Experimental animals and groups: specific pathogen-free SPF (specific pathogen free) Wistar rats weighing 180-220 g are selected and randomly grouped, and are averagely divided into 11 groups, namely, 10 groups in each group, namely, the groups of examples 1-5 and the groups of comparative examples 1-4, and the hyperlipidemia control group and the common control group.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the groups of examples 1 to 5, comparative examples 1 to 4 and the high fat control group were fed with the high fat feed, and the normal control group was fed with the basal feed while the corresponding samples were administered. Experimental animal and modeling: 100 male ICR mice weighing 26 + -2 g were selected.
