The following will describe in detail a control method of a gas water heater provided in an embodiment of the present application with reference to specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the specific steps are as follows:
in step 201, the controller responds to the sterilization starting instruction, obtains a target sterilization coefficient, and determines the sterilization task amount according to the target sterilization coefficient.
In practice, when the user needs to sterilize the gas water heater, the user may click the sterilization function key 73 on the operation display 7 to start the movable sterilization. Accordingly, the controller 8 receives the sterilization start command. At this time, the controller 8 acquires a target sterilization coefficient in response to the sterilization start instruction, and determines the sterilization task amount according to the target sterilization coefficient.
Alternatively, the way of acquiring the target sterilization coefficient by the controller 8 may be various, and the embodiment of the present application provides three possible implementations, which are described in detail below.
In the first mode, the controller acquires the target sterilization interval duration, and inquires the target sterilization coefficient corresponding to the target sterilization interval duration in the pre-stored correspondence relationship between the sterilization interval duration and the sterilization coefficient.
In implementation, the controller 8 may store a corresponding relationship between the sterilization interval duration and the sterilization coefficient in advance, and the corresponding relationship may be set by a technician according to an actual situation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The sterilization interval duration is the duration from the last sterilization treatment of the gas water heater to the sterilization treatment of the time. Table one is a corresponding relationship between the sterilization interval duration and the sterilization coefficient, as shown in table one:
watch 1
Serial number Time interval (sky) Coefficient of kill bacteria
1 1 1
2 2 2
3 3 3
…… …… ……
After the controller 8 receives the sterilization start instruction, the target sterilization interval duration may be further obtained. Then, the controller 8 may inquire the target sterilization coefficient corresponding to the target sterilization interval duration in the correspondence relationship between the sterilization interval duration and the sterilization coefficient.
And in the second mode, the operation display responds to the sterilization coefficient setting instruction of the user, obtains the target sterilization coefficient set by the user and sends the target sterilization coefficient to the controller.
In practice, as shown in fig. 3, the user may enter the sterilization coefficient setting stage by long pressing or multi-clicking the sterilization function key 73 on the operation display 7. Accordingly, the operation display 7 receives a sterilization factor setting instruction from the user. Thereafter, the user can set the target sterilization coefficient by clicking the setting key 71 on the operation display 7. Accordingly, the operation display 7 responds to the sterilization coefficient setting instruction of the user, and then obtains the target sterilization coefficient set by the user, and sends the target sterilization coefficient to the controller 8. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the operation display 7 may be further provided with a sterilization coefficient display section 74.
And in the third mode, the operation display responds to the sterilization gear setting instruction of the user, acquires a target sterilization gear set by the user and sends the target sterilization gear to the controller. The controller inquires a target sterilization coefficient corresponding to the target sterilization gear in a pre-stored corresponding relation between the sterilization gear and the sterilization coefficient.
In practice, as shown in fig. 4, the user may enter the sterilization gear setting stage by long pressing or multi-clicking the sterilization function key 73 on the operation display 7. Accordingly, the operation display 7 receives a sterilization gear setting instruction from the user. Thereafter, the user can set the target sterilization gear by clicking the setting key 71 on the operation display 7. Accordingly, the operation display 7 responds to the sterilization gear setting instruction of the user, and then the target sterilization gear set by the user can be acquired and sent to the controller 8. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the operation display 7 may be further provided with a sterilization gear position display part 75.
The controller 8 may store a corresponding relationship between the sterilization gear and the sterilization coefficient in advance, and the corresponding relationship may be set by a technician according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. After receiving the target sterilization gear, the controller 8 may further query a target sterilization coefficient corresponding to the target sterilization gear in the correspondence between the sterilization gear and the sterilization coefficient.
Alternatively, the way of determining the sterilization task amount according to the target sterilization coefficient by the controller 8 may be various, and the embodiment of the present application provides two possible implementations, which are described as follows.
In the first mode, the controller determines the product of the target sterilization coefficient and the unit time length of sterilization as the sterilization task amount. Wherein, the unit time length of sterilization is the time length required by the water storage to circularly flow for one circle in the main water path and the return water path.
In implementation, after the controller 8 acquires the target sterilization coefficient, the product of the target sterilization coefficient and the sterilization unit time length may be determined as the sterilization task amount. Wherein, the unit time length of sterilization is the time length required by the water storage to circularly flow for one circle in the main water path and the return water path. Optionally, the sterilization unit duration can be set by a technician, and can also be detected by a gas water heater, and the embodiment of the application is not limited. The following detailed description will be given to the processing procedure of detecting the unit time length of sterilization for the gas water heater, and will not be repeated herein.
