In addition, as shown in fig. 10, a groove can be formed between every two of the reinforcing ribs 61 of the supporting bracket 60, the reinforcing ribs 61 of the leg rest base frame 20 can be located in the groove, and when the supporting bracket 60 and the leg rest base frame 20 move relative to each other, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 61 are matched with the plurality of grooves, so that a better guiding effect can be achieved, mutual left-right sliding is avoided, and accurate front-back sliding of the supporting bracket 60 and the leg rest base frame 20 is ensured.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 24, two track assemblies 50 may be provided, and two track assemblies 50 may be respectively provided at two opposite sides of the fixing bracket 10 and the leg rest base 20, so as to ensure that the two sides of the fixing bracket 10 and the leg rest base 20 are stressed equally, so that the movement is balanced and stable, and the leg rest base 20 is prevented from shifting during the movement.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, 11, 23 and 25, the leg rest mechanism 100 further includes a driving mechanism 70, the driving mechanism 70 may be disposed on the fixing support 10, the driving mechanism 70 may be connected to the leg rest base 20, and the driving mechanism 70 may drive the leg rest base 20 to switch between the retracted state and the extended state, so as to extend and retract the length of the leg rest mechanism 100, avoid manual operation, and facilitate the use of the user.
Of course, as shown in fig. 2, the driving mechanism 70 may also be located on the supporting bracket 60 and connected to the leg rest base 20 and the fixing bracket 10, so as to move the supporting bracket 60 conveniently, and eliminate the redundant driving structure, thereby simplifying the internal structure and reducing the cost.
In some embodiments, each stage of the track assembly 50 may be adapted to the drive mechanism 70 to enable the overall simultaneous extension function of the leg rest mechanism 100, facilitating control of the extension length.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, 11, 23 and 25, the driving mechanism 70 includes a driving motor 71, a first lead screw 72, a second lead screw 73, a first moving member 74 and a second moving member 75. The driving motor 71 has a first output shaft 711 and a second output shaft 712 which are oppositely arranged, the first lead screw 72 is connected with the first output shaft 711, the first lead screw 72 can be driven by the first output shaft 711 to rotate, the second lead screw 73 is connected with the second output shaft 712, and the second lead screw 73 can be driven by the second output shaft 712 to rotate. The first moving piece 74 is sleeved on the first screw rod 72, the first moving piece 74 can be driven to move by the first screw rod 72, the second moving piece 75 is sleeved on the second screw rod 73, the second moving piece 75 can be driven to move by the second screw rod 73, the first moving piece 74 is connected with the fixed support 10, and the second moving piece 75 is connected with the leg rest base 20.
When the driving motor 71 starts to work, the first output shaft 711 and the second output shaft 712 of the driving motor 71 start to rotate, the first output shaft 711 drives the first screw rod 72 to rotate, the first screw rod 72 can drive the first moving piece 74 to move, the second output shaft 712 drives the second screw rod 73 to rotate, the second screw rod 73 can drive the second moving piece 75 to move, the leg support base frame 20 can be quickly pushed to move through the simultaneous movement of the first moving piece 74 and the second moving piece 75, the requirement for large length driving is met in a compact space, and good leg support comfort perception is provided for a user.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 11, the drive mechanism 70 may include a gear assembly 76, and the gear assembly 76 may include a first bull gear 761, a first pinion gear 762, a second bull gear 763, and a second pinion gear 764. The first pinion 762 is located on the first output shaft 711, the first gearwheel 761 is located on the first screw rod 72, the first gearwheel 761 is engaged with the first pinion 762, the second pinion 764 is located on the second output shaft 712, the second gearwheel 763 is located on the second screw rod 73, the second gearwheel 763 is engaged with the second pinion 764, the driving motor 71 can be located between the first screw rod 72 and the second screw rod 73, the driving motor 71, the first screw rod 72, and the second screw rod 73 are arranged side by side, for example, the driving motor 71, the first screw rod 72, and the second screw rod 73 are arranged side by side in a front-back direction perpendicular to that shown in fig. 11, so that the length dimension (for example, the dimension in the front-back direction in fig. 11) of the driving mechanism 70 can be effectively reduced, the occupied area of the driving mechanism 70 is favorably reduced, the installation and the arrangement of the leg rest mechanism 100 in a compact space are facilitated, and the spatial arrangement requirement is met.
