本发明涉及黄精玉竹相关液体制备领域,尤其涉及一种黄精玉竹细胞再生液。
背景技术
在人的生命活动过程中,污染的空气以及不良食物(色素,防腐剂)的摄入,导致人体内外环境的不平衡,积累大量的自由基侵蚀细胞膜,使细胞受损,发生炎性反应,导致器官功能下降,黄精,中药名,为百合科植物滇黄精Polygonatum kingianum Coll.etHemsl.、黄精Polygonatum sibiricum Red.或多花黄精Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua的燥根茎,按形状不同,习称“大黄精”、“鸡头黄精”、“姜形黄精”,具有补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾之功效,常用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴,且对人体的基因和细胞调理和修复作用。
玉竹,中药名,为百合科植物玉竹Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce的干燥根茎,分布于黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、河北、山西、内蒙古、甘肃、青海、山东、河南、湖北、湖南、安徽、江西、江苏、中国台湾等地;具有养阴润燥,生津止渴之功效,常用于肺胃阴伤,燥热咳嗽,咽干口渴,内热消渴。
罗汉果含罗汉果甙(esgoside),较蔗糖甜300倍;另含果糖、氨基酸、黄酮等,果中含非糖甜味的成分,主要是三萜甙类:罗汉果甙(mogroside)Ⅴ及Ⅳ[1-3],甙Ⅴ的甜度是蔗糖(srcrose)的256-344 倍,甙Ⅳ的甜度为蔗糖的126倍,不有甙Ⅳ则不呈甜味;次要的是D-甘露醇(D-mannitol),其甜度为蔗糖的0.55-0.65倍;还含大量葡萄糖(glucose)、果糖(fructose)占14%;含锰、铁、镍、硒、锡、碘、钼等26种无机元素、蛋白质、维生素C(vitaminC)等;种仁含油脂41.07%,基中脂肪酸有:亚油酸(linoleic acid)、油酸(oleic acid)、棕榈酸(palmitic acid)、硬脂酸(stearic acid)、棕榈油酸(palmitoliec acid)、肉豆蔻酸(myristic acid)、月桂酸(lauric acid)、癸酸(decanoic acid),对人体的基因和细胞调理和修复作用。
红豆杉可用于合成抗癌药物紫杉醇(Paclitaxel,Taxol)。
沙棘果实中维生素C含量高,素有维生素C之王的美称。
虽然目前存在多种供人们所使用的抗衰老、调节免疫系统的方法、药物或保健品,但是均存在疗效不明显或不稳定,甚至副作用多等问题。

针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种黄精玉竹细胞再生液,其制备简单,减缓人体疲劳,补充微量元素,有效的对人体的基因和细胞进行调理和修复。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种黄精玉竹细胞再生液,由下列重量配比的原料制备:黄精50-60克、玉竹30-42克、罗汉果16-22 克、红豆杉28-34克、沙棘42-56克;
所述黄精玉竹细胞再生液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述原料采用冻干技术进行粉碎破壁;
(2)用药酒及天然矿物质水按照1:10:30的比例勾兑;
(3)低温进行生物发酵72小时,每三个小时进行搅拌沉淀;
(4)取上层基液即可。
优选地,所述玉竹、黄精均是取皮,所述红豆杉取树皮。
优选地,所述原料粉碎后的大小:黄精90-110目、玉竹70-90目、罗汉果40-60目、红豆杉90-110 目、沙棘80-100目。
本发明的有益效果为:
黄精具有补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾之功效,玉竹具有养阴润燥、生津止渴之功效,罗汉果含有各种微量元素,红豆杉可用于合成抗癌药物紫杉醇,沙棘果实中维生素C含量高,其制备简单,减缓人体疲劳,补充微量元素,有效的对人体的基因和细胞进行调理和修复。

(7)低温进行生物发酵72小时,每三个小时进行搅拌沉淀;
(8)取上层基液即可。
所述玉竹、黄精均是取皮,所述红豆杉取树皮。所述原料粉碎后的大小:黄精90目、玉竹70目、罗汉果40目、红豆杉90目、沙棘80目。

(10)用药酒及天然矿物质水按照1:10:30的比例勾兑;
(11)低温进行生物发酵72小时,每三个小时进行搅拌沉淀;
(12)取上层基液即可。
所述玉竹、黄精均是取皮,所述红豆杉取树皮。所述原料粉碎后的大小:黄精100目、玉竹80目、罗汉果50目、红豆杉100目、沙棘90目。

所述黄精玉竹细胞再生液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(13)将上述原料采用冻干技术进行粉碎破壁;
(14)用药酒及天然矿物质水按照1:10:30的比例勾兑;
(15)低温进行生物发酵72小时,每三个小时进行搅拌沉淀;
(16)取上层基液即可。
所述玉竹、黄精均是取皮,所述红豆杉取树皮。所述原料粉碎后的大小:黄精110目、玉竹90目、罗汉果60目、红豆杉110目、沙棘100目。
