7. The bulk cement transport tank of claim 1, characterized in that a controller (104) is installed between the two hydraulic machines (103), a microprocessor is arranged inside the controller (104), and the controller (104) is electrically connected with the hydraulic machines (103).
8. A bulk cement transport tank as claimed in claim 4, wherein said work box (401) has a booster pump mounted therein, said booster pump being in glued communication with a water injection pipe (2031).