For convenience of description, the orientations of the present invention such as "front-back direction", "left-right direction", "up-down direction", etc. are based on the orientation relationship shown in the drawings, and are not limited to the orientation in the practical application.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-7, 9, 21, 23 and 25, the mask assembly 40 may include a mask 41 and a foaming member 42, one end of the mask 41 is fixed, the other end of the mask 41 may be connected to the winding drum 31, the foaming member 42 and the mask 41 are stacked, and the foaming member 42 is located on one side (e.g., the lower side shown in fig. 7) of the mask 41 facing the fixing bracket 10, so that the mask 41 may protect the foaming member 42, the mask assembly 40 is prevented from being removed entirely for cleaning, only the mask 41 may be replaced for cleaning, the use is more convenient, and the foaming member 42 may increase the softness of the leg rest mechanism 100, thereby improving the comfort of the user.
When the leg rest mechanism 100 extends or lifts, the face sleeve 41 can be reeled out from the winding drum 31 through the connection of the face sleeve 41 and the winding drum 31, and when the leg rest mechanism 100 retracts, the face sleeve 41 can be reeled in the winding drum 31, so that the face sleeve 41 can be more conveniently stored, and the face sleeve 41 can be ensured to be flat without wrinkles.
In some embodiments, the cushion assembly of the seat may include a surface cover and a foaming member, and the surface cover 41 and the foaming member 42 of the surface cover assembly 40 form an integral structure, so that the appearance is beautiful and the comfort is good.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, 15, 21-25, the leg rest mechanism 100 may include a guiding mechanism 90, the guiding mechanism 90 may be located between the fixed bracket 10 and the winding drum 31, and the other end of the face cover assembly 40 may be connected to the winding drum 31 by passing through the guiding mechanism 90 after passing through the leg rest base 20, so that the face cover assembly 40 located at the lower side of the fixed bracket 10 and the leg rest base 20 is parallel to the face cover assembly 40 located at the upper side of the fixed bracket 10 and the leg rest base 20, and preferably wraps the lower side of the fixed bracket 10 and the leg rest base 20.
Further, an end of the foaming member 42 close to the winding drum 31 is spaced apart from an end of the face cover 41 close to the winding drum 31, the end of the face cover 41 close to the winding drum 31 exceeds the end of the foaming member 42 close to the winding drum 31, and in the contracted state of the leg rest base 20, a portion of the face cover 41 exceeding the foaming member 42 is wound around the winding drum 31, and the foaming member 42 is spaced apart from the winding drum 31. Therefore, the mask assembly 40 is convenient to store, and the space occupied by the foaming piece 42 wound on the winding drum 31 is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 10, the leg rest mechanism 100 further includes a lifting mechanism 80, the lifting mechanism 80 may be connected to the fixed support 10, and the lifting mechanism 80 may drive the fixed support 10 to rotate, so as to adjust the angle of the leg rest mechanism 100, and meet comfort requirements of different people.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 to 7, the fixing bracket 10 includes the rotating shaft 11, the lifting mechanism 80 may include a motor 81 and a lead screw 82, the motor 81 is rotatably connected to the fixing bracket 10, the motor 81 is spaced from the rotating axis of the fixing bracket 10 relative to the seat, one end of the lead screw 82 is connected to the motor 81, and the seat is provided with a nut engaged with the lead screw 82, and the nut is rotatably connected to the seat. When the motor 81 starts to work, the motor 81 can drive the lead screw 82 to rotate, the nut moves on the lead screw 82 relatively, and the nut is fixed on the seat, so that the lead screw 82 and the motor 81 connected with the lead screw 82 are driven to move towards the direction away from the seat, and the fixing support 10 is driven to rotate upwards around the rotating shaft 11, and the lifting of the fixing support 10 is realized.
