The MTS-C (Ship supply company management system) sends the purchase inquiry order and the purchase order to the supplier in a mail mode, breaks through the limitation of information receiving time and tools of the supplier data, opens up an electronic supply chain channel between the supplier and the MTS-C, and realizes automatic transmission and summarization of the data between the supplier and the ship service company. The system replaces the traditional purchasing mode, and the system is intelligently processed, so that the purchasing efficiency is greatly improved, meanwhile, the quoted price efficiency of shipowners is improved, the competitive advantage of the same row is formed, and the problem that a ship service company is the most troublesome is solved.
The MTS-S (supplier management system) automatically receives the inquiry order and the purchase order sent by the ship supply enterprise, manual arrangement of the incoming and outgoing receipt formats is not needed, the system is in butt joint with the system, data are automatically transmitted, and the response speed of inquiry and purchase of the ship supply enterprise is greatly improved.

The supply chain management software according to claim 1, further comprising an MTS-S (supplier management system) comprising an acquisition inquiry processing module, an acquisition purchase processing module and a processing price information module; the MTC database processing module is respectively connected with the price acquisition and inquiry processing module and the purchase acquisition processing module, the price acquisition and inquiry processing module and the purchase acquisition processing module are respectively connected with the price information processing module, and the price information processing module is connected with the MTC database processing module.

The supply chain management software according to claim 1, wherein the MTC (base server) comprises a confirmation document and sends the confirmation document to an inbox module, the MTS-C (ship to company management system) comprises an inbox processing module, and the MTC database processing module provides a ship to company to obtain and process prices from mails by confirming the document and sending the confirmation document to the inbox module to send the MTC database processing module to the inbox module of the MTS-C (ship to company management system).

6. The supply chain management software of claim 1, wherein the MTC procurement processing module comprises a supply chain procurement platform, and the supply chain procurement platform is connected with a procurement order sending supply chain procurement module.
7. A method for applying supply chain management software is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, the ship supply company generates an MTC price inquiry sheet through a quotation sheet, an inquiry sheet and a sales order in an MTS-C (ship supply company management system); generating an MTC purchase order through a purchase order, generating inquiry and purchase data for the combination of commodity item suppliers, and transferring the inquiry and purchase data to an MTC (basic service terminal) through a WCF data interface for system processing;
s2, after the MTC (basic service end) receives the enquiry and purchase data through the WCF data interface, firstly, an MTC enquiry order and a purchase order are generated in an MTC enquiry processing module and an MTC purchase processing module in the MTC (basic service end), and are stored in an MTC document database module of an MTC database processing module, and simultaneously, a group of mails containing enquiry price and purchase data are generated and are stored in an MTC (basic service end) mail database in the MTC database processing module; the MTC database processing module sends the mails to corresponding supplier mail IDs at regular time;
s3, after receiving the mail, the supplier opens the MTC-W (supplier price reporting website) website (supplier price reporting system) through the mail, and processes price inquiry sheet and purchase order, fills in remarks, uploads attachments, prints items and reports and the like;
a supplier using the MTS (supplier management system) can directly receive the MTC inquiry, purchase and generate a quotation and a sales order in the system, and can perform the actions of quotation and order confirmation in the MTS (supplier management system);
after the price data is finished by the MTC-W (supplier price reporting website) or the MTS (supplier management system), the price data is transferred to the MTC (basic service terminal) through a confirmation action, and the MTC (basic service terminal) establishes a mark for the confirmed price inquiry and purchase data and waits for the acquisition of the MTS-C (ship for company management system);
and S4, the MTS-C (Ship supply company management system) acquires inquiry data and purchase data from an MTC (basic service terminal) through an inbox module, opens and checks various information filled by a supplier, selectively carries out the backfilling processing of the MTC inquiry data, and backfills the backfilled price notes of the originally sent documents into information such as price, notes, attachments and the like to finish the whole process.
