Referring to fig. 6, 8 and 10, the placing mechanism 6 includes a bottom plate 61 disposed at the bottom of the main body 1, a receiving assembly 62 disposed at the upper end of the bottom plate 61, a telescopic tube 63 fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the receiving assembly 62, and a bottom block 64 disposed on the lower bottom surface of the receiving assembly 62, a plate groove 611 is disposed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 61, the receiving assembly 62 is movably connected with the plate groove 611 through the bottom block 64, the receiving assembly 62 includes a placing cylinder 621 disposed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 61, a pushing block 622 movably disposed inside the placing cylinder 621, and a reciprocating member 623 disposed inside the placing cylinder 621, a filtering hole 626 is disposed at the bottom of the placing cylinder 621, an extension rod 624 is disposed on the outer surface of the placing cylinder 621, a short rod 625 is disposed at one end of the extension rod 624, one end of the short rod 625 is connected with the pushing block 622, the reciprocating member 623 includes a hose 6231 disposed inside the placing cylinder 621, the primary lifting pipe 6232 and the secondary lifting pipe 6233 are arranged at two ends of the hose 6231, the secondary lifting pipe 6233 is arranged in the inner wall of the placing cylinder 621, the hose 6231 is arranged in the placing cylinder 621, the primary lifting pipe 6232 and the secondary lifting pipe 6233 are respectively arranged at two ends of the hose 6231, the secondary lifting pipe 6233 is arranged in the inner wall of the placing cylinder 621, liquid is filled in the primary lifting pipe 6232 and the secondary lifting pipe 6233, when the pressing cylinder 52 falls down, the primary lifting pipe 6232 is squeezed, the liquid in the primary lifting pipe 6233 enters the secondary lifting pipe 6233, when impact force brought by the pressing cylinder 52 is absent, the liquid in the secondary lifting pipe 6233 flows into the primary lifting pipe 6232 again due to height difference, the lifting effect is achieved on the pressing cylinder 52, and the filter pressing can be continuously performed on sludge in a reciprocating mode, and the filter pressing effect is improved.
The working principle is as follows: by adding clear water into the air bag 522, the air bag 522 is slowly enlarged, the electromagnetic adsorption plate 5221 is slowly close to the brake magnet block 526, meanwhile, current is connected to the electromagnetic adsorption plate 5221, the electromagnetic adsorption plate is made to have magnetism opposite to that of the brake magnet block 526, suction force is generated, attraction force is generated on the brake magnet block 526, the brake magnet block 526 can move along the through rod 527, the main pipe 51 can be loosened, the pressing cylinder 52 can fall into the placing cylinder 621, sludge press filtration is completed, meanwhile, the instantaneous pressure of the placing cylinder 621 can be increased by utilizing the self gravity of the electromagnetic balancing weight A54 and the electromagnetic balancing weight B55, the hose 6231 is arranged inside the placing cylinder 621, the primary lifting pipe 6232 and the secondary lifting pipe 6233 are respectively arranged at two ends of the hose 6231, the liquid is filled in the primary lifting pipe 6232 and the secondary lifting pipe 6233, when the pressing cylinder 52 falls down, the extrusion can be caused on the primary lifting pipe 32, the liquid can enter the secondary lifting pipe 6233, when the pressure of the pressing cylinder 6252 does not reach the internal reciprocating pressure difference, and the secondary pressure difference can be generated in turn, and the impact force can be generated in the secondary lifting cylinder 6232.