In other embodiments, the lifting mechanism 80 may include a motor 81, and the motor 81 is connected to the rotating shaft 11 of the fixing bracket 10. When the motor 81 starts to work, the motor 81 can drive the rotating shaft 11 to rotate, so as to drive the fixing support 10 to rotate, and thus the fixing support 10 is lifted.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific structure of the recycling device 30 can be set according to practical situations.
For example, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12 and 17, the recycling device 30 may further include a first thrust cap 32, a second thrust cap 33, and a spring 34, the first thrust cap 32 is disposed at one end of the winding drum 31, the first thrust cap 32 is rotatably connected to the winding drum 31, the second thrust cap 33 is disposed at the other end of the winding drum 31, the second thrust cap 33 is fixedly connected to the winding drum 31, the spring 34 is disposed in the winding drum 31, one end of the spring 34 is connected to the first thrust cap 32, and the other end of the spring 34 is connected to the second thrust cap 33.
When the fixed bracket 10 is lifted, the facial mask assembly 40 moves relatively on the leg rest base frame 20, so that the facial mask assembly 40 on the winding drum 31 is unwound from the winding drum 31 through the rotation of the winding drum 31, the required length of the facial mask assembly 40 in the lifting process is released under the action of the lifting force, the facial mask assembly 40 is driven to rotate, the facial mask assembly 40 wound on the winding drum 31 is released, and the second thrust cap 33 can be driven to rotate when the winding drum 31 rotates. One end of the spring 34 connected with the first thrust cap 32 is fixed, and one end of the spring 34 connected with the second thrust cap 33 rotates, so that the spring 34 can generate elastic deformation, the spring 34 has a tendency of rotating towards the opposite direction, the rest surface sleeve assembly 40 can be tightened, and the seamless connection between the leg support mechanism 100 and the seat in the whole movement process is ensured; when the fixing support 10 returns to the initial position, the face cover assembly 40 rotates in the opposite direction through the elastic deformation of the spring 34, so that the face cover assembly 40 is rolled onto the winding drum 31 again, the face cover assembly 40 is convenient and quick to store, the surface of the leg support mechanism 100 is smooth, and the appearance is attractive.
Or, when the leg rest chassis 20 is in the extended state, the face sleeve assembly 40 moves relatively on the leg rest chassis 20, so that the face sleeve assembly 40 on the winding drum 31 is unwound from the winding drum 31 through the rotation of the winding drum 31, the required length of the face sleeve assembly 40 in the extension process is released under the action of the driving force, the face sleeve assembly 40 is driven to rotate, so that the face sleeve assembly 40 wound on the winding drum 31 is released, and the second thrust cap 33 can be driven to rotate when the winding drum 31 rotates. One end of the spring 34 connected with the first thrust cap 32 is fixed, and one end of the spring 34 connected with the second thrust cap 33 rotates, so that the spring 34 is elastically deformed, the spring 34 has a tendency of rotating towards the opposite direction, the rest of the face sleeve assembly 40 can be tightened, and the seamless connection between the leg rest mechanism 100 and the seat in the whole movement process is ensured; when the leg rest mechanism 100 returns to the initial position (for example, the leg rest mechanism 100 is in the non-lifted state and the non-extended state), the face cover assembly 40 rotates in the opposite direction through the elastic deformation of the spring 34, so that the face cover assembly 40 is wound on the winding drum 31 again, the face cover assembly 40 is conveniently and quickly stored, the surface of the leg rest mechanism 100 is smooth, and the appearance is attractive.
