Test example 1
The pesticide fertilizer granules obtained in the test examples 1 to 7 and the comparative examples 1 to 8 have control effects on rice pests (striped rice borer, rice planthopper, leafhopper, grub, rice blast and banded sclerotial blight) comprehensively.
Test site: a field of a certain farmer in Yuanyang county of New county, Henan province
Selecting a region with serious disease and insect pest attack of rice, and broadcasting a treating agent 10 days after transplanting rice seedlings.
The insecticide-fertilizer compositions of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 8 were uniformly spread in soil as granules, respectively. Rice plants without fertilizer application were used as controls. The treatment conditions of different pesticide fertilizer granules are completely the same as the planting conditions of the blank control.
After the insecticide-fertilizer compositions of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 8 were applied for 60 days, the control effects on striped rice borer, rice planthopper, leafhopper, grub, rice blast and banded sclerotial blight were examined, respectively. The control effect of pests was calculated according to the following formula (a). The statistics of the rice blast and sheath blight conditions refer to GB/T17980 pesticide field efficacy test guidelines, and the control effects are shown in Table 1.
The calculation formula of the control effect is as follows:
Figure BDA0003171318520000081
table 1: results of field test for controlling rice pests
Figure BDA0003171318520000082
As can be seen from Table 1, the pesticide-fertilizer composition provided by the invention has good control effect on rice diseases and insect pests. Among them, example 1 has good control effects on chilo suppressalis, leafhoppers, rice planthoppers and grubs, and has good control effects on rice blast and sheath blight.
To further verify that chlorantraniliprole, clothianidin and tea bran have synergistic effect, the calculation is carried out by a Colby method, as shown in Table 2
The theoretical control effect calculation formula of the Colby method is as follows:
E0=X+Y-(X*Y)/100
wherein X is the percentage of the effect of applying the pesticide A;
y is the percentage effect of pesticide B;
z is the percent effect of pesticide C;
e0 is the theoretical control effect (%) of A, B, C after being mixed;
e is A, B, C actual prevention effect (%) after being mixed;
synergy is indicated when E-E0 > 10%, antagonism is indicated when E-E0 < -10%, and addition is indicated when E-E0 is within + -10%.
Table 2: results of field test for controlling rice pests
Figure BDA0003171318520000091
Figure BDA0003171318520000101
In table 2, since chlorantraniliprole and clothianidin in the comparative example 6 have certain additive effect, the E0 of the example 1 is calculated according to the control effect of the comparative example 6 and the comparative example 3.
As can be seen from table 2, example 1 has a good synergistic effect on chilo suppressalis, leafhoppers, rice planthoppers, grubs, rice blast and banded sclerotial blight, and examples 6 and 7 (which are mainly different from example 1 in the content of tea bran) also show a good control effect.
After the fertilizer compositions of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 8 were applied, the yield and quality at the time of harvesting rice were investigated, and the results of the investigation are shown in Table 3.
Table 3: results of rice yield and quality survey
Figure BDA0003171318520000102
Figure BDA0003171318520000111

Table 4: cost test results
Figure BDA0003171318520000112
As can be seen from Table 4, the pesticide fertilizer composition provided by the invention can reduce the production cost.
Test example 3
The pesticide-fertilizer compositions of example 1 were tested for crop residue and it was further presumed whether each of the compositions caused some degree of contamination of the food product.
A detection instrument: high performance liquid chromatograph and mass spectrometer
The detection method comprises the following steps: HPLC-MS combined technology
Pesticide standard substance: chlorantraniliprole and clothianidin
The pesticide-fertilizer composition of example 1 is applied by broadcasting (ensuring consistent application amount, application frequency, application time and soil conditions), the pesticide residue in the crops is detected when the crops are harvested, and no pesticide (chlorantraniliprole or clothianidin) is detected on the crops, so that the pesticide-fertilizer composition has the advantages of yield increase and low residue, shows that the pesticide-fertilizer composition is safe and pollution-free to the crops, and provides a thought for export trade in China.
