1. A power distribution network safety operation management and control system is characterized by comprising a computer control console, wherein the computer control console comprises a main control single chip microcomputer, a communication module and a display screen, the main control single chip microcomputer comprises a data acquisition module, a safety check module, a risk early warning module, a real-time monitoring module and an evaluation optimization module, the display screen is electrically connected with the main control single chip microcomputer, the data acquisition module is used for acquiring data information detected by a sensor cluster arranged on a power distribution network, the safety check module is used for comparing the data information detected by the sensor cluster with historical data information stored by the main control single chip microcomputer, the risk early warning module is used for carrying out early warning prompt on a comparison result from the safety check module, the real-time monitoring module is used for managing monitoring data acquired by a monitoring device arranged on the power distribution network, and the evaluation optimization module is used for evaluating the fault information data uploaded by the operation and maintenance personnel of the power distribution network.

The power distribution network safety operation management and control system according to claim 1, wherein the early warning prompt includes a hardware prompt and a software prompt, the hardware prompt includes an acousto-optic prompt, the acousto-optic prompt is arranged on the power distribution network and is in communication connection with the main control single chip microcomputer through a communication module, the software prompt includes a visual mode that a marked graphical interface is used for prompting on a display screen, and the marked graphical interface is marked in different colors.

The power distribution network safety operation management and control system according to claim 1, wherein the sensor cluster comprises a temperature sensor, a resistance sensor, a current sensor and a voltage sensor which are in communication connection with the master control single chip microcomputer through a communication module, and the temperature sensor, the resistance sensor, the current sensor and the voltage sensor are all arranged on the power distribution network.

The power distribution network safety operation management and control system of claim 1, wherein the monitoring device comprises a camera, an infrared sensor and an image processor, the camera, the infrared sensor and the image processor are electrically connected with the master control single chip microcomputer through a communication module, the camera and the infrared sensor are arranged on a power distribution network and are used for monitoring illegal intruders, and the image processor is used for matching a human face head image shot by the camera with a power network operation and maintenance personnel image stored by the image processor.

The power distribution network safety operation management and control system according to claim 1, wherein the master control single chip microcomputer further comprises a safety operation module, and the safety operation module issues an electronic operation list according to fault information data from the evaluation optimization module.

The power distribution network safety operation management and control system according to claim 5, comprising a mobile APP application end establishing communication connection with the main control single chip microcomputer through a communication module, wherein the mobile APP application end is used for receiving an electronic operation list.

The power distribution network safety operation management and control system of claim 6, wherein the electronic operation sheet is provided with a safety audit module, the safety audit module is used for unlocking the electronic operation sheet after a power grid operation and maintenance worker inputs a correct verification code, and the verification code is randomly sent to the mobile APP by the main control single chip microcomputer when the electronic operation sheet is issued.

The power distribution network safety operation management and control system of claim 1, wherein the sensor cluster further comprises a GPS positioner which is in communication connection with the master control single chip microcomputer through a communication module, and the GPS positioner is arranged on the power distribution network.

The power distribution network safety operation management and control system according to claim 1, wherein the risk early warning module is provided with a deep learning module, the deep learning module constructs a deep learning model according to fault information data of the evaluation optimization module and data information detected by the data acquisition module, and fault information is rapidly processed through the deep learning model.
