1. The centering and distance-adjusting clamping device is characterized by comprising a chassis component (3), a centering and distance-adjusting mechanism (2) and two clamping mechanisms (1) which are arranged on the chassis component (3) at intervals;
the two clamping mechanisms (1) and the centering and distance-adjusting mechanism (2) are connected to the chassis component (3) in a sliding mode along a first direction, the centering and distance-adjusting mechanism (2) is arranged between the two clamping mechanisms (1) and is respectively connected with the two clamping mechanisms (1), the centering and distance-adjusting mechanism (2) is used for adjusting the positions of the two clamping mechanisms (1) in the first direction, and the clamping mechanisms (1) are used for clamping an object to be clamped (21); the clamping mechanism (1) comprises a bottom plate (9), a first clamping claw (5), a second clamping claw (6) and a driving assembly;
the bottom plate (9) is connected to the chassis assembly (3) in a sliding manner, the first clamping claw (5) is fixedly connected to the bottom plate (9), and the driving end of the driving assembly is connected with the second clamping claw (6) to drive the second clamping claw (6) to be close to the first clamping claw (5) so as to clamp the object (21) to be clamped between the first clamping claw (5) and the second clamping claw (6); the first clamping jaw (5) comprises a first body (52) and a first tooth (51);
one end of the first body (52) is fixedly connected with the bottom plate (9), and the first tooth part (51) is connected to one end, far away from the bottom plate (9), of the first body (52);
the second clamping jaw (6) comprises a second body (62) and a second tooth portion (61); the first body (52) is provided with an opening, one end of the second body (62) penetrates through the opening to be connected with the driving assembly, the second tooth part (61) is connected to one end, far away from the driving assembly, of the second body (62) and corresponds to the first tooth part (51), and the first tooth part (51) is matched with the second tooth part (61) to clamp the object (21) to be clamped.
2. A centering and distance adjusting clamping device according to claim 1, wherein said first tooth portion (51) is plural in number and is provided at intervals in a second direction on said first body (52);
the second tooth parts (61) are multiple in number and are arranged on the second body (62) at intervals along a second direction;
the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
3. A device according to claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a fixing plate (8), a ball screw (7), a screw nut (10) and a driving motor (11);
the one end of fixed plate (8) with bottom plate (9) are connected, the one end of ball (7) with fixed plate (8) rotate to be connected, driving motor (11) with the other end of ball (7) is connected, screw nut (10) are connected on ball (7), second gripper jaw (6) are connected on screw nut (10), driving motor (11) drive ball (7) rotate, make screw nut (10) with second gripper jaw (6) are followed together the length direction of ball (7) removes.

the third direction, the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.

Centering and distance adjusting clamping device according to claim 7, characterized in that said lifting mechanism further comprises a guiding structure (17), said guiding structure (17) is arranged on the side of said chassis component (3) far away from said clamping mechanism (1) for guiding said chassis component (3) when moving.