Recovery unit 30 simple structure is favorable to reduction in production cost, and can guarantee that face cover subassembly 40 is clean, clean and tidy. In addition, establish in reel 31 through spring 34, can protect spring 34, guarantee spring 34's normal work, improve life.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the spring 34 may be pre-tensioned, i.e., the spring 34 has a tendency to rotate in an opposite direction. For example, when the leg rest mechanism 100 is in the initial position, the spring 34 has a tendency of rotating counterclockwise, so that the surplus face cover assembly 40 can be wound on the winding drum 31 by the pre-tightening force of the spring 34, and the face cover assembly 40 is kept tight under the pre-tightening force of the spring 34, so that the face cover assembly 40 is kept free of wrinkles during use, and the leg rest mechanism 100 is ensured to have a flat surface, an attractive appearance and a good comfort level.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 19, the number of turns of the spring 34 may be 140-160, and the diameter of the spring 34 may be D, and satisfies: d is more than or equal to 2.2mm and less than or equal to 2.6mm, the furling force generated by the spring 34 is uniform in the range, the control is easy, the uniform extension and the uniform retraction of the face sleeve assembly 40 along with the leg support underframe 20 can be realized, the uniform stress of the face sleeve assembly 40 is ensured, and the better flatness is ensured. For example, in some embodiments, the number of turns of spring 34 may be 140, 145, 150, 155, 160, etc., and the diameter D of spring 34 may be 2.2mm, 2.3mm, 2.4mm, 2.5mm, 2.6mm, etc.
The structure of the recycling device 30 will be further described below with reference to some embodiments.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 17-19, the first thrust cap 32 is rotatably disposed in the winding drum 31, when the mask assembly 40 is wound on the winding drum 31, the first thrust cap 32 is prevented from being located outside the winding drum 31 to affect the storage of the mask assembly 40, the easy folding caused by the poor winding effect of the mask assembly 40 is avoided, and the aesthetic appearance of the mask assembly 40 is ensured, and the first thrust cap 32 is disposed in the winding drum 31 to facilitate the connection between the first thrust cap 32 and the spring 34 and ensure the reliable connection between the first thrust cap 32 and the spring 34. In addition, a first bush 35 can be arranged between the outer peripheral wall of the first thrust cap 32 and the inner peripheral wall of the winding drum 31, and the first bush 35 can enable the first thrust cap 32 and the winding drum 31 to rotate relatively more smoothly, so that friction between the first thrust cap 32 and the winding drum 31 is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, 17 and 19, the recovery device 30 further comprises a first bracket 36, and the first bracket 36 may be connected with the first thrust cap 32, so that the recovery device 30 may be fixed by the connection of the first bracket 36 with the first thrust cap 32.
In some embodiments, the first bracket 36 and the first thrust cap 32 may be connected by welding, which ensures a reliable connection and low manufacturing costs.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 18, the second thrust cap 33 may be disposed in the winding drum 31, when the mask assembly 40 is wound on the winding drum 31, the second thrust cap 33 is prevented from being located outside the winding drum 31 to affect the storage of the mask assembly 40, the easy crease of the mask assembly 40 due to the poor winding effect is avoided, and the appearance of the mask assembly 40 is ensured to be beautiful, and the second thrust cap 33 is disposed in the winding drum 31 to facilitate the connection between the second thrust cap 33 and the spring 34, and ensure the reliable connection between the second thrust cap 33 and the spring 34.
