The walking assistance device for orthopedic rehabilitation according to claim 1, wherein the wheel assembly comprises a fixing frame (3), a mounting shaft (4) and a wheel (5), the fixing frame (3) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the supporting beam (1), one end of the mounting shaft (4) is rotatably connected to the inner wall of one side of the fixing frame (3), the mounting shaft (4) penetrates through the wheel (5) and is fixedly connected with the wheel (5), and the other end of the mounting shaft (4) extends to the outer side of the fixing frame (3).

The walking assistance device for orthopedic rehabilitation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjustment assembly comprises a lifting assembly, two threaded assemblies, two transmission gears (17) and two arc-shaped racks (19), the two threaded assemblies are rotatably connected to the top of the fixing rod (14), the tops of the two threaded assemblies are rotatably connected to the bottom of the supporting rod (13), the transmission gears (17) are fixedly mounted on the threaded assemblies, the two arc-shaped racks (19) are fixedly mounted on the top of the fixing rod (14), the transmission gears (17) are engaged with the corresponding arc-shaped racks (19), the lifting assembly is mounted on the top of the fixing rod (14) and located between the two threaded assemblies, and the two threaded assemblies are connected to the lifting assembly.

The walking assisting device for orthopedics rehabilitation as claimed in claim 5, wherein the threaded component comprises connecting seats (15), threaded covers (16) and transmission screws (18), the two connecting seats (15) are rotatably connected to the tops of the fixing rods (14), the threaded covers (16) are rotatably connected to the connecting seats (15), the bottom ends of the transmission screws (18) extend into the threaded covers (16) and are in threaded connection with the inner walls of the threaded covers (16), the top ends of the two transmission screws (18) are rotatably connected to the bottoms of the supporting rods (13), and the transmission gears (17) are fixedly sleeved on the threaded covers (16).
