1. Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the application aims to provide an integrated water collecting well for sponge urban engineering, which can realize that rainwater flows into the water collecting well from the ground through a filter screen in the rainy day, so that a suspension ball drives an expansion balloon to integrally float on the rainwater, the expansion balloon is unfolded due to the principle of water absorption expansion to filter and purify the rainwater, and meanwhile, the porous activated carbon has very many micropores and specific surface areas, so that the porous activated carbon has very strong adsorption capacity and can effectively adsorb organic pollutants in the water, and amorphous parts on the surface of the porous activated carbon form oxygen-containing functional groups in the adsorption process, the oxygen-containing functional groups enable the porous activated carbon to have chemical adsorption, catalytic oxidation and reduction performances and can effectively remove metal ions in the water, and in the contact process of the rainwater and a scale cleaning coating, the scale cleaning coating decomposes nitrobacteria in the rainwater, meanwhile, the water suction pipe intermittently extracts rainwater in the water collecting well, so that the deformable saccule can be continuously expanded and contracted, the propelling rod continuously extrudes the saccule to release chlorine dioxide gas in the saccule, and the rainwater is further purified.
2. Technical scheme
In order to solve the above problems, the present application adopts the following technical solutions.
An integrated water collecting well for sponge city engineering comprises a water collecting well, wherein a filter screen is embedded and installed at the upper end of the water collecting well, a plurality of first connecting holes which are uniformly distributed are drilled at the outer end of the water collecting well, plugs are connected in the first connecting holes in a threaded manner and are located at the right end of the water collecting well, a rainwater overflow pipe is inserted into the first connecting holes and is located at the left end of the water collecting well, a water suction pipe is inserted into the first connecting holes and is located at the side end of the water collecting well, a plurality of second connecting pipes which are uniformly distributed are drilled at the outer end of the water collecting well, the second connecting pipes are located at the lower side of the first connecting holes, a communicating water pipe is inserted into the second connecting pipes and is located at the lower side of the plugs, a water replenishing ball valve is installed at the outer end of the communicating water pipe and is located in the water collecting well, and an expansion ball bag is arranged in the water collecting well, a guide rope is fixedly connected between the expansion balloon and the inner bottom end of the water collecting well, a plurality of through holes which are uniformly distributed are cut at the outer end of the expansion balloon, a suspension ball is arranged in each through hole, a plurality of uniformly distributed pull ropes are fixedly connected between the suspension ball and the expansion balloon, scale cleaning paint is fixedly connected at the outer end of each pull rope, a plurality of uniformly distributed porous activated carbon is arranged in each expansion balloon, and a disinfection device is arranged at the outer end of the water suction pipe;
in the rain weather, rain water flows into the water collecting well from the ground through the filter screen, along with the gradual increase of the rain water, the rain water flows into the expansion balloon from the through hole, so that the expansion balloon is driven by the suspension ball to wholly float on the rain water, meanwhile, the expansion balloon is unfolded due to the principle of water absorption expansion, the porous active carbon is contacted with the rain water in a larger area, the rain water is filtered and purified, meanwhile, the porous active carbon has very many micropores and specific surface area, so that the porous active carbon has very strong adsorption capacity and can effectively adsorb organic pollutants in the water, and in the adsorption process, amorphous parts on the surface of the porous active carbon form oxygen-containing functional groups which enable the porous active carbon to have chemical adsorption, catalytic oxidation and reduction performances and can effectively remove some metal ions in the water, when the guide rope reaches a limit position due to the floating of the suspension ball, the rain water expands the balloon wholly, the motion because of rivers drives the pulling force rope and swings, makes to last stirring scattered many porous activated carbon, carries out filtration with the more abundant contact of rainwater and purifies, and simultaneously rainwater and incrustation scale clearance coating's contact process, incrustation scale clearance coating decomposes the nitrobacteria in to the rainwater, makes the difficult one deck oil film that produces of sump pit inner wall.
Further, the disinfection device comprises a deformation sacculus fixedly connected with the lower end of the water suction pipe, the deformation sacculus is positioned in the water collecting well, the outer end of the deformation sacculus is fixedly connected with a plurality of water body flow channels which are uniformly distributed, the outer end of the deformation sacculus is fixedly connected with a filter membrane, an encapsulation bag is arranged in the deformation sacculus, the inner wall of the deformation sacculus is fixedly connected with a plurality of pushing rods which are uniformly distributed, a plurality of limiting ropes which are uniformly distributed are fixedly connected between the deformation sacculus and the encapsulation bag, a plurality of gas flow channels which are uniformly distributed are cut at the outer end of the encapsulation bag, a diaphragm is fixedly connected between the inner walls of the gas flow channels, chlorine dioxide gas is filled in the encapsulation bag, when the rainwater in the water collecting well is accumulated too much, the water suction pipe continuously extracts the rainwater in the water collecting well, so that the sacculus is deformed to cause a bionic principle of a respiratory system in a human body, make the deformation sacculus constantly the inflation shrink to cause the propelling rod constantly to cause the extrusion to the cyst, release chlorine dioxide gas in the cyst, carry out further purification treatment to the rainwater, make quality of water reach the better condition, make the rainwater after the purification can make full use of, one can be used for taking out the moisture that supplyes ground lacks again in the arid, two can afforest and irrigate, the water economy resource, filtration membrane keeps apart the bacterium of bacterium and virus spore class etc. in the aquatic and further improves quality of water simultaneously.
