When the cutter 522 cuts the rice dregs, the push plate 521 slides along one end of the pull rope 620 which is close to the discharging slideway in the same direction, because one end of the pull rope 620 is fixedly connected with the push plate 521, the other end of the pull rope 620 is sleeved with the reciprocating wheel 622, the third gear 623 and the reciprocating wheel 622 are both sleeved with the hinge shaft, in an initial state, the tension spring 624 is in an extension state, and when the push plate 521 slides along the cutter 522 which is close to one end of the discharging slideway, the pull rope 620 is changed from tightening to loosening, the tension spring 624 is changed from extension to tightening, at the moment, the fourth rack 10 slides towards one end close to the discharging channel along with the tension spring 624, because the fifth rack 611 is fixedly connected with the second baffle 61, the second baffle 61 is inserted into the other discharging channel, the second baffle 61 is driven to be drawn out from the discharging channel which is close to the second baffle 61, and the cutter 522 cuts the rice dregs, the animal dung in the second storage box 60 is driven to automatically fall into the treatment box 40, and the driving wheel 625 plays a role in guiding and supporting and facilitates the reciprocating operation of the pull rope 620.
After rice dregs and animal waste all fall into the inside of handling case 40, start driving motor 420 through controller 3, thereby it is rotatory to drive driving gear 423 through its output, because three driven gear 424 all rotates with the top to be connected, driving gear 423 and three driven gear 424 cup joint through chain 425, thereby it is rotatory to drive chain 425, again because chain 425 and first slider 421 fixed connection, first slider 421 and slide 426 sliding connection, slide 426 and two guide rail sliding connection, and in addition, second slider 422 and slide 426's bottom fixed connection, second slider 422 again with spacing groove sliding connection, and then drive second slider 422 longitudinal sliding.
Start micromotor 410 through controller 3, therefore it is rotatory to drive rotatory roller 411 through its output, because a plurality of blade 412 all with rotatory roller 411 fixed connection, thereby it stirs the mixture to drive a plurality of blade 412 rotation to rice dregs and animal waste, compare in prior art, because first slider 421 drives slide 426 and slides when being close to the one end of riser, can drive second slider 422 in the inside one end of handling case 40 and hover for a moment, thereby prevent that the rice dregs and the excrement and urine at the inside both ends of handling case 40 from can't effectively stirring or stirring inadequately because of the siltation, and then make rice dregs and excrement and urine mix more evenly, the quality of farmyard manure has been promoted.
After the fertilizer is fermented, the electric push rod 11 is started through the controller 3, so that the output end of the electric push rod extends out towards the end far away from the treatment box 40, and because the blanking plate 400 is in sliding connection with the treatment box 40, one end of the blanking plate 400 is fixedly connected with the output end of the electric push rod 11, so that the blanking plate 400 is driven to slide out from the bottom of the treatment box 40.
After the lower material plate 400 slides out from the bottom of the treatment box 40, the fermented fertilizer in the treatment box 40 automatically falls into the collection box 12, so that subsequent fertilization is facilitated.
