The unmanned intelligent logistics distribution vehicle shown in the attached fig. 1 and 3 comprises a vehicle body 1 and a storage cabinet 2; the storage cabinet 2 includes: a cabinet body 21 fixedly provided on the vehicle body 1; a delivery module 22 disposed at a middle position of the cabinet 21; the shipment module 22 comprises a two-degree-of-freedom coordinate axis 221 and a shipment bucket assembly 222 mounted on the two-degree-of-freedom coordinate axis 221; the storage units 23 are fixedly arranged on two sides of the delivery module 22 in an array, rolling doors 24 are arranged on two side surfaces of the storage units 23 arranged in the cabinet 21 in an array, and a movable door 25 is arranged on one of two side surfaces of the cabinet 21 perpendicular to the rolling doors 24.

The transmission assembly 232 includes: a rack 2321 movable in a cargo transportation direction relative to the pallet body 2311, a gear 2322 engaged with the rack 2321 and rotatable relative to the pallet body 2311, a rotating shaft 2323 fixedly connected with the gear 2322 and rotatable relative to the pallet body 2311, a first spring 2324 for resetting the rack 2321, a blocking rocker 2325 rotatably connected with the rotating shaft 2323 and having a blocking portion, a torsion spring 2326 fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 2323 at one end and fixedly connected with the blocking rocker 2325 at the other end, two rockers 2327 fixed at two ends of the rotating shaft 2323, a push rod 2328 slidably engaged with the two rockers 2327 at two ends, and a second spring 2329 engaged with the rocker 2327 and making the push rod 2328 move away from a rotation center of the rocker 2327.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, when the intelligent logistics distribution vehicle travels to a destination, the goods are stored in the storage unit 23, and the blocking portions of the push rod 2328 and the blocking rocker 2325 are respectively located at the loading end and the unloading end of the storage unit 23; as shown in fig. 10, when the intelligent logistics distribution vehicle reaches a destination and needs to take a piece, the bucket assembly 222 is driven by the two-degree-of-freedom coordinate axis 221 to reach the storage unit 23 that needs to take a piece, the electric push rod 2222 pushes the rack 2321 in a direction opposite to the movement direction of the piece, and further drives the rotating shaft 2323 to rotate through the gear 2322, the rotating shaft 2323 drives the rocker 2327 to rotate in a goods transportation direction, and finally the push rod 2328 moves along the link 2313 under the dual action of the rocker 2327 and the second spring 2329, and meanwhile, the rotating shaft 2323 drives the blocking rocker 2325 to rotate through the torsion spring 2326 to reach a lower limit of the goods outlet end of the link 2313, and at this time, the push rod 2328 pushes the piece of goods out of the bucket 2221; as shown in fig. 11, after the piece taking is completed, the movable door 25 is opened, and the goods are transported out of the cabinet 21 by the bucket assembly 222 under the driving of the two-degree-of-freedom coordinate axis 221; meanwhile, the rack 2321 is reset under the action of the first spring 2324, the gear 2322 drives the rotating shaft 2323 to rotate, the rotating shaft 2323 drives the rocking bar 2327 to rotate in the opposite direction of goods transportation, and finally, under the double action of the rocking bar 2327 and the second spring 2329, the push rod 2328 moves along the gear bar 2313 to reset; when goods are needed to be loaded, as shown in fig. 8, the rolling door 24 is opened, the storage unit 23 is connected to a loading mechanism of the express sorting station, the loading mechanism has a telescopic push rod, the telescopic push rod pushes the rack 2321 to move towards the moving direction of the goods, the gear 2322 drives the rotating shaft 2323 to rotate, the rotating shaft 2323 drives the rocker 2327 to rotate towards the opposite direction of the moving direction of the goods, finally, under the dual actions of the rocker 2327 and the second spring 2329, the push rod 2328 reaches the lower limit of the goods loading end of the gear 2313, meanwhile, the rotating shaft 2323 drives the blocking rocker 2325 to rotate to reach the upper limit of the goods unloading end of the gear 2313 through the torsion spring 2326, and thus the goods can freely enter the storage unit 23. After the goods are loaded, as shown in fig. 9, the acting force of the retractable push rod disappears, the rack 2321 is reset under the action of the first spring 2324, the rack 2321 drives the rotating shaft 2323 to rotate through the gear 2322, the rotating shaft 2323 drives the rocker 2327 to rotate towards the moving direction of the goods, and finally, under the double actions of the rocker 2327 and the second spring 2329, the push rod 2328 reaches the upper limit part of the goods loading end of the gear 2313.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the vehicle body 1 includes: a base 11 provided at a lower side of the body 1; the number of the driving wheels 12 is 2, and the driving wheels are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the middle part of the base 11; the number of the universal wheels 13 is 4, and the universal wheels are arranged at four corners of the base 11. 2 laser radars 14 respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the vehicle body 1; 2 depth cameras 15, which are respectively arranged above the laser radar 14; a plurality of ultrasonic sensors 16 are arrayed around the vehicle body 1.
The laser radar 14 and the depth camera are used for providing data for the autonomous walking of the unmanned intelligent logistics distribution vehicle, and realizing the autonomous map building and navigation functions, and the ultrasonic sensor 16 can enable the unmanned intelligent logistics distribution vehicle to avoid obstacles.