In addition, as shown in fig. 13, 14 and 18, the outer peripheral wall of the second thrust cap 33 may be provided with a limiting protrusion 331, the inner peripheral wall of the winding drum 31 is provided with a limiting groove 311, the limiting groove 311 may be matched with the limiting protrusion 331, so as to ensure that the second thrust cap 33 is reliably connected with the winding drum 31, and the second thrust cap 33 may be driven to rotate when the winding drum 31 rotates, so that the spring 34 is stressed, the structure is simple, the slipping can be effectively avoided, and the service life is prolonged.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 13 and fig. 22, a protruding structure 312 extending along a length direction (for example, along a left-right direction shown in fig. 17) is provided on an outer circumferential wall of the winding drum 31, a mounting hole 313 is provided on the protruding structure 312, the mounting hole 313 penetrates through a left end face and a right end face of the protruding structure 312, and the mask set assembly 40 can enter from an opening of the mounting hole 313, so that the mask set assembly 40 is mounted and fixed on the winding drum 31, and the mask set assembly 40 is prevented from being detached from the winding drum 31 when being extended, thereby ensuring accurate positioning and stable mounting.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, 16, 17 and 18, the recovery device 30 further comprises a second bracket 37, and the second bracket 37 may be rotatably connected with the second thrust cap 33, so that the recovery device 30 may be fixed by the connection of the second bracket 37 with the second thrust cap 33.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12 and 17, the recycling device 30 may include a first bracket 36 and a second bracket 37, so that the first bracket 36 and the second bracket 37 can support the winding drum 31 at the same time, and the recycling device 30 is accurately positioned and connected well.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 12 and 18, the recycling device 30 further includes a bolt 38, one end of the bolt 38 may be connected to the second thrust cap 33, the other end of the bolt 38 may be rotatably connected to the second bracket 37, so as to facilitate installation of the reel 31, and the bolt 38 may be connected to the second bracket 37 and the second thrust cap 33, so that when the reel 31 drives the second thrust cap 33 to rotate, the bolt 38 may rotate on the second bracket 37, so as to position the reel 31, and enable the second thrust cap 33 to have a simple structure, reduce complexity of parts, and the second thrust cap 33 has a good structural strength.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 18, the second bracket 37 may be provided with a rotation hole 371, and the bolt 38 may be rotatably disposed in the rotation hole 371, so that the second bracket 37 may support the bolt 38, so as to position the bolt 38, and ensure that the second bracket 37 is reliably connected with the bolt 38. In addition, a washer 39 is arranged between the outer peripheral wall of the bolt 38 and the inner peripheral wall of the rotating hole 371, so that the rotating friction between the bolt 38 and the second bracket 37 can be effectively reduced, the abrasion is reduced, and the bolt 38 and the second bracket 37 are ensured to rotate more smoothly.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 18, a clamping groove 381 is formed on an outer peripheral wall of the bolt 38, the clamping groove 381 may extend in a circumferential direction of the bolt 38, the recycling device 30 further includes a second bushing 382, the second bushing 382 may be formed in an open ring shape, so as to facilitate embedding the second bushing 382 in the clamping groove 381, so as to define the second bracket 37 between the second bushing 382 and a head of the bolt 38, when the bolt 38 rotates, the bolt 38 can be prevented from moving in an axial direction (for example, in a left-right direction shown in fig. 17) to cause a poor rotation effect, the second bracket 37 can be prevented from being damaged due to contact with the second thrust cap 33, and a long service life of the recycling device 30 is ensured.
A seat assembly in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the following description is illustrative only and should not be taken as limiting the invention.
Referring to fig. 2, the seat assembly may include a seat having a cushion assembly and a leg rest mechanism 100 including a fixed bracket 10, a leg rest base 20, a recovery device 30, a surface cover assembly 40, a rail assembly 50, a support bracket 60 and a driving mechanism 70, wherein the recovery device 30 is disposed at a lower side of the fixed bracket 10, and a lifting mechanism 80 is connected to the fixed bracket 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 12, the recycling device 30 includes a winding drum 31, a first thrust cap 32, a second thrust cap 33, a spring 34, a first bracket 36, a second bracket 37, a bolt 38, and a second bushing 382. The spring 34 is coaxially inserted into the winding drum 31, the right end of the spring 34 is connected with the first thrust cap 32, a first bushing 35 is arranged between the outer circumferential wall of the first thrust cap 32 and the inner circumferential wall of the winding drum 31, the first thrust cap 32 is rotatably connected with the winding drum 31, and the first thrust cap 32 is connected with the first support 36 in a welding mode. The left end of the spring 34 is connected with the second thrust cap 33, the limit protrusion 331 of the second thrust cap 33 is matched with the limit groove 311 of the winding drum 31, the second thrust cap 33 is fixedly connected in the left end of the winding drum 31, the right end of the bolt 38 is connected with the second thrust cap 33, and the left end of the bolt 38 is rotatably arranged in the rotating hole 371 of the second bracket 37.
