5. A bulk cement transport vessel according to claim 1, wherein said front mounting frame (3) is rotatably engaged with a front lifting column (101) and said rear mounting frame (4) is rotatably engaged with a rear lifting column (102).
6. The bulk cement transport tank of claim 1, characterized in that a controller (104) is installed between the two hydraulic machines (103), a microprocessor is arranged inside the controller (104), and the controller (104) is electrically connected with the hydraulic machines (103).
7. A bulk cement transport tank as claimed in claim 1 wherein said work box (401) has a booster pump mounted therein, said booster pump being in bonded communication with a water injection pipe (2031).