And in the second mode, the controller determines the product of the target sterilization coefficient and the sterilization unit water flow as the sterilization task amount. The sterilization unit water flow is the water flow corresponding to the circle of the water stored in the main water channel and the return water channel.
In an implementation, after the controller 8 obtains the target sterilization coefficient, the product of the target sterilization coefficient and the sterilization unit water flow rate may be determined as the sterilization task amount. The sterilization unit water flow is the water flow corresponding to the circle of the water stored in the main water channel and the return water channel. Optionally, the sterilization unit water flow rate can be set by a technician, and can also be detected by a gas water heater, and the embodiment of the application is not limited. The following detailed description will be given to the processing procedure of detecting the water flow rate of the sterilization unit by the gas water heater, and is not repeated herein.
And step 202, the controller drives the stored water in the main water channel and the return water channel to circularly flow through the water pump, and the stored water is sterilized through the sterilizing device.
In implementation, after the controller 8 receives the sterilization start instruction, the water pump 2 can drive the stored water in the main water path and the return water path to circularly flow, and the stored water is sterilized by the sterilization device 4.
And step 203, when the sterilization task amount is reached, the controller stops the water pump and the sterilization device.
In practice, when the sterilization task amount is reached, the controller 8 may stop the water pump 2 and the sterilization device 4 to end the sterilization. Optionally, the controller 8 determines whether the sterilization task amount is reached according to different sterilization task amounts in step 201, and the processing procedure is as follows.
The first method is to take the sterilization task amount as the product of the target sterilization coefficient and the sterilization unit time length. The controller 8 may start the timer after receiving the sterilization start instruction. When the timer reaches the product of the target sterilization factor and the sterilization unit time length, the controller 8 may determine that the sterilization task amount is reached.
And the second mode is that the sterilization task amount is the product of the target sterilization coefficient and the sterilization unit water flow. After the controller 8 receives the sterilization starting instruction, the water flow can be detected in real time through the water flow sensing device 3. When the total water flow detected by the water flow sensing device 3 reaches the product of the target sterilization coefficient and the sterilization unit water flow, the controller 8 may determine that the sterilization task amount is reached.
As an alternative embodiment, the gas water heater can detect the sterilization unit time length, as shown in FIG. 5, and the specific processing procedure is as follows.
Step 501, the controller responds to a preheating starting instruction, detects a first water temperature of stored water through a water inlet temperature probe, and drives the stored water in the main water path and the water return water path to flow circularly through the water pump.
In practice, when the user needs to warm up the gas water heater, the user may click the warm-up function key 72 on the operation display 7 to start the warm-up. Accordingly, the controller 8 receives the warm-up start command. At this time, the controller 8 detects a first water temperature (i.e., a water temperature when heating is not performed) of the stored water by the water inlet temperature probe 6 in response to the warm-up start instruction, and drives the stored water in the main water path and the return water path to circulate and flow by the water pump 2. Meanwhile, the controller 8 can also control the gas water heater to ignite to preheat the stored water.
Step 502, when the water temperature difference value between the first water temperature and the second water temperature of the stored water detected by the water inlet temperature probe reaches a preset water temperature difference value threshold, the controller determines the current preheating time length as the sterilization unit time length.
In implementation, the controller 8 can detect the water temperature of the stored water in real time through the water inlet temperature probe 6. When the difference between the second water temperature (namely the heated water temperature) of the stored water detected by the water inlet temperature probe 6 and the first water temperature reaches a preset water temperature difference threshold value, the stored water circulates for a circle in the main water path and the return water path. At this time, the controller 8 may determine the current preheating time period as the sterilization unit time period. The water temperature difference threshold may be set by a technician, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited. Preferably, the water temperature difference threshold may be set to 2 to 5 ℃.
Optionally, the controller may further detect a water flow rate of the stored water through the water flow sensing device, and determine a product of a current preheating time and the water flow rate as a unit water flow rate of sterilization.
In implementation, when the controller 8 drives the water storage in the main water path and the return water path to circularly flow through the water pump 2, the water flow rate of the stored water can be further detected through the water flow sensing device 3. When the controller 8 determines the current preheating time, the product of the current preheating time and the water flow can be determined as the sterilization unit water flow.
