an elastic element 215 for driving the valve core 213 to reset is arranged between the valve core 213 and the mounting plate 214 in an abutting mode.
It should be noted that, when the liquid storage container 2 is taken off from the packaging apparatus 1, the valve element 213 in the one-way mechanism 21 at the bottom of the liquid storage container 2 can be automatically reset by the elastic pressing force of the elastic element 215, so that the liquid storage container 2 can be quickly put into the next working process for use.

It should be noted that, when the liquid storage container 2 is used for storing a traditional Chinese medicine decoction, in order to ensure that the traditional Chinese medicine decoction does not leak from the one-way mechanism 21 at the bottom of the liquid storage container 2 and improve the sealing performance of the one-way mechanism 21, the invention arranges a group of sealing plates 216 at the bottom of the valve core 213, and the sealing plates 216 seal the bottom of the valve nozzle 211 while the valve core 213 seals the valve nozzle 211, so as to form a double sealing effect.

as shown in fig. 11, the cleaning device 4 includes a filling pipe 41 for filling the liquid storage container 2 with clean water, and an inlet end of the filling pipe 41 is connected to a liquid supply device for supplying clean water.
The cleaning device 4 further comprises a lifter 42 for driving the liquid outlet end of the liquid adding pipe 41 to lift along the vertical direction.
Further, a liquid feeding head 43 is installed at the liquid outlet end of the liquid feeding pipe 41, a heat preservation cover 22 covers the top of the liquid storage container 2, and a liquid receiving head 221 which is sleeved with the liquid feeding head 43 is installed on the heat preservation cover 22.

as shown in fig. 12, the liquid adding head 43 is elastically and telescopically mounted on the liquid outlet end of the liquid adding pipe 41.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the liquid storage container 2 is cleaned effectively in the cleaning process, the liquid feeding pipe 41 injects high-pressure clean water into the liquid storage container 2, the pressure of the high-pressure clean water is used for rapidly cleaning the liquid medicine remained in the liquid storage container 2, and the pressure of the high-pressure clean water can make the liquid feeding head 43 jump, therefore, when the lifter 21 drives the liquid feeding pipe 41 to descend, the elastic part 34 arranged on the liquid feeding head 43 can be compressed, so that when the liquid feeding head 43 is sleeved with the liquid receiving head 221, a certain pressing force can occur, and the liquid feeding head 43 is ensured not to jump.

The seventh embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that:
as shown in fig. 13 and 14, a bowl-shaped flow diverter 222 is disposed just below the heat insulating cover 22 and facing the liquid junction 221, and a bowl-shaped space of the flow diverter 222 is disposed just facing the liquid junction 221.
It should be noted that, when the liquid feeding pipe 41 inputs the clear water to the liquid storage container 2, through the setting of shunt 222, make the high-pressure clear water that liquid feeding pipe 41 injected can flow down at the direction branch of shunt 222, bounce-back, make the high-pressure clear water reverse to the heat preservation lid 22 on, wash the heat preservation lid 22, clear water after the washing is accomplished, through the bounce-back of heat preservation lid 22 again, bounce-back is on the inside wall of liquid storage container 2, carry out quick, effectual clearance to the inside wall of liquid storage container 2.
It is further noted that the liquid storage container 2 can be cleaned in a wide range by the flow divider 222, compared to the case where only a small range of cleaning can be performed by directly injecting high-pressure clean water into the liquid storage container 2.

Claims (10)

1. An operation method of an automatic traditional Chinese medicine decoction packaging module assembly is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step a, inputting containers, namely transferring liquid storage containers (2) containing traditional Chinese medicine decoction to a grabbing station (101) beside a packaging module (I) one by one in order through a conveying line (10);
b, carrying and uploading, wherein a liquid storage container (2) positioned at the grabbing station (101) is grabbed and carried to a packaging device (1) in the packaging module (I) by a carrying device (3) in the packaging module (I);
c, subpackage treatment, namely inputting the stored traditional Chinese medicine decoction into the packaging equipment (1) by a liquid storage container (2) arranged on the packaging equipment (1) for subpackage to form a plurality of bagged traditional Chinese medicine decoctions;
d, cleaning, namely cleaning the residual traditional Chinese medicine decoction by the cleaning equipment (4) after the liquid storage container (2) and the packaging equipment (1) are respectively treated;
and e, recycling, namely taking down the liquid storage container (2) subjected to cleaning treatment from the packaging equipment (1) by the carrying device (3) for recycling.
2. The operation method of the automatic packaging module assembly for traditional Chinese medicine decoction according to claim 1, which is characterized in that:
in the step a, the packaging module (I) comprises a plurality of groups of the packaging devices (1) and the carrying devices (3);
the carrying device (3) is arranged close to the grabbing station (101), and an identification device is arranged at the grabbing station (101) and used for identifying the type of the decoction in the liquid storage container (2);
equipment for packing (1) centers on handling device (3) arranges the setting, handling device (3) are to one by one equipment for packing (1) carry out the loading and unloading work of corresponding decoction stock solution container (2).

a subpackaging device (15) and a waste liquid receiving device (16) are arranged in the packaging equipment (1);
the sub-packaging device (15) is used for performing sub-packaging treatment on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the liquid storage container (2);
the waste liquid receiving device (16) is used for receiving waste liquid generated after the cleaning equipment (4) is cleaned;
the liquid storage container (2) is communicated with the packaging equipment (1) through a communication device (5).
6. The operation system of the automatic packaging module assembly for traditional Chinese medicine decoction according to claim 5, which is characterized in that:
the communication device (5) comprises a one-way mechanism (21) and an opening mechanism (11);
the one-way mechanism (21) is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage container (2);
the opening mechanism (11) is arranged at the top of the packaging machine (1);
when a liquid storage container is loaded on the packaging machine (1), the opening mechanism (11) opens the one-way mechanism (21), and liquid medicine in the liquid storage container (2) is conveyed to the sub-packaging device (15) through the communication device (5).

the opening mechanism (11) comprises a connector (111) and a mandril (112);
the connector (111) is arranged at the top of the packaging machine (1), the top of the connector (111) is used for being sleeved with the one-way mechanism (21), the bottom of the connector (111) is communicated with the sub-packaging device (15), and an electromagnetic valve (113) for controlling the on-off of the connector (111) is arranged on the connector (111);
the ejector rod (112) is arranged in the connector (111), and the ejector rod (112) is extruded and abutted against the one-way mechanism (21) to open the one-way mechanism (21).

the liquid adding head (43) is elastically and telescopically arranged at the liquid outlet end part of the liquid adding pipe (41).

a bowl-shaped flow divider (222) is arranged under the heat-insulating cover (22) and right opposite to the liquid receiving head (221), and a bowl-shaped space of the flow divider (222) is right opposite to the liquid receiving head (221).