Furthermore, the expansion balloon is made of water-absorbent resin materials, and the water-absorbent resin is arranged, so that the expansion balloon has a high water absorption function of absorbing water which is hundreds to thousands times heavier than the self weight, and the water retention performance is excellent.
Further, be provided with first magnetite in the suspension ball, install helical fan in the first connecting hole, helical fan flabellum department is equipped with the second magnetite, helical fan and second magnetite repel each other, through setting up first magnetite, helical fan and second magnetite, can make helical fan at the course of the work, the flabellum lasts the rotation, is driving the second magnetite and is rotating simultaneously to make first magnetite drive the inflation sacculus and rock about, make the porous active carbon in the inflation sacculus further filter the impurity of aquatic.
Furthermore, the filtering membrane is made of an ultrafiltration membrane material, is a polymer semipermeable membrane which is used for separating polymer colloid or suspended particles with certain sizes from a solution in the ultrafiltration process, and can only allow pure water to pass through the filtering membrane by arranging the ultrafiltration membrane, so that pollutants are removed, and bacteria and viruses in water are isolated.
Furthermore, the diaphragm is made of an extrusion valve material, the extrusion valve adopts the principle of a bionic heart valve and is also the same as the principle of a bicycle valve core, the diaphragm can be gathered together under the condition of no stress at ordinary times and is in a closed state, and after external force is applied, the film is stressed outwards to be opened, so that a channel is formed to release chlorine dioxide gas.

3. Advantageous effects
Compare in prior art, the advantage of this application lies in:
(1) the scheme can realize that in the rain weather, rain flows into the water collecting well from the ground through the filter screen, so that the suspension ball drives the expansion ball bag to wholly float on the rain, the expansion ball bag is expanded due to the principle of water absorption expansion to filter and purify the rain, and meanwhile, the porous active carbon has very many micropores and specific surface areas, so that the porous active carbon has very strong adsorption capacity and can effectively adsorb organic pollutants in water, oxygen-containing functional groups are formed at amorphous parts on the surface of the porous active carbon in the adsorption process, the groups enable the porous active carbon to have chemical adsorption, catalytic oxidation and reduction performances, can effectively remove metal ions in the water, in the contact process of the rain and the scale cleaning coating, the scale cleaning coating decomposes nitrobacteria in the rain, and meanwhile, the water suction pipe intermittently extracts the rain in the water collecting well, the deformation saccule can be continuously expanded and contracted, so that the pushing rod continuously extrudes the cyst to release chlorine dioxide gas in the cyst, and further purification treatment is carried out on rainwater.
(2) The disinfection device comprises a deformation sacculus fixedly connected with the lower end of the water suction pipe, the deformation sacculus is positioned in the water collecting well, the outer end of the deformation sacculus is fixedly connected with a plurality of water flow passages which are uniformly distributed, the outer end of the deformation sacculus is fixedly connected with a filter membrane, the deformation sacculus is internally provided with a capsule, the inner wall of the deformation sacculus is fixedly connected with a plurality of pushing rods which are uniformly distributed, a plurality of limiting ropes which are uniformly distributed are fixedly connected between the deformation sacculus and the capsule, the outer end of the capsule is provided with a plurality of gas flow passages which are uniformly distributed, a diaphragm is fixedly connected between the inner walls of the gas flow passages, chlorine dioxide gas is filled in the capsule, when rainwater in the water collecting well is accumulated too much, the water suction pipe continuously extracts rainwater in the water collecting well, the deformation sacculus causes a bionic principle of a respiratory system in a human body, the sacculus can be continuously expanded and contracted, and the pushing rods continuously extrude the capsule, the chlorine dioxide gas in the cyst is released, the rainwater is further purified, so that the water quality reaches a better condition, the purified rainwater can be fully utilized, firstly, the purified rainwater can be taken out again to supplement the water lacking on the ground in drought, secondly, greening irrigation can be carried out, water resources are saved, and meanwhile, the filtering membrane isolates the bacteria in the water and the bacteria such as virus spores to further improve the water quality.
