Claims (8)

1. A preparation process of perilla seed oil with high oil yield is characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting a multifunctional impurity remover to remove impurities of the perilla seeds to obtain the perilla seeds with the purity of 99.9 percent, and then selecting a cleaning machine to clean the perilla seeds after impurity removal;
(2) carrying out centrifugal dehydration treatment on the perilla seeds subjected to impurity removal and cleaning;
(3) putting the dehydrated perilla seeds into a dryer for drying;
(4) selecting perilla seed shelling and sorting equipment to carry out shelling treatment on perilla seeds to obtain perilla seed kernels with the purity of 95 percent;
(5) selecting a color selector to perform color selection treatment on the perilla seed kernels, and selecting mildewed particles to obtain high-quality perilla seed kernels with the purity of 99%;
(6) putting the purple perilla seed kernels subjected to color selection into hydraulic equipment, and squeezing out primary perilla seed oil and high-purity purple perilla seed meal in the purple perilla seed kernels at normal temperature;
(7) the primary perilla seed oil flows into a plate filter press to be subjected to primary filtration treatment;
(8) the primarily filtered perilla seed primary oil flows into a vacuum filter, and fine filtration treatment is carried out on the primarily filtered perilla seed primary oil;
(9) and allowing the perilla seed oil with impurities such as perilla seed kernels filtered twice to flow into a sedimentation tank, and standing to obtain natural and pure high-quality perilla seed oil.

The preparation process of perilla seed oil with high oil yield as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: the multifunctional impurity removing machine is a two-layer screen bottom, large impurities, fine soil and small impurities are cleaned through primary screening of a front screen, and then rear winnowing cleaning is carried out by a main fan before discharging.
3. The preparation process of perilla seed oil with high oil yield as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: the centrifugal dehydrator consists of a rotary drum and a spiral conveyor with a hollow rotary shaft.

The preparation process of perilla seed oil with high oil yield as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: the shelling treatment adopts a solarization method, the thickness of the flat spread is 10-15 cm, and the continuous solarization is carried out for 2-3 days.
5. The preparation process of perilla seed oil with high oil yield as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: the color selector consists of a feeding system, an optical detection system, a signal processing system and a separation execution system.

The preparation process of perilla seed oil with high oil yield as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: the sedimentation tank adopts a honeycomb inclined tube counter-current sedimentation tank structure, a scum collecting and discharging device is arranged in the sedimentation tank, and the baffle plate should be 0.1-0.15 m higher than the water surface, immersed 0.3-0.4 m below the water surface and 0.25-0.5 m away from the water outlet.
