The sensory evaluation personnel are food professionals, have good sensory analysis capability, do not suffer from diseases such as achromatopsia, rhinitis, decayed tooth, stomatitis and the like, have good expression capability, can be accurate, correct and proper when describing the sensory characteristics of the sample, have no prejudice to the sample, have no aversion to the sample, and can objectively and notarizedly evaluate the sample. The evaluation personnel is required not to use perfume and cosmetics before working, and does not need soap to wash hands; evaluation was not performed within one hour of diet and smoking was not performed within 30 minutes before the start of evaluation.

The high-fat feed is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 78.8% of basal feed, 1% of cholesterol, 10% of egg yolk powder, 10% of lard oil and 0.2% of bile salt.
Experimental animals and groups: specific pathogen-free SPF (specific pathogen free) Wistar rats weighing 180-220 g are selected and randomly grouped, and are averagely divided into 11 groups, namely, 10 groups in each group, namely, the groups of examples 1-5 and the groups of comparative examples 1-4, and the hyperlipidemia control group and the common control group.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the groups of examples 1 to 5, comparative examples 1 to 4 and the high fat control group were fed with the high fat feed, and the normal control group was fed with the basal feed while the corresponding samples were administered. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the samples are mixed with normal saline, the rat gavage samples, namely the compositions obtained in the gavage examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-4 corresponding to the groups of examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-4 are 75g of daily dosage of a human body, the dosage of each group is 6.75g/kg according to the dosage conversion of the human body and the rat, and the hyperlipidemia control group and the common control group are administered with the same amount of normal saline. The results are shown in Table 3, and the values in Table 3 are the average of the results of measurements made in 10 rats.

The results in table 3 show that the total-nutrient special dietary powder provided by the invention can reduce the content of total cholesterol, triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in rats, has the effects of promoting fat metabolism and assisting in reducing blood fat, and can effectively prevent related diseases such as hyperlipidemia and the like. And the effects of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 5 are better than the embodiments 2 to 4, wherein the TC value in the embodiment 1 is lower than that in the embodiment 2, the reduction ratio is about 14.12%, and the calculation method is that the reduction ratio is (embodiment 2-embodiment 1)/embodiment 2.
3 blood sugar lowering test
Experimental animal and modeling: 100 male ICR mice weighing 26 + -2 g were selected. After 24 hours of fasting, the tail vein is registered with a alloxan (42mg/kg) model, after 5 days of fasting, 5 hours of fasting are carried out, blood sugar is measured, and the value of the blood sugar content is 10-25 mmol, which indicates that the hyperglycemic model is successful. The 100 mice were randomly grouped, and the average group was 10 groups, i.e., 10 mice in each of examples 1 to 5, comparative examples 1 to 4, and general control groups.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
the samples are mixed with normal saline, the mouse gavage samples, namely the compositions obtained in the gavage examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-4 corresponding to the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-4 are 75g of daily dosage of a human body, the dosage of each group is 9.75g/kg according to the administration conversion of the human body and the mouse, and the normal control group is administered with the same amount of normal saline. After 30 consecutive days, fasting for 5 hours, measuring fasting blood sugar value, and comparing blood sugar value of each group of animals. The results are shown in Table 4, and the values in Table 4 are the average values of the results measured in 10 mice.

The results in Table 4 show that the blood glucose values of the normal control group gradually increased, indicating that the conditions of diabetes gradually worsened. The blood sugar values of the groups 1 to 5 have obvious descending trend, which shows that the total nutrient special dietary powder provided by the invention has the effect of reducing the blood sugar.