(3) The expansion sacculus adopts water-absorbent resin material to make, through setting up water-absorbent resin, can make the expansion sacculus have the high water absorption function of absorbing several hundred to several thousand times of water than self-weight to it is excellent to keep water performance, in case when the water absorption inflation becomes aquogel, also hardly separates the water out even the pressurization, makes porous active carbon contact rainwater of bigger area filter.
(4) Be provided with first magnetite in the suspension ball, install helical fan in the first connecting hole, helical fan flabellum department is equipped with the second magnetite, helical fan and second magnetite repel each other, through setting up first magnetite, helical fan and second magnetite, can make helical fan at the course of the work, the flabellum lasts the rotation, is driving the second magnetite and is rotating simultaneously to make first magnetite drive the inflation sacculus and control and rock, make the porous active carbon in the inflation sacculus further filter the impurity of aquatic.
(5) The filtering membrane is made of ultrafiltration membrane materials, is a polymer semipermeable membrane which is used for separating polymer colloid or suspended particles with certain size from a solution in the ultrafiltration process, and can only allow pure water to pass through the filtering membrane and remove pollutants so as to isolate bacteria and viruses in water by arranging the ultrafiltration membrane.
(6) The diaphragm is made of a squeezing valve material, the squeezing valve adopts the principle of a bionic heart valve and is the same as the principle of a bicycle valve inside, so that the diaphragm can be gathered together under the condition of no stress at ordinary times and is in a closed state, and after external force is applied, the film is stressed and opened outwards to form a channel for releasing chlorine dioxide gas.

Referring to fig. 5, the expansion balloon 11 is made of a water-absorbent resin material, and the expansion balloon 11 can have a high water absorption function of absorbing water several hundred to several thousand times heavier than itself by the water-absorbent resin material, and has excellent water retention performance, once the water-absorbent resin material is expanded into hydrogel by water absorption, the water is difficult to separate by pressurization, so that the porous activated carbon 16 can be filtered by a larger area of contact rainwater, referring to fig. 3 and 4, a first magnet 26 is disposed in the suspension ball 13, a helical fan 27 is disposed in the first connection hole 3, a second magnet 28 is disposed at a blade of the helical fan 27, the helical fan 27 and the second magnet 28 repel each other, and by disposing the first magnet 26, the helical fan 27 and the second magnet 28, the blade can rotate continuously during the operation process of the helical fan 27, and drive the second magnet 28 to rotate at the same time, so that the first magnet 26 drives the expansion balloon 11 to rock left and right, the porous activated carbon 16 in the inflated balloon 11 is allowed to further filter impurities in the water.
Referring to fig. 7, a filtering membrane 19 is made of an ultrafiltration membrane material, which is a polymer semipermeable membrane used in an ultrafiltration process and capable of separating polymer colloids or suspended particles of a certain size from a solution, the filtering membrane 19 can only allow pure water to pass through and remove pollutants, bacteria and viruses in water are isolated, a push rod 21 is made of a rubber material, the surface of the push rod is matched with the outer circumferential surface of a capsule 20, the push rod 21 is not prone to excessively extrude the capsule 20 to cause damage in the process of extruding the capsule 20 by arranging the rubber material, the service life of the capsule 20 is prolonged, please refer to fig. 8, a diaphragm 24 is made of an extrusion valve material, and the extrusion valve adopts a bionic heart valve principle and is the same as a bicycle valve core principle, so that the diaphragm 24 can be gathered together under the normal unstressed condition, is in a closed state, and after being subjected to external force, the film is forced to be opened outwards to form a channel for releasing the chlorine dioxide gas 25.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the diameter of the outer ring of the first connecting hole 3 is 110mm, the plug 4 is 110-32 model, by arranging the plug 4 with a matching size, when the first connecting hole 3 is not used, the plug 4 is blocked, rainwater in the water collecting well 1 is not easy to permeate and the sealing performance is enhanced, the porous fiber rock wool is embedded in the filter screen 2, the porous fiber rock wool is composed of 60% of basalt, 20% of coke, 20% of limestone and a small amount of slag after iron making, the fiber of the porous fiber rock wool is in a wave-shaped interweaving structure, the interior of the porous fiber rock wool is filled with adhesive, and by arranging the porous fiber rock wool, when can making the rainwater flow in to sump pit 1 through filter screen 2, absorbed by porous fiber rock wool and carry out the retaining of certain degree, in another part flows into sump pit 1, realize dividing flood to dampe, the efficiency of storage purification, also prevent simultaneously that the rainwater torrent from causing the mechanical damage in sump pit 1 promptly.
