与轨道相对应后通过螺栓进行安装;
步骤8:保温单元安装完毕后形成保温板本体,将整个防火布与保温板本体进行粘连;
步骤9:保温板本体上设置通水管与吸水材料层相连通。