As shown in fig. 7, the mask assembly 40 includes a mask 41 and a foaming member 42, a portion of the mask assembly 40 wraps the fixing bracket 10, rear ends of the mask 41 and the foaming member 42 are connected to a cushion assembly of the seat, a front end of the mask 41 is connected to the winding drum 31, the foaming member 42 and the mask 41 are stacked, and the foaming member 42 is located on a lower side of the mask 41.
As shown in fig. 24, there are two rail assemblies 50, and the two rail assemblies 50 are respectively disposed at opposite sides of the fixing bracket 10 and the leg rest base 20. The two rail assemblies 50 respectively comprise a first rail 51, a second rail 52 and a third rail 53, the two third rails 53 are respectively installed on two sides of the fixing support 10 and connected through four bolts, the two second rails 52 are respectively installed on two sides of the leg support base 20 and connected through four bolts, and the two first rails 51 are respectively connected with the second rail 52 and the third rail 53 through sliding pairs.
As shown in fig. 2 and 11, the driving mechanism 70 is disposed on the fixed bracket 10, the driving mechanism 70 includes a driving motor 71, a first lead screw 72, a second lead screw 73, a first moving member 74 and a second moving member 75, the driving motor 71 has a first output shaft 711 and a second output shaft 712 which are oppositely disposed, the first lead screw 72 is connected with the first output shaft 711, the second lead screw 73 is connected with the second output shaft 712, the first moving member 74 is sleeved on the first lead screw 72, the second moving member 75 is sleeved on the second lead screw 73, the first moving member 74 is connected with the fixed bracket 10, and the second moving member 75 is connected with the leg rest base 20.
The leg rest mechanism 100 has three motion states of "lift", "extend", and "lift + extend".
When the leg rest mechanism 100 performs lifting movement, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lifting mechanism 80 starts to work, the lifting mechanism 80 can enable the fixing support 10 to rotate upwards, meanwhile, the winding drum 31 of the recovery device 30 rotates clockwise, the face sleeve 41 releases the length of the face sleeve 41 required in the lifting movement process at a constant speed under the action of the lifting force, the face sleeve 41 is driven to rotate, so that the face sleeve 41 wound on the winding drum 31 is released, the winding drum 31 can drive the second thrust cap 33 to rotate when rotating, the spring 34 generates elastic deformation and has a counterclockwise trend, the spring 34 can tighten the rest face sleeve 41, the seamless connection between the leg rest mechanism 100 and a seat in the whole movement process is ensured, and the lifting state of the leg rest mechanism 100 is realized.
When the leg rest mechanism 100 performs an extending movement, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the driving motor 71 starts to operate, the first output shaft 711 and the second output shaft 712 of the driving motor 71 start to rotate, the first output shaft 711 drives the first lead screw 72 to rotate, the first lead screw 72 drives the first moving member 74 to move, the second output shaft 712 drives the second lead screw 73 to rotate, and the second lead screw 73 drives the second moving member 75 to move. The track assembly 50 is driven by the driving mechanism 70 to extend, when the first track 51 is positioned in the third track 53 and the second track 52 extends from the first track 51 to the maximum, the leg support mechanism 100 realizes primary extension, and when the first track 51 extends from the third track 53 to the maximum and the second track 52 extends from the first track 51 to the maximum, the leg support mechanism 100 realizes secondary extension. When leg holds in the palm chassis 20 forward motion, foaming piece 42 extends with face cover 41 together, the reel 31 clockwise rotation of recovery unit 30 this moment, face cover 41 is under the effect of drive power, at the uniform velocity release extend required face cover 41 length in the motion process, face cover 41 drive rotates, thereby make the face cover 41 release of winding on reel 31, can drive second thrust cap 33 rotation when reel 31 rotates, it has the anticlockwise trend to make spring 34 take place elastic deformation, make spring 34 can tighten up remaining face cover 41, guarantee the seamless connection of leg holds in the palm mechanism 100 and seat in the whole motion process, realize the extension state of leg holds in the palm mechanism 100.
When the leg rest mechanism 100 performs the lifting and extending movement, as shown in fig. 6, the lifting mechanism 80 and the driving motor 71 work simultaneously, so as to realize the lifting and extending state of the leg rest mechanism 100, and the control method thereof can refer to the foregoing description, and is not described herein again.
