Abstract
The invention particularly relates to a method for erecting an arc template of an exposed concrete diaphragm wall; the method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps of 1, segmenting according to a drawing; step 2, processing and manufacturing the back edges of the special-shaped templates by a full-automatic engraving machine; step 3, assembling the arc-shaped back edges; step 4, paving the bottom template along the back edge by adopting a nail gun for the beam bottom circular arc section template; and 5, the main keel is placed in the disc buckling frame tray for supporting, the top of the channel steel is in contact with the protruding part of the arc back ridge, the force on the back ridge is transmitted to the supporting frame, and meanwhile, the two sides of the column are locked by adopting high-strength national standard bolts with the diameter of 16mm, so that inclined supporting rod pieces on the left side and the right side of the disc buckling frame are increased. The method can conveniently carry out construction of the arc-shaped bottom of the fair-faced concrete partition wall, is simple, convenient and economical compared with other measures, can better find the elevation of the arc-shaped ground beam if the full-automatic template engraving machine can find the elevation of the arc-shaped ground beam, and is more accurate than general measurement positioning.
