Abstract
The invention discloses an auxiliary formula for tablecloth dyeing and a manufacturing method of carmine dye, wherein the auxiliary formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 22-28% of hypochlorous acid solution, 42-48% of glycerol solution, 0.2-0.3% of carbomer additive and the balance of water, wherein the concentration of the hypochlorous acid solution is 8-10mol/L, and the concentration of the glycerol solution is 5-6 mol/L. According to the auxiliary agent formula for tablecloth dyeing and the manufacturing method of the carmine dye, the auxiliary agent is added, and glycerin is used as a medium to avoid the carmine from caking, so that the stability of the pH value of the carmine dye is well ensured, the stability of the color of the carmine is ensured, the viscosity of a system of the auxiliary agent is ensured on the premise of not influencing the dyeing effect of the carmine by using the carbomer additive, the carmine and the auxiliary agent can be better combined, and high-concentration carmine is not required and multiple dyeing operations are not required.

s4, treating carmine with alum, removing impurities, and making carmine;
s5, selecting the carmine with specific mass obtained in the step S4, and mixing the carmine and the glycerol for 1-1.5h at normal temperature according to the mass ratio of 3:2 to prepare a dye base solution;
s6, adding the auxiliary agent obtained in the step S3 into the dye base liquid for mixing, wherein the mass ratio of the auxiliary agent to the dye base liquid is determined according to the dyeing concentration required by the product, and standing for more than 1 day to prepare the magenta dye;
s7, when the magenta dye is used, the magenta dye is mixed for 30min at normal temperature before extraction, and after extraction, the magenta dye and glacial acetic acid are mixed for 30min at normal temperature according to production requirements, and then dyeing operation can be carried out.