Other constructions and operations of seat assemblies and vehicles according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (5)

1. A seat assembly comprising a seat having a cushion assembly and a leg rest mechanism, and the leg rest mechanism (100) comprising:
a fixed bracket (10);
a leg rest chassis (20), the leg rest chassis (20) being slidably disposed within the fixed support (10), the leg rest chassis (20) being switchable between a retracted state within the fixed support (10) and an extended state at least partially extending out of the fixed support (10);
a recovery device (30), wherein the recovery device (30) is arranged at the lower side of the fixed support (10), and the recovery device (30) comprises a winding drum (31);
the face sleeve assembly (40), part of the face sleeve assembly (40) wraps the fixed support (10), one end of the face sleeve assembly (40) is fixed, the other end of the face sleeve assembly (40) bypasses the fixed support (10) and the leg support underframe (20) to be connected with the winding drum (31),
wherein the fixed bracket (10) is rotatably arranged at the front end of the seat, one end of the surface sleeve component (40) far away from the winding drum (31) is connected with the cushion component,
the leg rest mechanism (100) further comprises a track assembly (50), the track assembly (50) comprising: a first rail (51), a second rail (52), and a third rail (53), the third rail (53) being connected with the fixed bracket (10), the second rail (52) being connected with the leg rest chassis (20), the first rail (51) and the second rail (52) being slidably connected, the first rail (51) and the third rail (53) being slidably connected,
the leg support mechanism (100) further comprises a support bracket (60) and a driving mechanism (70), the support bracket (60) is slidably connected with the leg support chassis (20) and the fixed bracket (10), when the leg support chassis (20) is in a state of the longest extending length, at least part of the support bracket (60) is positioned between the fixed bracket (10) and the leg support chassis (20) to support the face cover assembly (40), the driving mechanism (70) is arranged on the fixed bracket (10), and the driving mechanism (70) is connected with the leg support chassis (20) to drive the leg support chassis (20) to switch between the retracted state and the extending state;
the drive mechanism (70) includes:
a drive motor (71), the drive motor (71) having a first output shaft (711) and a second output shaft (712) disposed opposite to each other;
a first screw (72) and a second screw (73), the first screw (72) is connected with the first output shaft (711), and the second screw (73) is connected with the second output shaft (712);
the first moving piece (74) is sleeved on the first screw rod (72) and driven to move by the first screw rod (72), the second moving piece (75) is sleeved on the second screw rod (73) and driven to move by the second screw rod (73), the first moving piece (74) is connected with the fixed support (10), and the second moving piece (75) is connected with the leg rest underframe (20);
a gear assembly (76), the gear assembly (76) including a first gearwheel (761), a first pinion (762), a second gearwheel (763) and a second pinion (764), the first pinion (762) being located on the first output shaft (711), the first gearwheel (761) being located on the first lead screw (72), the first gearwheel (761) being engaged with the first pinion (762), the second pinion (764) being located on the second output shaft (712), the second gearwheel (764) being located on the second lead screw (73), the second gearwheel (763) being engaged with the second pinion (764), the drive motor (71) being located between the first lead screw (72) and the second lead screw (73), the drive motor (71), the first lead screw (72) and the second lead screw (73) being arranged side by side.
2. The seat assembly of claim 1, wherein the track assembly (50) is two and is disposed on opposite sides of the fixed bracket (10) and the legrest chassis (20).
3. The seat assembly of claim 1, wherein the facecover assembly (40) comprises:
the dough cover (41), one end of the dough cover (41) is fixed, and the other end of the dough cover (41) is connected with the winding drum (31);
and the foaming piece (42) is stacked with the face cover (41) and is positioned on one side of the face cover (41) facing the fixed support (10).
4. The seat assembly of claim 1, wherein the legrest mechanism (100) further comprises a lifting mechanism (80), the lifting mechanism (80) being connected to the stationary bracket (10) to drive the stationary bracket (10) to rotate.
5. A vehicle comprising a seat assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
