the foundation stone is paved at the bottom of the mounting groove, cement is utilized for pouring, the base plate is arranged on the foundation stone, the edge parts of the four sides of the base plate and the foundation stone are integrally poured with cement through cement, the concrete pouring square frame is arranged on the base plate, a plurality of mounting lugs are equidistantly arranged on the outer wall of the concrete pouring square frame, mounting holes corresponding to the plurality of mounting lugs in number and position are formed in the plurality of mounting lugs, the reinforcing beams penetrate through the mounting lugs and are inserted into the mounting holes, the top plate is arranged on the concrete pouring square frame, and the plurality of transverse stabilizing beams are positioned among the reinforcing beams;
