本发明公开了一种淡水鱼膨化饲料及其制备工艺,所述配合饲料的各原料组分及其重量百分含量如下:进口鱼粉25~37%;膨化大豆12~15%;花生粕10~15%;朊粉2~7%;鱼油2~5%;维生素0.3~0.6%;复合矿物质2~3%;玉米蛋白粉3~6%;植物油1~2%;防霉剂0.06~1%;海水鱼多维0.2~0.4%;氯化胆碱0.2~0.5%;磷酸二氢钙1~2%;矿物质预混料0.05~2%,所述矿物质预混料由钠、镁、钾、铁和维生素构成。该混养鱼专用饲料及其制备工艺,通过进口鱼粉、膨化大豆、花生粕、朊粉、玉米蛋白粉、防霉剂、海水鱼多维、氯化胆碱、磷酸二氢钙、矿物质预混料、鱼油、维生素、复合矿物质和植物油的加工制备,得到了淡水鱼膨化饲料,适应淡水鱼的生长,满足淡水鱼的养殖。

技术领域
发明涉及饲料加工技术领域,具体为一种淡水鱼膨化饲料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
饲料,是所有人饲养的动物的食物的总称,比较狭义地一般饲料主要指的是农业或牧业饲养的动物的食物。饲料包括大豆、豆粕、玉米、鱼粉、氨基酸、杂粕、乳清粉、油脂、肉骨粉、谷物、饲料添加剂等十余个品种的饲料原料。饲料中含有满足动物对蛋白、能量、常量矿物质、微量矿物质、维生素及各类营养性及非营养性添加剂需求的饲料。可直接饲喂动物,通常饲料配方中能量饲料如玉米、小麦、麸皮等占配方比例在50%以上,而这些原料多是养殖业者自产或方使采购的原料,为减低运输成本,饲料生产者设计出不含能量原料的饲料产品,养殖业者购回此类产品后与自产或自购的能量原料进行混合后即可生产出相对成本较低的全价配合饲料。为进一步满足规模饲养者精细化饲养和降低成本的需求,饲料生产者设计出预混合饲料产品,这类产品主要包含矿物质、维生素、各类营养性及非营养性添加剂。淡水鱼膨化饲料属于饲料的一种,现如今的淡水鱼用饲料不能满足淡水鱼营养的跟进,不适应淡水鱼的养殖。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种淡水鱼膨化饲料及其制备工艺,解决了上述背景技术中所提出的问题。

为实现上述目的,发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种淡水鱼膨化饲料及其制备工艺,所述配合饲料的各原料组分及其重量百分含量如下:
进口鱼粉25~37%;
膨化大豆12~15%;

鱼油2~5%;
维生素0.3~0.6%;
复合矿物质2~3%;
玉米蛋白粉3~6%;
植物油1~2%;
防霉剂0.06~1%;
海水鱼多维0.2~0.4%;
氯化胆碱0.2~0.5%;
磷酸二氢钙1~2%;
矿物质预混料0.05~2%。

S2、上述S1中所得物烘干在35度干燥室内晾至2小时,将所得物二次粉碎并加入鱼油、维生素、复合矿物质和植物油制得淡水鱼膨化饲料。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种淡水鱼膨化饲料及其制备工艺,具备以下有益效果:
该混养鱼专用饲料及其制备工艺,通过进口鱼粉、膨化大豆、花生粕、朊粉、玉米蛋白粉、防霉剂、海水鱼多维、氯化胆碱、磷酸二氢钙、矿物质预混料、鱼油、维生素、复合矿物质和植物油的加工制备,得到了淡水鱼膨化饲料,适应淡水鱼的生长,满足淡水鱼的养殖。

该混养鱼专用饲料及其制备工艺,通过进口鱼粉、膨化大豆、花生粕、朊粉、玉米蛋白粉、防霉剂、海水鱼多维、氯化胆碱、磷酸二氢钙、矿物质预混料、鱼油、维生素、复合矿物质和植物油的加工制备,得到了淡水鱼膨化饲料,适应淡水鱼的生长,满足淡水鱼的养殖。

维生素0.3~0.6%;
复合矿物质2~3%;
玉米蛋白粉3~6%;
植物油1~2%;
防霉剂0.06~1%;
海水鱼多维0.2~0.4%;
氯化胆碱0.2~0.5%;
磷酸二氢钙1~2%;
矿物质预混料0.05~2%。
